As Director of Partnerships and Growth, you’ll be the driving force behind the eoa’s external influence and reach. you’ll lead our advocacy and external affairs strategy, build meaningful partnerships, and deliver powerful events programmes that accelerate adoption of Great EO. You’ll also shape the narrative—ensuring our insights, policy recommendations and thought leadership land with impact.

This is a high-profile, senior leadership role at a pivotal time for the EO community. Role Details

At the heart of this Director of Growth & Advocacy role is the opportunity to shape the external environment for employee ownership, champion the voice of our members, and lead high-impact strategies that grow both our reach and the sector itself.

You’ll lead on policy, advocacy, external affairs and events—crafting compelling narratives, building powerful partnerships, and delivering programmes that drive commercial sustainability and sector-wide change.

From shaping relationships with key stakeholders and securing strategic sponsorships, to overseeing the delivery of thought leadership, content, and events, you’ll ensure that the eoa is not just part of the national conversation—but leading it.

Your ability to influence, convene, and inspire will be critical to removing barriers to employee ownership and unlocking the potential of our £1.7m organisation to deliver even greater impact.

This role is remote, however regular travel to our HQ in Brough and across the UK is expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead external affairs, collaborating with stakeholders to shape policy, advocacy and best practice that removes barriers and expands EO.
• Establish relationships and secure commercial partnerships and sponsorships, generating revenue to support advocacy, events, and sector growth initiatives.
• Engage key stakeholders to co-produce content that positively influence EO practice and policy and amplify the eoa’s voice in public affairs.
• Oversee delivery of an effective content strategy that delivers our commercial objectives and positions the eoa as the leading EO authority.
• Oversee events programmes, ensuring they drive knowledge-sharing, sector development, and commercial sustainability.
• Represent the eoa at industry forums, policy roundtables, and public affairs events, championing the employee ownership model.
• Collaborate with the Director of Membership & Operations to align advocacy efforts with member needs and engagement.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering innovation and delivering measurable impact across advocacy, policy, event activities.

Success in this role means having a positive impact on the growth rate, influence and adoption of great EO across the employee ownership sector. Strengthening and expanding stakeholder relationships, driving advocacy impact and securing commercial sustainability through a diverse mix of sponsorships, partnerships will also be indicators of success.

We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join our busy and supportive People and Culture team. In this role, you’ll work closely with leaders and managers across the charity, offering expert guidance on recruitment, reward, and employee relations—all while championing our commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing.

You’ll oversee our approach to talent attraction, ensuring every stage of the recruitment journey is inclusive, efficient and engaging. From managing senior-level hiring to partnering with executive search firms, you’ll play a central role in bringing great people into the charity. What we want from you

We’re looking for a Senior People Partner who will bring solid experience in HR and recruitment—whether through a CIPD or REC Level 4/5 qualification or equivalent hands-on experience. You’re passionate about people, motivated to make a difference, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You’ll have in-depth knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice and experienced in building effective relationships with senior leaders, managers and employees, you’ll be skilled at managing complex employee relations cases. You’ll know how to approach people matters with fairness, care, and good judgement and is able to respond constructively to complex situations, supporting fair and balanced outcomes.

You’re someone who builds strong relationships quickly. Whether you’re coaching a manager, advising senior leaders, or supporting a colleague through change, you’re a trusted, approachable presence who communicates clearly and with integrity. Ideally, you’ll also have experience as a line manager.

You’ll have experience supporting recruitment from end to end and analysing recruitment data to spot trends and drive improvements. You’ll also have a good understanding of pay and reward, and how to make sure these approaches are fair, sustainable and aligned with an organisation’s goals.

As our Finance Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the financial administration of the charity. Working closely with the Director of Finance & Operations, you’ll create timely financial reports, budgets & forecasts to inform decision making. 

As an experienced manager, you will bring strong financial management skills, efficient administrative systems oversight, and a proven track record of working effectively within small teams. Excellent communication and organisational abilities are essential, along with a proactive, solution-focused approach 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Financial Management: Oversee daily operations of the finance function, ensuring accurate month-end processes, preparation of management accounts, maintenance of the Xero accounting system, and strong financial controls and procedures. 

• Team Leadership and Oversight: Manage and support the Business Administration and Finance Officer, reviewing reconciliations and ensuring effective financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and corporate cards. 

• Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and support the Director of Finance and Operations in developing and monitoring the annual budget. 

