Purpose of the role

The Director of Operations is a high profile and influential role, key to Leeds Minds strategic development and successful delivery. The Director of Operations is responsible for leading the team and the strategic development of operations across West Yorkshire.  The operations team are the largest function with a highly committed team and varied portfolio of services for young people and adults. The role requires a leader who understands accountable leadership and can inspire teams as we move towards our next strategy. The role is fast paced and varied so resilience, strong leadership and a values-led approach will be key to success.

The postholder will join Leeds Mind with a proven track record in successful services strategy with a focus on social purpose and client experience. The role requires experience of strategic oversight and accountability for delivering effective, safe and impactful outcomes.  The postholder will be expected to demonstrate a strong commercial understanding of the sector. They will use evidence to inform their decision making to ensure services are cost effective and deliver in the best interests of the organisation, our staff and clients.

With experience of programme management & financial modelling, enabling robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks, will be key to success with the following:

• We're looking for someone who has a proven track record and professional experience at a senior leadership level preferably within health & social care.

We understand that a spinal cord injury can be devastating, but we believe it shouldn’t prevent anyone from getting the most out of life. And we’re here to help make sure that can happen through our range of services that are designed by, and delivered for people affected by spinal cord injury.

As our Services Manager, you will oversee some of our most impactful delivery, including our Courses service, Vocation service, Digital services, and our award winning Mentoring service. The Head of Fundraising & Communication is responsible for the generation of funds for Kintsugi Hope by a variety of income streams and for ensuring the Kintsugi Hope brand and services are marketed throughout the UK. Position: S11216 Stroke Association Support Coordinator

Location: Home-based Surrey however, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)

Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week (flexible working available)

Salary: Circa £16,043 per annum (inner London weighting £2,370 per annum or outer London weighting £1,260 per annum may be applied in accordance to where you live) (FTE circa £26,700 per annum)

The Role

The service aims to identify and address the needs of stroke survivors and carers across the stroke pathway, by providing a range of innovative support solutions, supporting them to meet their desired outcomes. A key part of the role will be to support service users and the delivery of the service.

Reporting to the Stroke Association Service Delivery Coach, the Stroke Association Support Coordinator will:

· Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.

The Diocese is seeking a Church Building Support Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract, to work closely with parishes to help secure sustainable futures for some of our most historic and cherished church buildings. You'll help PCCs to identify and explore complimentary non-worship uses for their buildings, helping them to become vibrant and viable centres of mission and community life. You’ll support them in ensuring the church buildings are fit for the future, fostering greater community engagement, and developing long-term sustainability strategies.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a developing church buildings strategy, shaping the future approach to church building support within the Diocese. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to bring these strategies to life, ensuring that churches remain places of worship, community activity, and cultural significance.

This is a new fixed-term post funded by the Church Commissioners of the Church of England through their Buildings for Mission funding. The funding is for an initial period of twenty months, ending in September 2026, unless the funding is extended.

The main responsibilities of the Church Building Support Officer are:

• Work with Parochial Church Councils (PCCs) to develop community action plans that align with local needs.

• Support PCCs in identifying mixed-use opportunities for the church building

• Facilitate the building of strong relationships with local groups, charities, and other partners to promote the wider use of church buildings.

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Content who will be responsible for the management, production and strategic placement of all organic content across CoppaFeel!’s channels. You will help shape CoppaFeel!’s approach to content so that it appeals, resonates with and converts 18 - 24 year olds across digital and social channels.

You will work alongside other Heads of Dept, bringing your expertise and knowledge to leadership discussions to help shape the future of the organisation.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

You will report to the Marketing Director and line manage the Social Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, and you will have exposure to the Senior Management Team.

The role

Duties and Responsibilities
