We are a charity providing free legal advice to women to help them navigate their way through the legal system and inform them of their rights. Addressing Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) is a major part of ensuring that women achieve equality. We also work to influence law and policy and provide training to professionals who work with women.
Job overview
As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, Rights of Women seeks an experienced Management Accountant who will work proactively with us to provide leadership in the management of our finances, utilising their experience, innovation and best practice to maximise the use of funds to support women who need our essential services.
Rights of Women is primarily funded through grants; therefore, it is essential that the post-holder has experience working within a similar funding environment, with a comprehensive understanding of the associated complexities, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.

About the Grants and Partnerships Manager
We began investing in this area of fundraising in April 2023, with some key foundation building and partnership building taking place since then. This role aims to develop and secure a diverse range of funding streams in order to deliver our ambitious fundraising growth plans over the next 3 years.

About the role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Property and Asset Manager to lead the Council's property function. This role encompasses strategic planning, development, and management of the Council's non-housing property portfolios (operational, leisure & heritage, community and commercial assets). This will include ensuring the optimal use and management of the Council's estate, maximising financial and social returns while aligning with corporate and political priorities.

About you

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of operating as a service manager in a complex organisation, with a strong understanding of property and asset management principles, ideally in a local government setting. Knowledge and understanding of property valuations is essential.
You will possess excellent people skills allied with the proven ability to listen, explain, negotiate and influence. You will be an enthusiastic, skilled subject matter expert with excellent presentation and report writing skills.
You’ll need analytical and communication skills, political acumen, and the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to effectively operate in a political environment with substantial practical and procedural knowledge of public sector practice is key.
The Council’s property function is small team with a large remit, the post holder must therefore be willing and able to get stuck in and deliver their own broad case load of transactions. At the same time, as the most senior surveyor at the Council, the post holder must be comfortable operating at a strategic level, setting the direction for the wider team as well as being an experienced and competent manager of other managers.

The Individual Giving Manager will contribute towards Ex Cathedra’s ongoing sustainability and success by maximising philanthropic income:
Strategy and research
• build, maintain and continually seek to expand a pipeline of prospects capable of making gifts at a high 4-, 5- and 6-figure level, making sure that all progress is tracked, monitored and reviewed on a routine basis
• explore our existing data to identify major gift prospects, working in line with data protection law and fundraising regulations
Individual giving
• work closely with the General Manager and Individual Giving Officer to further develop and implement strategies that will increase major gifts and legacy donations to Ex Cathedra, dovetailing with the Trusts and Foundations consultant where appropriate

Job overview
The Digital and Content Manager is responsible for the development and execution of BeyondAutism’s digital strategy, ensuring all online content and campaigns support the organisation’s strategic goals. The role owns and manages all digital platforms, including the website, email marketing, paid advertising, and social media (Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), ensuring content is engaging, optimised, and aligned with BeyondAutism’s brand identity. About the role
Channel ownership and development
- Develop and execute a digital and content strategy that aligns with BeyondAutism’s overall marketing objectives.
- Actively manage and grow the website, social channels (Bluesky, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), and email database, ensuring all content and contact lists are up to date.
- Own the technical maintenance and development of BeyondAutism websites (WordPress), working with external developers when required.
- Ensure all digital activity is integrated and aligned, supporting schools, outreach, fundraising, and admissions.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithms, trends, and best practices to maximise engagement on both paid and organic content.
Website and SEO management
- Manage the BeyondAutism websites, ensuring they remain compliant, up to date, user-friendly, and optimised for conversions.
- Apply SEO best practices (both technical and onsite SEO) to improve website visibility and search rankings.
- Develop and update landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Liaise with external agencies as needed to enhance website functionality.

- Manage Google Ad Grants, ensuring compliance and maximisation of the allocated budget.

- Continuously track performance and adjust campaigns to improve cost-per-click (CPC) and ROI.
Reporting and analytics
- Establish KPIs for each digital channel in agreement with the Head of Marketing & Communications.

Marketing and outreach campaigns