• Financial Processing: Ensure all transactions are supported with appropriate documentation, manage income recording with the philanthropy team, and oversee gift aid submissions. 

• Payroll and Pensions: Process monthly payroll and pension contributions through Xero, manage HMRC obligations, and ensure staff expense claims are handled accurately and timely. 

• Compliance and Governance: Prepare statutory returns for the Charity Commission and Companies House, ensuring compliance with all financial and legal reporting requirements. 

• Uphold Envision’s values and be a role model for young people and volunteers. 

• Ensure that all activity is delivered in line with Envision policies and procedures.

Essential Experience, Knowledge and Competencies: 

• Prior experience of working in a similar role (min 2 years) 

• Accounting qualification (e.g.  AAT Level 3 or above, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience 

• Experience with IT systems – Office365, Shared drives 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to present financial reports and information effectively to a wide variety of audiences.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legacy Officer to join our team. You would be responsible for your share of the legacy administration cases in the UK, ensuring that gifts left to IFAW in Wills are handled efficiently, sensitively, and in accordance with legal and organisational standards. You would report to the Global Legacy Administration Manager on a day-to-day basis. Your work will directly support IFAW’s mission by maximising income from legacies to fund our animal welfare and conservation efforts.

Role and Responsibilities

· Managing a caseload of legacy gifts: This includes pecuniary, residuary and life interest legacies, ensuring IFAW receives its full entitlement in a timely manner. This may include a small selection of contentious cases.

· Working closely with solicitors, executors, and beneficiaries: You’ll provide accurate and sensitive support throughout the probate process, building trust and ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.

· Maintaining meticulous records and reports: You’ll ensure accurate financial and contact records are kept, reports are generated on time, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements is met.

· Providing recommendations for action: You’ll provide your suggestions to move forward any legacy case where action needs to be sanctioned by management or Trustees, or where there may be a risk to the charity's reputation.

· Assisting with monthly/annual reconciliation and audit: This includes following our financial rules to make appropriate accruals, adjustments, and provide audit-ready case files.

· Liasing with other teams within IFAW: When appropriate, you’ll work collaboratively with other teams, such as Finance, Donor Relations or the Legal team, to ensure a seamless process for legacy gifts, and to promote the legacy team’s recognition and standing in the organisation through internal engagement.

· Staying up to date on relevant legislation and best practices: You’ll be a member of the ILM and regularly keep abreast of changes in the world on legacy case management, to ensure IFAW’s legacy administration remains efficient and compliant.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· At least 1 year of experience in legacy administration or estate management: You’ll have a strong understanding of probate laws, Wills, trust, and estate administration. Experience of using FirstClass is desirable.

· Achieved or willing to work towards certification: You have or will work towards gaining the ILM’s Certificate in Charity Legacy Administration (CiCLA).

· Strong communication skills: You can build rapport with solicitors, executors, and bereaved families, providing sensitive and clear communication.

We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our team, to manage our day-to-day finance and bookkeeping activities, as well as to work closely with the team regarding budgeting, and annual submission of the Annual Reports and Accounts.The Finance Officer will also play an important role as part of this small but passionate team in the operations of the charity, from fundraising through to delivery of the programme in the schools.This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to play a part in helping to shape the charity’s growth and expansion plans.

We are looking for an organised, enterprising and personable individual, passionate about the arts and about creating opportunities for children from a range of backgrounds to listen to and appreciate the magic of live music. This post requires someone who is able to take a high degree of responsibility, and is confident working independently, as this person will for the most part be working remotely. You will have excellent organisational skills, and a high level of precision in financial processes and bookkeeping.

The role will be mainly remote, with regular staff meetings and additional meetings with the CEO or other staff members in central London, and attendance at annual strategy days and some workshops and concerts, and may from time to time entail working outside of office hours.

Overall job purpose

This is a fundamental role within our North regional team, internally the role is known as Local Community Officer. The future of CCT’s outstanding collection of historic churches depends on communities supporting their local CCT church with funds, events, inspiring interpretation, visitor services and preventive conservation. The Local Community Officer will engage and support communities and volunteers to care for 23 historic churches across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside, W. Yorkshire, N. Yorkshire (part), ensuring each site achieves agreed standards.

We are seeking a Chief Finance Officer who will manage the Cathedral Finance team and contribute to leadership across the organisation.

In addition, you will play a leading role in developing and delivering the Cathedral’s financial strategy at what is a genuinely exciting time of transformation and opportunity for the Cathedral as it celebrates its 950th anniversary.

The Role
