The role
We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our fundraising success with a particular focus on corporate partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building and maintaining strong relationships, has a passion for securing new funding opportunities, and is enthusiastic about engaging with volunteers and partners to achieve our mission.
This role sits within our Fundraising and Partnerships department, working alongside an equivalent Senior Fundraising and Partnerships Manager. Together, you will shape and deliver our fundraising strategy, with line management and support provided by the CEO.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is not only experienced in fundraising but also eager to actively prospect, pitch, and secure new funding opportunities while nurturing existing partnerships. The successful candidate will also lead volunteer recruitment and management, making this a truly dynamic role.

As part of this, you will understand the role and responsibilities of the Office Administrator responsibilities so you can provide training, backfill and assist during busy periods. This includes:

Overall Role Purpose
Changing Lives is a national charity supporting over 15,000 people each year facing homelessness, domestic violence and abuse, long-term unemployment and those in recovery. It is an exciting time to join Changing Lives as we expand our operations into London. We are seeking an experienced, proactive and passionate Corporate and Events Fundraiser (South) to expand our small, but dynamic fundraising team.
The Corporate and Events Fundraising Manager (South) will develop and implement fundraising strategies to cultivate strong relationships with new corporate partners and organise high-impact fundraising events to increase awareness and income. The successful candidate will also support fundraising across Birmingham and Northamptonshire, where we have established front-line services.

Key Activities
· Work with the Senior Fundraising Manager to review and implement the fundraising strategy for the South.
· Work closely with the Communications Team on projects, campaigns, appeals and events.

The Education Officer post offers an exciting opportunity for someone to play a key and visible senior role within the postgraduate education support staff team in the Education and Training Division. Anna Freud works in academic partnership with UCL, a world-renowned, Russell Group university, as the awarding body for its postgraduate programmes. The UCL-Anna Freud collaboration leads on the delivery of a successful portfolio of academic research and clinical programmes.
The Education Officer carries managerial responsibility for the day-to-day administration of all programmes/modalities within their remit. They will also oversee the work of a wider team of Programme Officers dedicated to the delivery of UCL programmes in the Postgraduate Studies team. The post-holder will be responsible for a range of tasks including programme organisation, delivery of assessment, examinations and awards, managing the work of a team, timetabling, supporting the student experience and their general wellbeing, committee servicing and undertaking other relevant duties as and when required. They will also be expected to meet the demands of supporting innovative, teaching and learning programmes that include the use of Digital Education to support accessible learning through a mix of in-person and online teaching.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge and experience of providing high quality programme administration, including leading on the delivery of key elements of the student lifecycle and ensuring a high-quality service to prospective and current students, as well as programme staff. The post-holder should be experienced in the use of HEI systems like SITS, Moodle (or other similar Virtual Learning Environments) and online platforms to support the delivery of teaching and learning (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.). They should also be familiar with processes and procedures commonly used to support programme delivery. This coupled with a strong understanding of lengthy and complex academic regulations,

Their mission is to support under-resourced young people to access top universities, through a unique programme of mentoring, skills coaching, and tuition.
The Head of Finance will build strong foundations in relation to financial literacy and commercial awareness across the organisation, own financial management and control whilst working closely with the Executive team and budget holders. This role will be crucial in supporting the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive to deliver strategic plans over the next five years and beyond.
The role:
- Developing and managing The Access Project’s financial strategy and associated KPIs with key stakeholders across the organisation.
- Managing variance analysis and reporting, reforecasting and rolling 12-month cash flow forecast successfully whilst optimising use of cash resources in line with its investment policy and risk management procedures.
- Owning and developing the financial control framework of The Access Project including optimising use of related systems.
- Leading on the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, including multi-year forecasts and financial models in line with the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Enable budget holders, through business partnering and training, to manage their own budgets effectively and make strategic decisions based on sound financial understanding of strategic drivers of the organisation.

Essential criteria:
- Holds a professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA/ACCA/CIMA). Finance professionals that have sufficient relevant experience and are close to becoming fully qualified could also be considered.
- Demonstrable business partnering approach to financial management is essential, preferably in a similar size organisation and business model.
- Has substantial and relevant experience within the not-for-profit sector including a strong understanding of Charities SORP (FRS102).
- Strong financial control, management accounting and reporting experience.
- Able to effectively communicate complex financial matters to non-finance colleagues.

About the role
The Charity Support Worker (CSO) will be the face of AWN and the first point of contact for grassroots organisations looking for support and guidance. About the Role
This new role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR within Mind BLMK. The role will join the CEO and Head of Finance and Head of Operations as part of the Executive team. Mind BLMK has a workforce of around 90 people and a small infrastructure to support us to deliver our valuable services to the community. We are recruiting a Therapeutic Practitioner to deliver For Baby’s Sake in the East of England. The post will be home-based with some elements of hybrid working. Applicants need to be located in the local area (Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex) and able to travel across the region.
For Baby’s Sake is an innovative, therapeutic, trauma-informed programme. We work with both co-parents individually, supporting a recovery framework to overcome the devastating effects of domestic abuse in their relationship. We acknowledge and explore unresolved and often complex childhood trauma and change harmful patterns of behaviour to develop a home environment where children can flourish. We adopt an attachment-focused parenting approach that enhances the opportunity for children to feel safe and secure with parents who are emotionally available and attuned to all their needs.
There must be a current pregnancy to harness change motivations, a desire on behalf of both parents to co-parent their unborn baby (although they do not have to be in a relationship) and we can work with the families up until the baby reaches the age of 2. The significance of this two-year timescale is evidenced in all recent child development research.
