Our Organisation

The Role
- Coordinate the efficient day to day management of the organisation’s rental income, for approximately 250 tenants/units.
- Manage the rent arrears recovery procedure to ensure rent is collected as per Causeway’s rent collection policy.
- Contact tenants to agree repayment plans and advise on income maximisation.

Climate Campaigner: Fossil Fuels
The Climate Campaigner will be an essential member of EIA’s Climate Campaign team, focusing primarily on advancing a managed, equitable phase-out of fossil fuels. This role centres on supporting the expansion of the Beyond Oil and Gas Alliance (BOGA), working to enhance its structure, broaden its membership, and identify effective pathways for developing a global governance framework on fossil fuels.
The Climate Campaigner will oversee the daily operations of key aspects of the fossil fuel campaign, ensuring the campaign strategy is delivered effectively and within established timelines. The role involves close collaboration and coordination, both within EIA and with external partners in the EU and globally.
About you:
Essential:
- undergraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant field along with an understanding of climate change science and the role of fossil fuels
- Experience in advocacy and campaigning on global environmental policy is essential along with experience in conducting detailed targeted research projects and tasks
- An understanding of UNFCCC/UN General Assembly and UNEA processes and experience in engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders, including policymakers, industry groups and the media is essential.
- Strong communication skills
- Professionalism and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to digest and integrate technical, scientific, policy and legal information as well as to relate it simply and persuasively to non-expert audiences
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of additional languages an advantage
- Ability to travel at short notice
Desirable:
- Working knowledge of the fossil fuel industry and related issues (e.g. renewables, subsidies, carbon capture & storage etc.)

What we offer:
Location: Hybrid Working – offices in London Islington 2 days per week (3 or 4 days a week during induction and probation period) and home working. Some travel may be required as part of the role.
Hours: 40 hours per week, including a paid hour for lunch
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
Contract Type: Fixed term contract - 12 months, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability.
Holiday: Annual leave package of 25 days annual leave (+ days off between Xmas and New Year) + Bank Holidays + day off on your birthday, with an additional day per year up to a max of 29 days.

The Environmental Investigation Agency (EIA) is a UK-based charity who investigates and campaigns against environmental crime and abuse.
Our undercover investigations expose transnational wildlife and forest crimes. About the role
We are committed to ending the homelessness of more people using our direct services, including people with complex needs. To do this, we are seeking either full-time or part-time Practitioner Psychologists to join our fantastic team in locations around the UK.
In this role, you will be supporting our diverse operation in the heart of London.
You will form part of the local Leadership team, supporting the implementation of Psychologically Informed Environments (PIEs). You will support the delivery of our work to members by offering training and leading reflective practice for staff and providing direct services to members at times.
You will also be a part of a national psychology team made up of a Lead Clinical Psychologist, two Regional Lead Clinical Psychologists, and seven Practitioner Psychologists as well as one Assistant Psychologist and Trainee Clinical Psychologists on placements.
At Crisis, we understand more and more Practitioner Psychologists are taking on multiple part-time opportunities within the NHS, private practice and the third sector as this has been the case with our own team. About the role:

About our office:

Background
At the core of RABI’s mission is the commitment to address the individual needs of farming people. We offer one-to-one, expert support, advice and guidance, tailored to the individual circumstances of the farming person.
You will be part of a wider Volunteering team responsible for developing our approach to volunteering and engaging local stakeholders across England and Wales.
We currently involve approximately 500 volunteers who help raise funds and awareness of RABI within local communities. Most of our volunteers belong to one of 40 county committees.

Volunteer journey
- Work with the Volunteering Development Manager to ensure that RABI volunteering is accessible, inclusive, safe and enjoyable.
- Develop and introduce clear guidance and processes to support the volunteer journey – from recruitment, to induction, day to day management and exit.

This role reports to the Director of Informatics (FP&A) and has responsibility for leading the global annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes; and for delivering high quality, insightful analysis and reporting to the Country Programmes, Regional Support teams, Executive team and Board. Key stakeholders for this role include the CFO, CEO and COO, the Global Accounting team and Regional Directors and Regional Finance Directors.
MSI has multiple service delivery channels spanning donor funded projects and contracts as well as two commercial channels; static clinics and social marketing.
The ideal candidate will be a financial manager with the ability to communicate complex financial information in a simple way; work with stakeholders across the partnership to understand the business to deliver high quality analysis and process improvements in a considered manner. You will need to be confident line managing a finance analyst and providing coaching and feedback to help them develop their skills. You will need strong excel skills, a questioning and analytical mind and attention to detail. Ability to manage competing priorities is essential.

To perform this role, you’ll need the following experience:
- Experience in reporting (designing reports for a range of business users) and analysis,
- Experience of communicating complex processes and principles to colleagues in a clear manner
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities
- Significant financial systems and database experience (PowerBI essential)
- Experience of line management
- Business experience in a commercial and not-for-profit environment (desirable)
Formal education/qualification
- Professionally Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, other) (desirable)

Salary: £46,000 – £59,600 per annum for UK based candidates. Discretionary bonus + benefits.
Salary band: BG 10
