We are seeking two individuals to offer proactive support and information to UCL students who have experienced sexual violence, sexual harassment, gender-based violence and domestic abuse at any point in their lives. The Office for Students have recently introduced a new condition of registration for universities in relation to harassment and sexual misconduct (Condition E6) and this condition with come into force on 1 August 2025. The Advice Service offers a non-judgmental, safe and confidential space for students to seek advice and these Advisors will empower students to make informed choices regarding reporting options and support they wish to access, either through the university or external services.
The role is a full time and permanent contract. This role is also a hybrid working role, where 40% of the role will be on campus based. We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible, and job share basis wherever possible.
Have you got demonstrable experience of working with individuals who have experienced one or more of the following: sexual violence, harassment, gender-based violence and domestic abuse? Have you got understanding of the impact of sexual violence and sexual harassment on survivors, and how to support them with a trauma informed approach? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you.
Our ideal candidate will be a point of contact for the Advice Service, providing support to all UCL students (which may also include recent graduates or confirmed students yet to enroll) who have experienced sexual violence, harassment, gender-based violence and domestic abuse. The right candidate will provide high quality and accurate advice and information to students using the Advice Service, through casework, support and advocacy. The successful role holder will proactively stay informed and maintain knowledge of developments in areas impacting casework, including UCL regulations and external policy and legislation changes, to ensure that all advice and information given is up-to-date and accurate.

About the Role
The Refugee and Migrant Centre is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HFU Project Administrator to join our Resettlement Team in Birmingham. This role is essential in ensuring efficient administrative support for the Homes for Ukraine (HFU) scheme, contributing to the smooth operation of the project and compliance with funders’ requirements.
RMC is a well-established charity with over 25 years of experience supporting refugees and migrants. Our services include immigration advice, education and employment support, welfare benefits guidance, and resettlement assistance. The HFU Project Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our HFU services, helping newly arrived individuals integrate successfully into their new communities.
Purpose of the Role
The HFU Project Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to the HFU Management Team. This includes ensuring effective data management, preparing reports for stakeholders, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality resettlement services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support for the HFU Project Team.
- Serve as the key contact for internal communications related to the HFU service in Birmingham.
- Assist the Senior Administrator in meeting funding audit requirements.
- Maintain and update internal records and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with the production of project materials, including newsletters, email templates, and leaflets.
- Manage general office tasks such as ordering stationery, filing, and archiving.
- Take minutes during team and stakeholder meetings when required.
- Manage diaries, arrange appointments, and book meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- Provide support for events as required.
Data Collection & Monitoring:
- Collect, manage, and present data from case recording and outcomes monitoring systems.
- Prepare reports for funders, stakeholders, and internal management.
- Support the Admin Lead with monitoring and evaluation, ensuring timely submission of performance reports for the HFU service.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data protection policies when handling client information.
- Suggest and contribute to process improvements for data capture and monitoring.
- Respond to ad hoc information requests as required.
Flexibility & Compliance:
- Support the overall aims of the HFU service by undertaking additional tasks as required.
- Maintain a flexible approach to work and adapt to the evolving needs of the project.
- Ensure all administrative processes align with RMC’s policies and funders’ requirements.
Person Specification
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related administrative role, preferably in monitoring, evaluation, or data management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Experience in handling sensitive information and ensuring data protection compliance.

About this role
More in Common is seeking a full-time Associate Director to start work in Spring 2025 as we grow our team and advance our mission of building a more united and inclusive UK, where all people feel respected and better understood, and share a sense of belonging. Compensation

About the role:
This role is based at Lancaster Police Station. This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement.
As an IDVA working on Operation Provide you will:
- Work with the Police safeguarding team to identify high risk victims of domestic abuse.
- Check internal systems to check if victims are known or open to internal services and liaise with same.
- Conduct joint visits with the police to victims who are at serious risk of harm to provide independent information about their rights and options to enable them to keep safe from harm.
- Assess their needs and develop a bespoke safety and support plan
- Provide information and advocacy around the criminal justice process
- Liaise with internal and external agencies in order to keep the victim safe from harm and address their needs.
You will need:
- IDVA accreditation and/or have considerable relevant experience in supporting victims of domestic abuse

- knowledge of risk assessment, safety planning & risk management
- an understanding of Safeguarding issues & the legal responsibilities surrounding these

Role Overview
As a member of the Senior Executive Team you’ll be responsible for translating the strategic direction of the charity into tactical plans for healthcare professional support and quality improvement to achieve the charity’s strategic objectives. We are based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, so we are easily accessible by road and rail. In this role, there is plenty of scope for working from home, although there will be times when you will need to be at face-to-face meetings. In addition, the charity meets four times annually at it’s office in Hatfield (or a location in London) for its’ ‘All Staff Together’ days of which attendance is mandatory.

- Monitor and control departmental and college-wide budgets, identifying efficiencies and contributing to procurement and expenditure plans.
- Provide financial guidance and training to academic staff and budget holders, ensuring compliance with policies and procurement processes.
- Generate financial reports, dashboards, and modelling, supporting decision-making and financial oversight at all levels.
- Support the year-end process, VAT returns, and audits, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.

The Gateway service is used as a partnership arrangement with a local authority for temporary accommodation. The Housing Coordinator will be the lead point of contact for Look Ahead at this site and manage this relationship on a day-to-day basis.
The Housing Coordinator will also be expected to monitor occupants' adherence to house rules and work with our Local Authority partners to follow up any enforcement action, occupant support needs or requirements that are presented.
A key part of the role is managing the safety and operation of the building, as well as dealing with enquiries and contact from customers and visitors. The Housing Coordinator will be required to monitor the maintenance function and facilities on the site and raise any contractor performance issues to the head office based Property and Landlord Services team.

An understanding of the needs of customers who have experienced homelessness and who may also have support needs.
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks in a logical and systematic way.
Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with vulnerable people in a sensitive , friendly and clear manner.
An understanding of how to effectively deal with breaches of occupancy such as anti-social behaviour and abandonment. .

2 years experience of working in housing or a related field.

We are seeking an Advice and Wellbeing Adminstrator to provide high quality administrative support to the Advice & Wellbeing team. This may include triaging Advice Service enquiries, booking appointments, maintaining electronic records and providing administrative support to the Advisors. The role will also provide support to our expanding prevention and intervention programmes such as our Active Bystander Programme, including overseeing the enquiries, scheduling, and workshop administration
