The charity’s board meetings are typically held in London, so applicants are likely to be living in the south of England. The Role: The successful candidate will be working with adults in a residential setting delivering assessments, group sessions and one-to-one therapy to those admitted to the service. The post holder will offer an intensive, abstinent-based programme with high levels of group therapy and a strong emphasis on aftercare support. We are recruiting two Mentoring Project Officers to support the Project Manager in delivering our high-quality 1-year Mentoring Programme that supports young carers aged 14-16 to achieve goals tailored to their needs. Each cohort will be delivered through a combination of 1:1 mentoring and monthly groups with a maximum of 8 mentees and 2 mentors. The programme aims to help the mentees improve their educational attainment, identify routes into further and/or higher education and apprenticeships, increase independence skills, build confidence, access appropriate services, reduce isolation and build resilience.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting young carers to reach their full potential. We do not expect you to have direct experience of mentoring nor working with young carers but we do expect you to have empathy, good listening skills and a strong knowledge of the needs and common challenges of young people aged 14-16 with a desire to make a real difference in their lives.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with community organisations and to generate and maintain steady referrals to the programme. You will be required to assess young carers’ needs and in conjunction with the other Mentoring Project Officer, deliver one-to-one and group support to the mentees, carefully monitoring their progress. Further to this, you will be responsible for responding to safeguarding concerns and maintaining strong professional boundaries.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Triangle Community Garden, as a Project Manager.
We want to hear from you if you have a passion for nature connection, horticulture and social enterprise, love working with people and have management skills and/or experience.
In this role you will be managing and developing all aspects of our greencare projects; supporting our staff and volunteers; and ensuring our services reach as many people as feasible.
Triangle Community Garden runs horticultural therapy sessions in our allotment sites and community garden in Hitchin, Hertfordshire working with people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues.
Ideally you’ll have some knowledge or experience of social therapeutic horticulture and working with people with additional needs. You’ll need to have experience of managing people and projects and it would be beneficial if you had experience of developing services and networks with other local organisations.
Appointment is subject to a satisfactory DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) check.

Purpose
The purpose of the role will be to lead business development across Development Pathways with the aim of sustaining and expanding our business portfolio through engaging with more clients and business opportunities, overseeing the development of new products, building our consultant and associate network, enhancing our internal capacity to generate business and maintaining and developing our brand through effective communications.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Head of Business Development are:
Strategy and leadership:
· Developing and leading our business development strategy and plan to consolidate our current portfolio and move us into new areas of growth.
· Providing strategic oversight and management to improve business development functions and increase fee-based revenue, coordinating across our country offices.
· Building and managing to a high standard a strong business development and communications team aligned to the needs of the organisation.
· Ensuring that we are aware of the latest trends in our focus sectors, monitoring competitors and reviewing Pathways’ offering considering competitors’ developments.
· Participating in the Senior Management Team and contributing to leadership and decision-making across Development Pathways
New business development:

· Building relationships with decision makers within potential client organisations and partners.
· Developing and growing our network of consultants, ensuring Pathways has access to the right knowledge and skills to implement new projects.

The Head of Business Development is a key leadership position within Development Pathways. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for business development. We are SafeLives, the UK-wide charity dedicated to ending domestic abuse, for everyone and for good.
Last year alone, 14,000 professionals received our training. Over 80,000 adults at risk of serious harm or murder and more than 100,000 children received support through dedicated multi-agency support designed by us and delivered with partners. The Role
The Drive Partnership works across the domestic abuse specialist sector, public sector partners and beyond to develop sustainable, national systems in England and Wales that respond effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse. In this key role, the Senior Project Management Support Officer will be responsible for supporting the effective project management of a number of our projects and providing administrative support for the wider Drive Partnership Teams.
As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) a key element of this will be supporting the Drive team and Drive Partnership organisations – SafeLives and Respect, with development and delivery of training products to support workforce development in the perpetrator services sector.

About the role
We’re looking for a motivated, communicative, and knowledgeable Public Affairs Officer to join our Policy and Influencing Team, to help us achieve the positive change children and young people with cancer across the UK, and their families, need in the health system. This means amplifying the voices of young cancer patients and delivering evidence-based campaigns that make change happen.
The Public Affairs Officer is responsible for supporting the Policy and Influencing Team with public affairs expertise to deliver the key components of our influencing work in England and UK-Wide (Westminster). You will help us influence the system for children and young people with cancer and their families, so we can change experiences of having cancer and ensure children and young people’s voices are heard.

This role is a hybrid role, with frequent in-person presence in London required. As a London-based role requiring frequent travel within London, the advertised salary is reflective of our London pay scale.
What will I be doing?
