thrivin’ together is a UK women-only organisation led by lived experience of gambling. We offer space and time to women who actively gamble, are in gambling recovery or are impacted by someone else’s gambling. Set up as a CIC in July 2022 we have consulted with our community and co-produced support and activities for women to support a recovery with dignity, not apology.
Our approach is choice, voice and change and we seek to inspire and instil hope, ensuring that no woman in the UK impacted by gambling feels alone. We provide one to one support, group support and activities, access to counselling and Helping Hand evoucher payments. We involve our women, and they shape what we do. Currently all our work is online.
In this important role, you will manage our team to empower women by delivering responsive care, activities and support. The role will directly line manage our team through supervisions and fortnightly team meetings including the monitoring and reporting of progress and wellbeing. The role will ensure day to day administrative and operational processes are up to date and run smoothly.
The Project Manager will lead on our quarterly Advisory Board and Professional’s Network meetings and coordinate workshops and activities in collaboration with our team. The role will take responsibility as a Safeguarding Lead and will ensure policies are up to date with support from our Directors and Administrator.
Administration tasks, promoting the organisation and developing partnerships (within gambling recovery and beyond) are expectations of this role.

Responsibilities and Person Specification:
The External Training Manager will work with internal subject matter experts to develop and implement our programme of external training which is aimed at building knowledge of older people’s options when experiencing financial hardship.
Our training is aimed at professionals and trusted intermediaries working in the commercial, statutory and not for profit sectors. Our ambition is for everyone who works with older people to know what older people may be entitled to, how to support them to claim and where to get further help.
You should have extensive experience of designing and delivering training to a range of audiences, along with experience of developing resources and of training evaluation. Knowledge of how to ensure training is inclusive and accessible, along with excellent communication and relationship building skills is essential. Prior knowledge of financial hardship topics relating to older people is not required, as you will be working with subject matter experts.

This is vital role which will sit within our Operations team. The post-holder will work closely with Respect’s Director of Operations and the Executive Leadership team (ELT) to develop and deliver our fundraising strategy with some administrative support from the Operations team.

Interagency work
· Work to embed the Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area.

· Contribute to regular service reviews which include monitoring data, evaluations, intake and output policy, and practice and work load reviews for the whole service.
· Attend monthly case management meeting with the Service Manager .
· Attend clinical supervision.
· Take appropriate steps to protect where there is an imminent risk to another person.
Recording and administration
· Ensure that case files and records are accurate and complete, and are kept and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements.
· To enter all the required information into the Drive project electronic case management system to enable tracking of service user change, multi-agency working and risk management.
· Weekly maintenance and accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication.
· Comply with the data protection and information sharing protocols that Drive has agreed to.
Direct work with service users
· Maintain a proactive response to service users, continuously providing positive options for behaviour change throughout the service users time in the Drive project

The Senior Appeal Manager will lead on the successful delivery of the Appeal managing a team of experts across Proposition Management, Donor Relations and Prospect Development. Working closely with the Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships you will design and deliver the operational aspects of the Appeal and support colleagues in Philanthropy, Partnerships and Research as they cultivate and engage a wide range of funders to the Appeal, including individuals, trusts, corporates and research organisations.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Strategic leadership
· Work with the Director of Philanthropy and Partnerships, and the Heads of Corporates Partnerships, and Philanthropy, to lead on creating and implementing the strategy for the Appeal Team.
· Create clear KPIs for the Appeal and Monitor progress against these, whilst ensuring key stakeholders are informed for progress and any challenges.
· Ensure the wider Philanthropy and Partnerships Directorate has the tools it needs to be data driven in our decision making and fundraising.
Line Management and people management
· Inspire, motivate, challenge and support individuals and teams within the Appeal Team. Promote collaborative working across the team and with other teams across the charity, developing a culture of innovation, openness, accountability and resourcefulness.
· Line-manage three members of staff, namely the Donor Relations Manager, Proposition Manager and Prospect Development Manager, actively empowering, coaching and supporting them to develop their teams’ operational plans and deliver on key priorities.
· Set clear goals, objectives and KPIs for each team member and provide them with the ongoing guidance and support they need to reach them.
· Role model and actively embed Alzheimer’s Research UK values and behaviours across all activities, and champion the principles of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.

