The role can either be UK homebased working, once a month in the London office or Hybrid working with two days a week in the London office. Due to the nature of the role there will be times you will come to London for meetings with Corporates.

The Role

Be responsible for managing a number of corporate partnerships, stewarding relationships to ensure donor satisfaction and long term engagement, including detailed and timely reporting.
The Candidate
Experience of corporate fundraising, successfully securing income and maintaining excellent relationships with donors .
Experience successfully securing Corporate funding from identification, to application and pitching stage.
Proven ability to proactively seek and secure new corporate partnership opportunities.

Right now, we’re looking for someone like you to join our NGAGE Young People’s Service in Northampton. NGAGE is an early intervention drug and alcohol service for young people aged 10-18 and we provide information, education, advice and support to young people in relation to drug and alcohol use.
Your challenge? To provide advice, assessments, brief and structured interventions and group programmes. As a Practitioner, you will be the initial contact for referrals into the service, conducting assessments via telephone, face to face and offering relevant and appropriate advice, harm minimisation, family interventions risk assessment and management, actioning onward referrals to partner agencies. You will also be required to manage a caseload.
An energetic and confident self-starter, you have a qualification in health/social care, youth and community work (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or above, DipSW, Mental Health Nursing, Counselling, Addiction Studies). Alternatively, we’ll consider candidates with experience of working in the substance misuse field with a commitment to complete NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care. As well as good knowledge of alcohol/drug and health related issues, you're used to liaising with voluntary and statutory agencies and health professionals and comfortable engaging with clients in a variety of service delivery settings. You will also have the ability to collaborate and work professionally with service users, families and external agencies to provide a service which maximises outcomes for service users. The Advice team work from a woman-centred, trauma informed and survivor led integrated approach, ensuring individualised support that is rooted in empowerment and best practice. The work is delivered through a commitment to an anti-oppressive, feminist framework that strives to address additional barriers and meet the diverse range of survivors needs, understanding the specific support needs of each survivor. We are passionate about social justice and being part of dismantling systems and structures which oppress survivors. These posts play a key part in helping us identify current issues affecting survivors in London and opportunities for change.

As Senior Philanthropy Operations Manager, you will act as the strategic lead for the data and information management that underpins all of the Development Office’s activities. This will include management of the Blackbaud CRM database (and all associated Blackbaud products), gift processing, reporting and analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant data protection legislation. You will play a critical role in the successful delivery of the Library Transformation Programme campaign and other strategic fundraising priorities. You will also provide strategic data management and analysis that can be leveraged to enhance the performance of the University’s fundraising campaigns and engagement activities.
Who are we looking for?
With a strong awareness of the “big picture” issues in the HE sector, particularly in fundraising and engagement, you will bring experience in transforming strategic ideas into operational reality. You will confidently collaborate with senior staff and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. Articulate and literate, you will present to senior staff and produce high-quality written work. Data literate, you will analyze and present data clearly to diverse audiences and effectively manage interactions with staff at all levels. You will lead and collaborate with a team of Development experts, leveraging significant experience in information and data management, IT, prospect research, and fundraising activities. Additionally, you will have experience in financial and budget management, interpreting financial information, and a solid understanding of charity legislation, fundraising regulation, and data protection.

About the role:
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to a specialised Cases Unit, playing a key part in its day-to-day functions. Your responsibilities will include managing and organising case documents, coordinating meetings, facilitating communication with legal teams, and assisting in casework activities. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure the efficient operation of the unit, contributing to the overall success of its work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the Unit's document management system to ensure efficient tracking, retrieval, and organisation of casework materials.
- Manage and update key logs, including Excel spreadsheets, to support ongoing Unit activities.
- Prepare and organise evidence bundles using the case management system, including redacting sensitive information for review by the Independent Decision-Making Body.
- Communicate with specific Inquiry staff and the Solicitor to the Inquiry on administrative and case-related matters as needed.
- Keep detailed records of all communications related to the Inquiry and ensure the Unit is regularly updated.
- Attend meetings with key stakeholders like the Legal Services Board and Solicitors Regulatory Authority, taking and distributing accurate notes.

- Schedule and organise meetings for the Unit, including internal meetings and external sessions with stakeholders.
