As the Day Concierge you will be taking a lead in reporting and monitoring maintenance issues, boosting and monitoring rent and service charge collection which helps clients on their move to independent living. You will be working collaboratively within the team to improve client experiences and boost satisfaction levels.

In your role, you will be the first point of contact and you will ensure that everyone is offered a warm welcome to the service and given the assistance they need.

The Ealing Early Intervention Service has been commissioned to provide direct and systemic work to address moderate mental health needs.

The Child and Family Specialist will work in partnership with schools, children and families to assess and respond to the psychological needs of children experiencing social, emotional, mental health or behavioural difficulties through undertaking assessments and providing interventions. The post-holder will also: provide specialist advice and support to school staff in the identification of mental health needs of children and accessing appropriate resources; and actively contribute to outcome monitoring and service improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a commissioned service delivering direct interventions for young people and their families. The post-holder will offer a range of clinical activities to address mental health needs in children and young people, including direct individual and group work with young people and parents/carers and joint work with other professionals.  The clinical case presentation is mostly moderate risk and requires insight into handling complex clinical cases (e.g. neurodiverse and trauma-inform practice) and appropriate responses to safeguarding concerns.

The Child and Family Specialist will join a small team of 12 people in a fast-paced working dynamic. The post-holder will be supported through supervision and will deliver consultation, training, and workshops to non-mental health staff.

Who we are: 

Founded in 1992 by a group of mental health professionals, Working Well Trust was established to address the issue of low employment rates for people who have experienced mental health issues.  Since starting we have seen advances in the specialist support offered to people seeking employment and a change in cultural attitudes towards mental health.  

In the last few years we have adapted this approach to work with people with Autism (ASD), people with learning difficulties, physical disabilities or complex issues including homelessness or addiction.

Employment Support – offering support that meets the individual’s needs using both the traditional stepped approach and the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. 

Employer support – enabling the recruitment and retention of their employees.

Role Purpose: 

Work Well is a government funded programme that offers an early-intervention work and health support and assessment service. This provides holistic support to overcome health-related barriers to employment, and a single, joined-up gateway to other support services. 

We work in partnership with mental and/or physical health clinical teams, GP practices and other referral partners who refer clients who are currently in employment but are experiencing difficulties in the workplace and require assistance to help them return to work, remain in work or find new employment. This programme will also support those who have fallen out of work to get the support they need to return to employment. That support will be tailored to their specific needs and circumstances. 

We need a Work and Health Coach to provide highly effective support to individuals and guide them on their journey to returning, remaining or finding new employment while also supporting them to improve their health and wellbeing. The Work and Health Coach will also be instrumental in supporting participants to remove health related barriers by sourcing and funding appropriate interventions.

Through the Model of Integrated Care, HBF offers survivors access to an individually tailored programme of specialist therapy, medical advisory services, legal protection including providing expert medico-legal documentation as part of the MLR Service, welfare and housing support, and creative and skills activities within an integration programme. Survivors of human trafficking benefit from HBF’s counter-trafficking programme of support.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

HBF is seeking an experienced and dynamic lawyer for an interim period to give direction to the Legal Protection, Medico-Legal and Client Services of the Foundation. This role is crucial for advancing the rights and protection of our clients, many of whom are vulnerable individuals seeking asylum or are survivors of trafficking. We do not provide legal representation directly to our clients, instead we act as a support team to our clients and their legal representation by providing second tier advice.  The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, ensure the highest standards of legal protection, and contribute to the overall mission of the Foundation including developing relationships that promote HBF’s expertise and reputation. This role requires exceptional people management and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead a team, foster collaboration, and articulate complex legal issues clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.

About You

As Chief Executive, you will be educated to degree level, have a proven track record in leading small to medium sized not for profit organisations and have substantial experience of developing organisational strategy, delivering growth, innovation and change.

Additionally, you will have experience/knowledge of:

•    Working collaboratively with Boards to achieve the organisation’s mission
•    The identification and management of risk 
•    Organisational legal responsibilities and requirements, including charity governance and international policy with respect to women’s and children’s health, charities and associated education 
•    Managing and leading a team of senior managers
•    Relationship management, with demonstrable experience of work effectively with key stakeholders

The successful candidate will already have an interest in and commitment to women’s health, be able to work collaboratively, demonstrate emotional intelligence and build credibility. Due to the demands of the role and working with stakeholders in different time zones, the hours will be variable and there will also be both UK and international travel.

Role Overview: As a Carer's Caseworker, you'll provide essential support to unpaid adult carers by conducting assessments, developing individualised care plans, and partnering with local organisations to raise awareness of carers' rights. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough carer assessments and create personalised support plans in line with the Care Act 2014
• Assist carers with applications for financial support, including Carers Personal Budgets
• Provide emotional and practical support, particularly during crises
• Facilitate carer support groups and events (occasional evening events may apply)
• Build partnerships with local authorities, NHS bodies, and organisations to raise awareness of carers' needs
• Maintain accurate case records on Carers Network and Local Authority databases (e.g., Mosaic)
• Contribute to reports for management and external funding bodies

• Experience working with diverse clients and managing their own caseload
• Strong IT, organisational, and administrative skills to be able to navigate multiple systems
• Knowledge of issues affecting unpaid carers and relevant legislation, such as the Care Act 2014
