Summary
We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Operations Manager to support the delivery of the Church of England's Vision and Strategy, by ensuring that appropriate monitoring, evaluation and learning processes are in place for each project funded through the Strategic Mission and Ministry Investment Board.
The role is critical in providing trustees full confidence in the use of funding and its impact. This is a strategically important role, as it directly consolidates emerging learning to further support the Vision and Strategy.

Our client, a specialist University are seeking a temporary HR Operations Administrator on a full-time basis (35 hours per week), running for 1-month in the first instance. The post will be looking to start as soon as possible and will be based 3 days on-site in Central London.
Key responsibilities for this post will include:
- Provide first-line HR support and guidance to staff and managers on HR issues.

- Seeking opportunities to promote and develop the charity within the sector.

Other areas of responsibility
The Deputy Operations Officer should be prepared to perform other duties that may be necessary from time to time, falling within the remit of responsibility of this post and appropriate under the charitable objects and development plan. These may include but are not limited to:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording and management reporting of the Association's debt portfolio, ensuring that all interest and other fee payments are correctly paid on time.

- Regularly monitor and forecast cash flow requirements. Retain a weekly overview of development financing activity and future funding requirements.
- Provide all treasury information necessary for completion of the returns to the Regulator of Social Housing eg Quarterly Finance Survey (QFS) and Future Financial Return (FFR).
- Ensure the delivery of lenders’ information requirements in compliance with loan agreements.

Key responsibilities
- Programme Delivery: You will plan and deliver educational programmes for young people (ages 9-15) focused on challenging prejudice, empowering them with knowledge and skills. You will prioritise equality and diversity, emphasising inclusive educational activities and impact.

- Events: You will organise events, study trips, and projects with Ambassadors and communities, working to targets, curriculum, and quality standards. You will monitor and evaluate activities, maintaining records.
- Database and Fundraising Support: You will maintain comprehensive records on the Trust's databases and contribute occasionally to fundraising efforts, such as grant applications and supporting at donor events.
The Education Delivery Specialist will have substantial experience of running learning activities with groups of young people, including aged 9-15 years, and experience of engaging with and meeting the needs of disadvantaged young people. You will also have experience of providing pastoral/emotional support, working successfully as part of a team, and keeping records and writing reports. You will have knowledge of best practice in teaching and/or youth empowerment, as well as be familiar with the needs and issues of young people. You will understand and have ideas about how to challenge prejudice, and an understanding of safeguarding. You will be highly organised, with excellent administration skills, and able to build and maintain effective relationships. You will use your initiative, creativity, and energy to solve problems and develop new ways of working. You will have an inspiring presentation style with warm, professional interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about Anne Frank and the work of the Anne Frank Trust UK.
The role is home-based within the Essex region or in East London (Colchester or Southend are preferred). Ideally you will have access to appropriate working space which can be discussed at interview. This is a new role, which reflects our ambitious growth plans, and increasing complexity of our projects. Our Head of Events and Deputy Head of Events lead and drive the overall team strategy and set the ambition, and we are looking for a senior operations team lead to provide day to day management and guidance to the wedding, facilities, outdoor corporate venues, and community teams.
This is a predominantly office-based role, providing senior administrative, operational and people management, so the team can run efficiently and effectively. This includes team, crisis, and budget management. The role will also involve significant stakeholder management and report writing.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Team Management
- Overall day to day management of the venues team, covering the outdoor corporate team, weddings and functions team, communities' team and facilities team
- Onboarding of new team members
- Providing advice and insight to the Deputy Head of Events on the team's strengths and development opportunities.
- Strategising and implementing growth and development across the whole of the Events venues portfolio with the Deputy Head of Events
Finance and Admin
- Report writing for key stakeholders
- Attending stakeholder meeting representing Enable
- Supporting the Deputy Head of Events, reconciling and managing relevant budgets and reports to achieve targeted income
- Managing and finalising the monthly financial reconciliation for the Venues team.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving within the agreed timeframes
- Ensuring the Team keep the diary updated with venue bookings and the budget updated with all recorded income and expenses
- Creating POs and invoices and liaising directly with the Finance Team as required
- Overseeing Events Team ensuring all application paperwork per external event is complete and compliant with the requirements of the Event Policy
- Applying for premises licences to increase the number of saleable venues
- Overviewing and rewriting event teams policies and procedures
Venue Management and Booking
- Advising and supporting the team with all venue related enquiries
- Ensuring maximum utilisation of spaces in line with Enable’s Strategy and the Events’ Service Plan
- Managing and applying for venue licences, PPL and PRS
- Attending quarterly auditing meetings with the Council
- Researching competitor venues
- Identifying new venue opportunities
- Ensuring all venues are appropriately marketed to maximise sales with marketing team
Skills and Experience:
- Experienced team manager, with the ability to take on a successful team
- Proven experience in an operational and/or venue senior management role
- Experience working in a Not-for-Profit organisation (preferred, not essential)
- Previous experience with complex budget management, reconciliations and reporting
- Experience engaging directly with senior level management.
- Proven record of operational excellence with ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, demonstrating resourcefulness in resolving issues, the ability to prioritise, and a detail orientated approach.
