Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with flexibility as required).
What is the role?
This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll oversee our commercial income portfolio, including 18 retail shops, our warehouse and logistics operations, and emerging income streams. You’ll lead a dynamic team and create innovative business strategies to grow our commercial income from £6 million to £9 million over the next five years.

Key Responsibilities
Support and Equip Church Partners
- Work with the wider Church Partnerships Team to meet key strategic goals to build social transformation across the church in the UK
- Manage working relationships with a caseload of partner churches to ensure programme delivery flourishes, that the church has ongoing support and feels connected to Resurgo, and has a vision for and feels ownership of the Spear programme in their community
- Liaise with church partners regarding any challenges they’re facing, providing strategic support and connecting them to the wider Resurgo team for further assistance around key challenges
Line Management, Team Training and Development of Spear Centre staff
- Support with the recruitment and induction of new Spear coaches, and manage Spear Centre Managers through regular 1-1s and helping them troubleshoot challenges
- Performance management of the Spear centres run in partnership with your caseload of churches through regular reviews, informal and structured feedback, session observations and reporting on KPIs
- Work with the Impact team to identify training needs, then design and run training initiatives to meet these needs, including all-team training days, role-specific training streams, and volunteer training

The role
With responsibility for a small team of three, as Finance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance function, ensuring the accurate and efficient management of financial transactions, reporting, and compliance.
We are looking for an excellent communicator, who is approachable and self-motivated and prides themselves on being a supportive team leader. You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure in a calm and collected manner.
The successful candidate will:
· Be CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
· Have experience of working in a multi-disciplinary finance environment
· Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Have experience in managing and mentoring a small finance team
· Be experienced in using Sage 50 or similar accounting software.
The role is available 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm (Friday 4pm finish), on a salary of £38,928 - £40,796 per annum.

Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) are a national Christian charity working in partnership with local churches to bring struggling children hope and a future. Building on the huge success of TLG Early Intervention Coaching, TLG Therapeutic Support will be a new way for TLG, with partner churches, to provide support in school for the increasing number of pupils struggling to cope due to their emotional, relational, and mental health experiences. The ideal candidate will hold an accredited coaching qualification and have an aptitude for creativity whether this is music and drama, sport and outdoor recreation or other fields of kinaesthetic development. The TLG Therapeutic Coach will be present each week in the school, providing specialist trauma aware care for these children, whilst supporting staff and parents/carers too, so we're looking for an individual who can build and foster strong relationships.

We seek an experienced Director of Development to drive Blue Ventures' fundraising efforts, secure resources, and support our ambitious Thriving Fishers Thriving Oceans Strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Programme Officer, this senior leadership position oversees the development team and is responsible for a portfolio of trusts and foundation grants, high-net-worth individual giving, and government funding. The team oversees the entire fundraising cycle across the portfolio, including identifying and cultivating funding relationships, developing high-quality proposals, managing grants, and stewardship.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Development collaborates cross-functionally with other department leads, regional directors, and country teams to understand the resourcing needs across multi-year plans and organisational priority setting. ALT partners with adult education providers in some of London’s most deprived areas to offer our services to those who could benefit most from our support. Our approach is learner-led and focuses on helping adult learners to feel supported, empowered and confident in their literacy development.
Founded in 2021, ALT is a young but ambitious charity and we’re looking for an organised, dedicated, and ambitious Recruitment Coordinator who will be at the very heart of delivering our growing service. As Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll coordinate our volunteer recruitment programme and steward applicants through our processes to become fully onboarded volunteers, ready to support adult learners.
Position: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Remote/home-working with regular in-person work across London as required (varies according to time of year but an average of once per week, reasonable travel expenses covered)
Hours: 21 hours per week. Either three full days per week or four/five shorter days per week.

Your primary responsibilities as Recruitment Coordinator
· You’ll be responsible for coordinating & implementing ALT’s volunteer recruitment programme
· You’ll work to ensure a robust pipeline of volunteer applicants to support our growing programme
· You’ll foster connections with community partners to ensure ALT’s volunteer opportunities are visible within the communities where we work

The main duties of the role
To deliver the IntoUniversity programme effectively to children and young people in different settings, including schools-based workshops, Academic Support sessions and educational visits. This includes positive behaviour management and adherence to the IntoUniversity safeguarding policy.
- To assist with the organisation and delivery of the Academic Support, FOCUS and Mentoring Programmes.
- To assist the IntoUniversity Centre Leader in liaising with schools and other partner bodies, in organising the classroom and resources and in planning project delivery.
- To update and maintain IntoUniversity displays, publicity and resources.
- To work with the IntoUniversity Centre Leader to recruit children and young people to the programme, including after-school Academic Support and FOCUS Weeks.
- To develop educational resources and worksheets for use across all IntoUniversity programmes.

Additional 32 hours (or 8 days of 4 hours each)
These will be agreed between you and your line-manager, and may include days during school holidays. They will typically include three whole team meetings, one delivery team meeting and the annual staff conference. These will be pro-rated based on when you join in the academic year.
