As the Senior MEL Officer in the MEL team, you will support the Head of Impact & Learning and the MEL Manager, as well as the Programmes & Impact department and wider team, to measure and analyse the quality and impact of our programming. You’ll use your strong organisation skills, experience in data collection and analysis, and ability to identify key trends and impact in our work. You will also work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure that our impact and expertise in working with women entrepreneurs is measured and communicated accurately and effectively to our Board of Trustees and external stakeholders.
Department purpose
This role sits within the Programmes & Impact department, which is responsible for the development and delivery of our programmes and services, ensuring they are delivered to a high quality, remain responsive to women entrepreneurs’ needs and have demonstrable impact. The department is divided into three teams: Entrepreneurship, which is responsible for delivery of services such as HerVenture and the four ‘Road to’ programmes, Mentoring, which is responsible for development and delivery of the Mentoring Women in Business programme, and MEL, which is responsible for quality impact measurement, analysis and research.
Key responsibilities
Main obligations
- Support the development and implementation of MEL systems and tools across Mentoring and Entrepreneurship projects, providing the Foundation with the necessary information to understand our impact and inform programme improvements.
- Support in collection and analysis of organisational KPIs and provide overall operational support for the MEL team.
Specific responsibilities
- Programme Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
- Ensure up-to-date programme monitoring and evaluation materials (surveys, data collection tools and theoretical frameworks) are in place for existing programmes as well as those that are in development.
- In collaboration with colleagues in the Mentoring and Entrepreneurship teams, execute the annual calendar of programme and partner surveys, including uploading and testing the surveys.
- Develop analysis plans aligned to key research questions, programme goals and logical frameworks.
- Collect, clean and analyse quantitative and qualitative programme data aligned to programme goals, logical frameworks, organisational KPIs, and general summaries of findings.
- Collaborate with colleagues on the Mentoring and Entrepreneurship teams to support dissemination of programme findings and cross-site trends internally and externally.
Research and Evaluation
- Provide administrative, logistical and analytical support for programme evaluation and in-country data collection.
- Conduct desk research to support programme implementation and/or provide background and context for research and evaluation findings.
- Collect, clean and analyse data for Foundation-led or commissioned research and evaluations.
- Support development of tools and protocols for qualitative data collection, and conduct remote and in-country fieldwork, as needed.

- Attend and document monthly MEL meetings with colleagues in the Entrepreneurship and Mentoring teams.
- Support drafting internal and external reports to donors and in-country partners sharing programme outcomes and recommendations.
- Provide administrative support to the MEL team to organise and archive programme data, and anonymise PII in accordance with GDPR, under the direction of the MEL Manager.

- Essential criteria
- Two or more years of experience working in MEL, ideally related to international development.
- Experience with MEL tools and approaches for qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis, including survey design and implementation, semi-structured interviews, focus groups and outcome harvesting.
- Good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SurveyMonkey (or other survey tools such as Kobo Toolbox or Google Forms).
- Data collection, storage, analysis, and visualisation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle competing priorities while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail.

Role overview:
Full control and management of our baby bank and other donations from start to finish - including developing donation sources, managing volunteers, stock management and recording, sorting, quality checking and storing donations, organising and reporting on fair and transparent systems to meet the needs of our families. Key-holding, and managing all deliveries and collections at our Grassroots building.
Duties include:
· Scoping, initiating and maintaining relationships with potential sources of donations including community and corporate.
· Liaising with our Administrator to schedule community callouts for donations.

Hours and place of work
This role will be based at our building at the Grassroots centre, E15 3DB between 9.00 - 17.00 Monday – Friday during term times.
There may be some out of hours working (presentations to school or community groups, stalls at community events) for which you will be offered time off in lieu.
During school holidays and half terms there is an option of working from home when not expecting deliveries.
Holiday entitlement
You will be entitled to 30 days holiday per year. We ask that 4 weeks of this will be taken in August as the project shuts at this time. We ask that the remaining two weeks be taken during school holidays rather than term time.
Management and line-management structure
You will manage a part time baby bank assistant and clothes club, driving, clothes sorting, mending and other volunteers (mainly in person and through Whatsapp groups).
You will assist the Finance & Operations Manager in creating role descriptions for your volunteers, recruiting and training them.
Your will be line-managed by our Finance and Operations Manager.

