As CTA's Business Development Manager, your role involves increasing the uptake of MiDAS training and growing CTA membership. To do this you will need to have/develop an in-depth knowledge of the sector, be able to conduct your own research, develop relationships with our key stakeholders, and track performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Promoting CTA services, increasing uptake, and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement to retain our existing membership.
- Develop and foster relationships with local authorities, umbrella organisations, charities, voluntary organisations and other stakeholders across the UK to promote CTA membership offerings.
- This will include creating a promotional package for CTA membership to be delivered to organisations across the UK.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and outreach strategy to promote MiDAS training courses.
- You will do this by collaboratively working with MiDAS customers, training providers, local authorities, and community organisations to raise awareness of MiDAS and its benefits. This will include running workshops, webinars, and information sessions to educate potential clients on MiDAS standards and certification that encourage participation in MiDAS training.
- Build and maintain connections with commercial organisations affiliated with CTA, ensuring strong relationships, and the offers are relevant adding value to CTA membership.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including creating focused campaigns to attract new members and boost membership sales. This will include collaborating with CTA’s Country Directors and Development Officers to share these campaigns and involve them in the process.
- Using available internal MiDAS sales and participation data, develop a thorough understanding of who purchases and uses the product and how this can be leveraged to increase participation in the training programme and drive its income.

- Make the best use of social media, including content creation, to promote CTA membership and training offering.
- Work with senior leadership group to develop our sales systems and processes.

- Develop and implement strategies to identify trends within the Community Transport sector and beyond. In doing so you will identify potential new stakeholders, potential threats, opportunities and areas for growth.
- Monitor developments within the wider voluntary and transport sector and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Use these insights to regularly provide feedback to the leadership group and make recommendations for growth.
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to MiDAS training and CTA membership. Including providing regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

THE ROLE
The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for leading the London team’s overall fundraising strategy and activities. The role requires the postholder to motivate and support their team, and ensure regional and individual fundraising targets are met, in alignment with Islamic Help’s fundraising strategy. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan and ensure all resources are secured and monitored.

- Practical experience with large-scale CRM solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.

Role purpose
The Administration Officer will provide support to IAPO’s team and board of trustees to ensure that all administrative processes involved with the board and its committees, and IAPO’s operations, projects, membership, IT, and facilities are effectively coordinated and managed to ensure seamless business operations. The post holder will report to IAPO’s Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the post are detailed below. The post holder will also be required to undertake some appropriate tasks outside of these main responsibilities. As a small organization, IAPO requires all staff to be able and willing to support the running of the office and to carry out a range of activities.
· To help promote a culture of planning, efficiency and collaboration within IAPO.
· To act as the first point of contact for any communications into IAPO (unless they are addressed to a specific person) and ensure that they are directed to the most appropriate person for action.
· To work with the CEO in supporting the board of trustees and its committees, ensuring that timely and appropriate information is given to aid the board and committees in their decision-making processes, and that decisions of the board and committees are minuted, filed, and monitored.

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to provide high quality management and control of the finance function at our multi-site Christian outdoor adventure charity. Reporting to the Finance Director, the post holder will work closely with members of the senior management team to facilitate the smooth operation of Rock UK’s finances. He or she will be able to clearly and respectively communicate our Christian ethos, objectives, mission and vision to staff, suppliers and other stakeholders of all faiths and none.
The successful applicant will be educated to degree level or equivalent, hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), have proficiency in using computerised financial systems, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

ROLE SUMMARY

About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person with experience of business development, operational delivery, and project management to join Repowering London’s growing team. You will be a core part of our mission to tackle climate change and move towards a more inclusive and sustainable future.
You will be responsible for delivering existing projects that provide energy efficiency, low-carbon heat and other retrofit support for homes in London, including managing our existing domestic retrofit team. This will include street-level, single-dwelling homes as well as a growing focus on blocks of flats and multi-occupancy buildings. You will also support the Community Retrofit Director to develop a sustainable commercial offer for low-carbon heat and energy efficiency retrofit services. The aim is for Repowering London to offer these services on an ongoing basis with a sustainable business and delivery model. This would include reviewing our opportunity analysis, finalising the growth strategy and business case for approval by the executive team, and leading on implementation. We expect to see the initial launch of a commercial offer for property owners within 12 months of starting the role.
Additionally, you would support and coordinate with the existing rooftop solar and non-domestic retrofit team, to help identify synergies and build the foundations for the medium-term integration of our rooftop solar and heat decarbonisation offer in a holistic low-carbon retrofit service for both domestic and non-domestic buildings.

Your role as Domestic Retrofit Programme Manager
As our Domestic Retrofit Programme Manager, you will be the propulsive energy behind establishing and developing our growing low carbon retrofit service. To date Repowering London’s domestic retrofit offer has focused on research and development for innovative approaches to unlocking retrofit at blocks of flats, and delivering place-based domestic retrofit services in Lambeth and Newham that aims to increase awareness of retrofit as well as increase uptake of retrofit, either through existing retrofit grant schemes such as ECO or through working with the able-to-pay market. So far, this offer has been developed through grant funding, while our ambition is to develop sustainable business models to deliver these services ongoing.
Your role would be to build on this initial work with the completion of the business model and commercial terms, the development of a staged strategy for market entry, and to then launch and grow the new service. You will work closely with Repowering London’s Community Retrofit Director, Rooftop Solar and Non-Domestic Retrofit Teams, as well as the Executive Team, to share knowledge and leads, and to support the integration of our operations into a holistic retrofit service.
You will be part of Repowering’s Management Team and line managed by our Community Retrofit Director. Working with our Communications Officer, you will also agree messaging and develop materials to communicate Repowering London’s offer to different types of property owner.
