Muslim Covert Foundation aims to provide essential support, resources and training for organisations working with new Muslims. An exciting opportunity exists for a CEO to join the team. As CEO, you will provide visionary leadership to advance the organisation's mission of supporting the convert Muslim community in the UK. The post holder will work closely with the Board of Trustees to shape the charity's future, oversee day-to-day operations and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance the overall reach of the foundation and achieve its vision. This is a full-time, 2-year contract, home based within the UK.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have experience in a senior leadership role within a charity or community organisation, or the non-profit sector. Ideally, you will have experience in strategic planning and implementation with a track record of achieving consistent organisational growth. You will have proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders including funders, partner organisations and government bodies. You will have good experience in the areas of fundraising, budgeting, and financial resource management as well as excellent interpersonal, communication and advocacy skills. A meaningful understanding of challenges faced by convert Muslims in relation to Islamic faith and traditions is also essential for the role.

Reporting to our Infrastructure Manager, you’ll manage and optimise our network infrastructure, including Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 services. You’ll ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our systems while collaborating with external managed service providers to implement and maintain these technologies.
How you'll make an impact:
- Manage and maintain our network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft Entra ID, including user account management, group policies, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Optimise Azure resources and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), ensuring secure and efficient operations.
- Implement robust security protocols, monitor for compliance, and respond to incidents in collaboration with managed service providers.
- Provide technical support to staff, ensuring timely resolution of Microsoft-related issues and delivering training on best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and cost efficiency.
You’ll work with the following tech stack:
- Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), Microsoft Intune, SIEM solutions.
- Routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs.

About you:
You’re a talented IT Systems Administrator with a proven track record of managing Microsoft environments. You excel in tackling technical challenges with a proactive mindset, turning complex problems into innovative solutions.
Must-haves:
- Proven experience managing Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365).
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience managing vendors and delivering high-quality IT services.
- Current certifications such as AZ-305, AZ-900, MS-100, AZ-104, or CompTIA Network+.
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune) and security tools like SIEM.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and cloud migrations.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This junior position is ideal for a recent university graduate or early career professional looking to work in the charity sector while contributing to meaningful work in road safety, transport, and sustainable development.
This is a remote role, and therefore, we are looking for someone adaptable, initiative-taking, and able to thrive in a supportive virtual work environment with strong problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable communicating and collaborating with team members online, managing your time effectively, and embracing the independence that remote work offers.
The role will require you to be UK-based. It will require occasional travel to London / Kent. This is likely to be more frequent in the initial stages of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of international road safety and sustainability projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating communication with stakeholders both in the UK and across our countries of operation.
- Prepare and contribute to project reports, summaries, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing administrative support for event planning and coordination.
- Support the creation of content for social media, newsletters, and other communication materials according to EASST’s Communications Strategy.
- Collect, organise, and analyse project data to support decision-making and reporting.
- Support engagement with international partners, donors, and beneficiaries, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
Candidate Specification
- A university degree, preferably in a related field (e.g., transport, public health, communications, social sciences, international relations, geography, or environmental studies).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, as a minimum. Familiarity with social media content creation, video editing or web content management systems would be an advantage.
- Experience organising events or project coordination would be desirable.
- An interest in international development, road safety or sustainability with a desire to contribute to meaningful change.
- Sensitivity to work effectively with diverse countries and cultures and a willingness to learn about the geographical regional dynamics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently when required.

Royal Voluntary Service has an opportunity available for a RETAIL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADto join our team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a salary of £34,241 - £43,046 per annum.The role is home based in the UK with National travel.
About the RETAIL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD role:
The Retail Business Development Lead is responsible for driving growth and expanding the charity's footprint of café and convenience shop locations. This role involves identifying and targeting new business opportunities, both within existing channels of operation and in new areas. Building and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders, and working with colleagues to respond to tenders and present to key decision makers to maximise new openings and net contribution to the charity.
Hours: 35 hours per week, normally Monday to Friday

Knowledge
- Proven knowledge of business development and sales processes.