About the role:
This role is home and office based, with travel throughout London. As a DRIVE IDVA, you will: -
- Work in partnership with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met.
- Develop and maintain effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse.
- Implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.
- Hold a case load focusing on high-risk survivors of domestic abuse to provide, medium to long term support, based on thorough risk assessment and individual safety and support planning.
- Attend regular case meetings with the DRIVE Case Managers and partnership agencies
- Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse.

- Have a knowledge of help-seeking barriers and support needs of victims of domestic abuse (in heterosexual or same-sex relationships).
- Have a good understanding of domestic abuse including the impact of domestic abuse on victims and their children.

- Understand safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues.
- Direct service delivery to victims of domestic abuse or other vulnerable people.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Data analysis plays a key part in supporting City Harvest growth and success. We are investing in our technology and data and are now in the process of consolidating several business applications onto the Dynamics 365 platform and standardising Power BI as a reporting tool.
We are recruiting for a Data & Impact Analyst to join the Finance and Data team. This is a new role to our charity which will act as an interface to other departments, to provide meaningful data and insights into the impactful work that we do.
ABOUT YOU
You will be a trained and technically skilled data analyst, experienced with Power BI as a reporting tool and familiar with Dynamics 365 as a CRM platform. This role requires confidence in working across different areas including data management and reporting, systems administration and maintenance. You will be able to effectively demonstrate and present your findings into meaningful data insights, actions and conclusions.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be rolled out in the first few months of 2025, and you will be involved in its roll-out and implementation.
You will have problem-solving skills with a positive, innovative and proactive "can-do" attitude, which will allow you to develop and shape this new role to make it your own. In addition to being a major provider of public and private funding and a vocal actor on issues of international policy, it is a source, transit and destination point for illegally traded wildlife. IFAW has a long record of accomplishment working on prominent issues in the UK and has developed a large, loyal and generous supporter base in the country with positive brand recognition.
Working under the direction of the Director Policy & Advocacy Europe, the Sr. Program Officer will be responsible for the implementation of IFAW’s global programmatic strategies in the UK region. Consolidating and building on previous progress, the focus will be primarily on combatting wildlife crime, engaging relevant national stakeholders across policy, enforcement, civil society, private sector, and academic sectors.
The Sr. Program Officer will work collaboratively with global staff to ensure alignment with IFAW program priorities, leveraging IFAW’s networks and expertise worldwide to achieve success.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter able to deliver under their own initiative while balancing the need to work within an international team, ideally with experience in a government department or agency, or a non-profit organization, preferably within a global structure.
With a strong background in program delivery, policy development and a good understanding of influencing and delivering change within parliamentary and government processes, this candidate will be articulate and politically aware and able to build out effective engagement strategies. Role and Responsibilities
· Work collaboratively with UK and global staff to deliver IFAW’s global program goals in the UK, with an initial focus on IFAW’s wildlife crime program.
· Develop the strategy and operational plans for policy advocacy, program implementation and research within the framework of IFAW’s global programs and policies, ensuring that budgets, targets, and performance indicators are set and work monitored, evaluated, and reported effectively within the organisation’s reporting mechanisms.
· Proactively identify, assess, and respond to all relevant developments within public policy, capitalizing upon opportunities to push IFAW’s priority policy calls and achieve positive changes in policy and legislation, ensuring IFAWs global policies and approaches to conservation and animal rescue are represented adequately in UK politics and key institutions.
· Build and maintain relationships with policymakers and stakeholders in law enforcement, academia, private sector (where relevant) and civil society organisations.
· Support the IFAW’s fundraising teams, when relevant, with the development of the UKs institutional grant funding portfolios and major giving opportunities, including developing pitches and undertaking face-to-face meetings with potential supporters.
· Work with the UK communications team to support media strategies around IFAW’s programmatic work, acting as a media spokesperson where appropriate.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· At least 5 years of relevant experience, in areas such as nonprofit management, wildlife conservation, policy development and advocacy, project and financial management, stakeholder engagement.
· Demonstrated experience of successful political engagement on difficult issues, with a track record of skillfully navigating parliamentary structures and government decision-making to achieve political or governmental support.
· Strong network of political and governmental contacts and knowledge of policy and legislation development within the UK.
· Good knowledge of what wildlife crime entails, and who the key actors are that aim to combat wildlife crime, is highly desired. Specific expertise in wildlife cyber-enabled crime a bonus. Strong knowledge of species identification and CITES are a bonus as is experience in issues around transparency and tackling corruption.
· Proven track record of program delivery, working within dispersed and multidisciplinary teams. Experience of working in a global organisation, within a matrix model is preferable. Experience of commissioning research or working with academic institutions a plus.
· A resourceful problem-solver, with strong critical thinking skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure.
· Proven ability to work effectively through networks and coalitions to achieve change and to communicate constructively with partners and funders and fulfill their reporting requirements.