· Develop extensive relationships across ARUK to ensure that all work delivered by the team is informed by strategic and operational decisions and that colleagues provide the information and access required to deliver high quality relationship management, prospect research, stewardship and propositions.
Communications
· Work collaboratively with the Heads of Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships and Research to develop and deliver plans to maximise high value donations and support from high net worth individuals, trusts, institutional partners, senior volunteers and corporate partners.
· Lead the Appeal, ensuring delivery of a compelling and robust case for support, a suite of impactful fundraising materials, that the prospect pool has sufficient numbers and level of prospects and that fundraisers have access to a series of cultivation and stewardship events and a stewardship matrix which can be flexed to meet the needs of different types of donors.
· Stay up-to-date with ARUK’s research and other news to be able to communicate effectively with supporters, disseminating the charity’s key messages both among the team and to key supporters.
What we are looking for:
· Demonstrable knowledge and experience of major gift and/or corporate fundraising.

The Trusts and Foundations Team is part of the Fundraising and Marketing Communications Department and is responsible for delivering over £3m a year for the organisation’s services.
As Senior Trust Fundraising Manager you will be responsible for managing our existing donor relationships, researching new funding opportunities and preparing applications with a focus on 5 and 6 figure funding. Regional Fundraising Manager (West Wales)
Join Wales’ leading cancer charity as a Fundraiser and manage raising funds across an already established West Wales region. There’s loads of scope to generate more income and grow connections.
You’ll be joining an experienced Wales fundraising team who generate over £2.8million of annual income. Your fundraising impact is seen in people affected by cancer through the services we run, the difference to lives we make and the campaigns that make meaningful change.
You’ll be managing and building relationships across West Wales with our supporters, Friends of Tenovus groups and establishing new fundraising connections and work with teams of volunteers. You can expect to manage events such as our annual Lovelight concerts, Singathons and Breast Cancer Awareness Month to name just a few.
Your region is already warm with strong supporter connections and exciting development opportunities to grow across the region in places like Swansea, Aberystwyth, Haverfordwest to Carmarthen.

Working Hours: 35 hours per week with flexible working

The Project Manager will be a highly motivated, approachable self-starter who is able to enthuse a range of stakeholders with the ability to spot opportunities and act on them. Working in communities in Norwich to deliver and manage a range of projects in line with the objectives established by the Norwich Pride of Place Board, you will report to the Pride of Place Board on activities and interventions and demonstrate the impact the Programme is making in communities.
Salary is on the BITC professional level 5 - minimum of £16,757 per annum (i.e. 0.6 FTE of £27,945 per annum)

About the role
We’re looking for a Fundraising Engagement Manager with great personality and team ethic to join our Regional Fundraising team.
This is a role of variety, opportunity and innovation, and we are looking for someone who embraces change and constantly strives to achieve more.
You will maximise income for Young Live vs Cancer by coaching our supporters to reach their goals, whilst seeking out new fundraising opportunities for your geographical area. This role sits within the ‘Regional Engagement’ team and we need someone with natural customer service skills who wants to deliver a legendary experience to all of their supporters. Your team of supporters will range from volunteers and individuals, to groups and local corporates.
We are lucky enough to have some of our most committed supporters in the area, but there is still so much opportunity to grow support across the counties. You will have an incredible opportunity to build relationships with not only those who have been supported by the charity, but our incredible services team members who support children and young people treated out of University College Hospital and Great Ormond Street hospital.

What will I be doing?
No two days are the same at Young Lives vs Cancer. So, summarising your ‘day to day’ isn’t easy. Here are some of the main things you’ll be doing, but you’ll find more details in our Role Details document.
- To plan, monitor and report on your budgeted income with a constant eye on contingency planning to ensure annual targets are achieved
- To steward our most committed supporters and deliver legendary supporter experience
- To be a key, valued member of your regional team and UK wide team.
- To identify, cultivate and secure partnerships and donations within your area
- To work with your local service team/s to build and maintain strong and effective working relationships
- To be the first point of contact for service user families, to offer opportunities to them and their networks to engage with the wider charity as they would like I.e. fundraising, volunteering, sharing their story
What do I need?
- A proven track record of delivering amazing customer experiences
- Experience of relationship management in either a charity or corporate setting
- Ability to work within a financial target-based setting, and experience of reaching/exceeding set targets
- Demonstrable experience of winning new business
- Experience of managing own workload
- Proven ability to manage/complete projects
- Able to ‘make the ask’ for support and to influence/negotiate
- Have a full UK driving licence and access to a car (including business insurance)
- Have a sufficient Broadband connection
