About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Experience Manager with a background in managing and developing websites and digital products, as well as previous experience of line management, to join our friendly and expert Digital Team.
As the Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high-quality, accessible and customer-focused online brand presence by optimising content, journeys and audience experience on our website and other digital platforms. What will I be doing?

- Lead on the digital experience strategy for the organisation. Using insight to design, implement, test, measure and optimise as needed.

The Role:
As our Supporter Engagement Manager, you will work to ensure that SPANA provides its supporters and external stakeholders with the best-possible experience of the charity. About this job
We’re looking for a confident, skilled and personable Digital Project Manager to help us deliver our ambitious roadmap of digital projects.
You’ll lead on the production of digital, creative, UX, campaign and content-based projects. This’ll include everything from leading on the digital and content element of major campaigns and appeals, through to developing new digital and content-based tools to help people live well with MS.
Working within our combined digital and content team, you’ll thrive working with cross-organisational teams to deliver projects on time, to scope and within budget.
You’ll be super organised and used to capturing requirements, preparing, documenting and delivering projects and reporting on progress.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and vibrant team, who are dedicated to making a difference for people with MS.

The organisation is the UK's leading youth homelessness charity, supporting almost 14,000 young people every year and are campaigning to end youth homelessness by 2037. They run over 60 accommodation services and work in 15 boroughs in London, Sunderland, Manchester, Bradford and Barnsley.
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis paying a salary of up to £52,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience. This is a hybrid role which can be based in either London or Manchester.

The Senior Philanthropy Manager will be responsible for a team bringing in income of over £1.3m per year, with a view to double income over the next 3 years. Working closely with the Head of Relationship Fundraising and colleagues across the organisation, you will lead on the development and implementation of team plans to grow and diversify their high value donor portfolio, and deliver sustainable unrestricted and restricted income.

We are delighted to be working with a wonderful hospital charity who are searching for a temporary Individual Giving Manager (2-3 months). This charity seeks to improve and enhance the care and treatment for patients in their hospitals.
In this role, you will develop fundraising appeals, products and campaigns to individual supporters in order to grow fundraising income and increase engagement. You will focus on recruiting, and developing relationships with all donors using direct mail, email, digital engagement and lottery. This role will focus on feeding into the fundraising strategy and recruiting new supporters, ensuring that supporters go on a meaningful journey with the charity, becoming long-term supporters. You will also manage the individual giving income and budgets, ensuring all activity meets income targets.
To be successful in the role of Individual Giving Manger, you will need:
- Demonstrable experience of developing fundraising plans, with ability to write compelling fundraising copy for appeals
- Experience of project managing fundraising or marketing campaigns and appeals
- Experience of delivering to an agreed budget and reforecasting income and expenditure when required

We are looking for a Fundraising Performance Analyst to support on the reporting and analysis for some of Cancer Research UK's most high-profile fundraising products. You will work closely with the Senior Performance Manager to analyse data, develop reports, and help form insight which will be key in shaping the future of activities such as our Facebook social challenges, DIY fundraising events and Stand Up to Cancer, raising ~£40m annually.
This role is not a traditional Performance Analyst role, as it sits within a Product Team. We are looking for someone who has strong data and Excel technical skills but wants to use them to improve the performance of products which are so vital to raising funds for our life saving research.
You will be a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with a variety of stakeholders and has demonstrated strong business acumen in whatever sector you have experience in. You do not need previous fundraising or marketing experience, and this role would suit someone from an insight or quantitative market research background who is looking for a new role which makes a difference.
What will I be doing?
Maintain and develop reports, dashboards and visualisations to track key fundraising metrics to monitor in campaign performance and longer-term trends, developing data-led recommendations for product optimisation
Analyse campaign performance data to understand supporter behaviours and income trends and model campaign projections
Be an active member of the product workstream meetings - updating on the performance of fundraising campaigns and using this to provide evidence-based recommendations to functional delivery teams.
Support Product colleagues in making key decisions and develop longer-term product strategy by sharing insights gathered from stakeholders, market insights and in-flight testing
Ensure that reports and insights are communicated to stakeholders in a way that drives impact and influence.
Hold a thorough understanding of the relevant databases for each product area and oversee dashboard reporting, working closely with the Insight and Analysis team to facilitate accurate product performance

What skills will I need?
Experienced engineering leader who has recruited, developed, and engaged software engineering teams in large, complex organisations.

Architectural approaches and their future direction (e.g. modern front-end development/single-page applications, serverless services, infrastructure-as-code).