Tottenham Hotspur Foundation (the Foundation) is a registered charity and the community arm of Premier League football club Tottenham Hotspur. The Club, through the Foundation, seeks to use the power and unique appeal of football to provide opportunities that change lives throughout its local community.
The Foundation is based at the Grade II-listed 18th century Percy House on Tottenham High Road – painstakingly restored by the Club as part of the wider sport-led regeneration of the area. We are driven by a passion for creating positive change in people’s lives within an area of significant socio-economic deprivation, yet where a vibrancy and richness of talent and ambition exists. The Foundation harnesses and builds on this through a range of projects and initiatives to pursue, achieve and sustain desired impacts and outcomes, utilising partnerships within the private, not-for-profit, and public sectors.
The Foundation is seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator to support in overseeing its presence on the Club website and develop the Foundation’s social media presence through planning, production and distribution of compelling digital content showcasing how the Foundation inspires and empowers people living within our local communities to thrive. The role will also involve assisting with the Foundation’s digital marketing outreach.
JOB PURPOSE
- To support overseeing the Foundation’s presence on the Club website, ensuring it amplifies the Foundation’s voice and fosters meaningful connections and engagement with all stakeholders.
- To develop and help maintain the Foundation’s social media presence – this is an exciting time to get involved, with the Foundation discussing its launch on Instagram and some other major platforms.
- To play a key supporting role in email marketing and provide analysis reports on all things digital.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Foundation’s growing fundraising & communications team to develop digital and social media strategies that meet the organisation’s objectives.
- Produce high-quality digital content in the form of videos, infographics and more.
- Maintain on brand and up-to-date presence for the Foundation on the Club website.
- Provide support in the implementation of email marketing to key Foundation audiences.
- Produce regular analysis reports, utilising data and responding to what it tells us.
- Spend time working at Foundation activities and across Club sites to understand what stories there are to tell and how we can best share them.
- Help lead the testing and implementation of digital trends and tools.
- Work with Foundation staff and beneficiaries so that content is not just about them, but led by them.
- Participate in staff training offered by the Foundation.
- Perform all responsibilities in line with legislative guidance and Club/Foundation policy on safeguarding, ED&I practices and environmental sustainability.
- Due to the nature of the industry and the role, some out-of-office hours work may be required from time to time, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential
- Proven experience of website management and content management systems.
- Extensive knowledge and use of social media channels and management tools.
- Proven experience in using analytics to inform future ways of working.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to make relationships and enlist support.
- An understanding around the importance of obtaining consent for people to be in photos and videos.
- Sound writing and proofreading skills.
Desirable
- Knowledge of and ability to use Adobe video editing programs and Canva, as current preferred tools of ours.
- Experience and knowledge of best practice around email marketing.
- Good understanding of how digital communications can support a charity fundraising function.
- Good understanding of the sports/CSR landscape also desirable.
