About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Reprieve’s dynamic Development Team to secure vital funding to power our high-impact human rights work. Working across both Reprieve and Reprieve US, you will make a real impact by focusing on Major Donors, corporate partnerships, and events. With proven fundraising experience, you will bring expertise in at least one of these fundraising disciplines.
Working closely with the Head of Development, you will play a key role in delivering our Major Donor programmes across the UK and US. This includes coordinating stewardship activities for Major Donors and high-profile supporters, as well as assisting in the planning and execution of an exciting events programme – including a high-end art auction planned for the autumn.
With support from the Head of Development and the Deputy Director, Legal & Governance, you will also contribute to securing new corporate partnerships, and take the lead in preparing accurate and compelling applications, reports, and communications for corporate partners and Trusts & Foundations.

Length and Salary
This is a full-time role, on a one-year fixed term contract, with the possibility to extend, subject to funding. The annual salary is £42,193 per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.
This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work two days per week from the London office and the rest of the week from home. Applicants must have the current right to work in the UK, which will be checked prior to interview.
Your presence is important during core office hours, whether remotely or in the office. You will also be available outside of office hours in the event of an emergency, for example case developments that require urgent action. This is a role that may require travel and work outside of core office hours from time to time.

We are Zarach, the children’s bed charity, and we’re on a mission to end child bed poverty, giving children the opportunity to engage at school and break the cycle of poverty.

The Role
As a Partnerships & Philanthropy Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of high-value supporters across corporate, philanthropic, and charitable trust income streams. You will support the cultivation and recruitment of supporters to the high-value giving club, while collaborating closely with the Partnerships & Philanthropy Team to develop and deliver impactful, multi-year partnerships that help to provide essential healthcare support.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with a diverse portfolio of philanthropic and corporate supporters, creating bespoke solicitation and stewardship plans.

Reporting to the Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager. You will be part of a team to drive Rainbow Trust’s Corporate income, building and maintaining the pipeline through effective networking, prospecting, and stewardship. As the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading the Corporate Partnerships team and delivering a strategy that will ensure excellent account management of existing partnerships and extending the portfolio with new multi-year partnerships. This role will sit on the Trusts' Extended Leadership Team and have strategic influence over corporate partnerships direction and income. With corporate partnerships income accounting for almost half of last year's income, this is an exciting opportunity to further corporate income for the Trust. Line managing three corporate fundraisers, this role will motivate the team to scope and develop relationships with new partnerships and will take a lead on those in the six to seven-figure space.
To be successful as the Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will have proven experience of corporate partnerships fundraising and be able to evidence securing and managing multi-year high value partnerships of six and seven figures. This person will need to demonstrate how they have developed a successful fundraising strategy and ideally within corporate partnerships. They will also need to have previous line management or team leadership experience and display excellent stakeholder management skills for both internal and external relationships.
This role is a full-time permanent position that will have hybrid working in the London offices for at least two days per week. The salary for this role is £56,000 to £68,000.
