PURPOSE OF THE POST/RESPONSIBILITIES
Caudwell Children is a national charity which works to change the lives of disabled and autistic children; change society’s understanding and acceptance of disability; and change public perceptions of the important role that charity plays in society.
Based from the award-winning Caudwell International Children’s Centre in Staffordshire, we seek an experienced relationship manager with the ability to identify opportunities and develop relationships to raise funds which support the charity’s expanding service delivery.
Responsible for the ownership and development of corporate supporter relationships, this role will play a pivotal part in helping to grow the charity’s fundraising income and helping to change the lives of autistic and disabled children across the UK and beyond.
The successful candidate will join a growing team of enthusiastic fundraising professionals aimed at improving the donor experience and growing the charity’s corporate fundraising partnerships income.
The role will be part of the Corporate Fundraising strand which will be responsible for income lines including, but not limited to:
- Charity of the Year
- Cause-related Marketing
- Licensing
- Strategic Partnerships
Success will be supported and monitored by the Director of Corporate Fundraising against KPI’s including lead generation, conversion rates and income growth.
Relationship development will be documented and reported using the charity’s dedicated CRM system (currently Raiser’s Edge).
PERSON SPECIFICATION

What the job involves
As the leader of a flexible and multi-skilled team, a mixture of Health Influencing and Policy specialists you’ll use your expert knowledge and skills to maximise the positive impact that we have in shaping health policy and practice to effectively deliver on our strategic priority to maximise our positive impact for men with prostate cancer.
You’ll provide effective and timely analysis of a wide range of complex policy issues, identifying policy developments that we can and should influence, or that we should support the implementation of, to further our impact with our communities. You will promote understanding of the health and care system among internal staff and our external communities and audiences.
You’ll grow our ability to successfully influence key stakeholders for the delivery of our strategy, particularly NICE for approval of new treatments. You’ll ensure that the team have strategic relationships with health stakeholders across the UK (e.g. Cancer Alliances/Health Boards) so that we can proactively engage them to support the delivery of our strategic priorities and rapidly react to care issues that arise.

You’ll bring an excellent understanding of the different health services, policy and systems across the UK and how these can be influenced. You’ll be an excellent communicator and presenter, credible at senior levels with external stakeholders and partners.
We’re looking for someone experienced in developing and managing influencing strategic programmes, working across team and organisational boundaries ensuring the ranging evidence collected is used effectively to provide a strong analysis.
You’ll have experience of influencing significant service improvement or policy change at a national level, including the approvals process for new treatments. You’ll be familiar with identifying, interpreting, and critically appraising a wide range of evidence and data to provide sound analysis of policy issues.

The Role
This is a dynamic new and exciting role which will play a key part in our strategy for development and growth at Link to Change. The RJ Senior Case Coordinator will be the first point of contact for complex referrals into the service and will manage a busy and varied case load. The NGSN Communications and Partnerships Manager role is crucial to the successful coordination and delivery of the communications for GambleAware and the National Gambling Support Network (NGSN). PURPOSE OF THE POST/RESPONSIBILITIES
Caudwell Children is a national charity which works to change the lives of disabled and autistic children; change society’s understanding and acceptance of disability; and change public perceptions of the important role that charity plays in society.
Based from the award-winning Caudwell International Children’s Centre in Staffordshire, we seek an experienced relationship manager with the ability to identify opportunities and develop relationships to raise funds which support the charity’s expanding service delivery.
Responsible for the ownership and development of supporter relationships, this role will play a pivotal part in helping to grow the charity’s fundraising income and helping to change the lives of autistic and disabled children across the UK and beyond.
The successful candidate will join a growing team of enthusiastic fundraising professionals aimed at improving the donor experience and growing the charity’s repeat and sustainable income.
The role will be part of the Individual Giving fundraising strand which will be responsible for income lines including, but not limited to:

Success will be supported and monitored by the Director of Public Fundraising against KPI’s including lead generation, conversion rates and income growth.
Relationship development will be documented and reported using the charity’s dedicated CRM system (currently Raiser’s Edge).

Job Title: West Yorkshire Full-time Maths Tutor

Responsible for: Delivery of academic intervention in Maths to pupils in educational environments for Tutor Trust
Location: West Yorkshire
Salary: £24,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position (40 hours across seven days a week)
Job Purpose: Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· To plan and deliver tuition to primary/secondary school aged pupils (from 9-16 years old) across West Yorkshire in Maths on a 1:1 to 1:4 ratio.
· To complete appropriate paperwork relating to tuition with pupil (register, feedback sheets, etc.)
· To liaise with the West Yorkshire Programmes team and the quality team.
· To undergo any appropriate training throughout the role to enhance the quality and impact of tutoring delivery.

General
The West Yorkshire team is based in central Leeds offices however, there is the opportunity for hybrid/remote working. The job is a full-time, position with frequent travel required across the West Yorkshire Region to deliver tuition. All reasonable travel expenses on Tutor Trust business will be reimbursed (not including your regular commute from home to the Tutor Trust office).
Holiday entitlement will be 33 days per annum (inclusive of Bank Holidays, pro rata). The role will involve working occasional unsocial hours in the evenings and at weekends.
