Our flagship mental health programme increases access to NHS Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and helps tackle waiting times and reduce Health Inequalities by providing weekly 1-2-1 mentoring support for young people aged 11-21 with mild-moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing support needs. The programme provides key interventions and assistance for young people to proactively manage their mental wellbeing, re-establish aspirations and a sense of connection.

About the role and its purpose
We are in a very exciting moment in the development of the Advantage Mentoring by designing a second programme which this post-holder will be responsible for the successful implementation and project and performance management of.
Taking the underpinning principles and approaches of our flagship young person programme in partnership between CCO and CAMHS, we have designed a second programme helping adults signed-off work due to their mental health to improve their overall health and get back to sustainable employment. We will start delivery in September with referrals coming via GP surgeries in Barking, Hackney and Waltham Forest with the programme delivered in partnership with Arsenal in the Community, Leyton Orient Trust and West Ham United Foundation.
The post-holder will be responsible for successfully launching the programme and providing on-going project and performance management, and is accountable for all operational objectives and KPI’s.
Key Performance Indicators
• Project and performance manage the CCOs delivering the programme to achieve all programme objectives
• Oversee monthly Operational Steering Groups with lead personnel from CCOs, DWP and NHS to share good-practice, refine the model and implement upskilling across all areas of the programme
• Support the Managing Director in further building relationships and a strong network with existing and new stakeholders particularly with NHS, CCO and DWP
• Gather data to ensure quality assurance and provide insight and improvement
• Produce and end-of-year evaluation report detailing the programme’s impact and benefits, improvements and how the programme should scale
Key Responsibilities
• Collation of data to help support all monitoring and evaluation functions
• Ensure Safeguarding Minimum Operating Standards at all clubs are quality assured
• Ensure the development and delivery of training alongside our clinical psychologist
• Provide on-going responsive support of delivery staff throughout
• Provide a high-quality and professional service to all partners and alliances
• Produce reports to demonstrate movement and results against strategy and KPIs
• Produce a ‘value-for-money’ exercise that enhances programme appeal
• Feed in and support Advantage Advisory Board meetings

Person Specification The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Prince2 or other equivalent project management qualification
• Proven achievement of KPIs
• Proven ability of successfully performance managing programmes
• Experience in employability programmes
• Experience of working for, or in partnership with, The NHS, DWP or CCO
• 12 months’ experience of working at a management level
• Experience in a not-for-profit organisation

Campbell Rd Young Peoples service provides support and housing for 55 young people in Tower Hamlets that are either leaving care of affected by youth homelessness. The Support Worker role will be to manage a caseload of approx 7-10 young people .You will be expected to deliver positive outcomes for all our young people and support them to reach independence, keep safe and maintain their tenancy's. Aside from support workers delivering support there is a strong element of housing management associated wit this role, for example managing rents, raising/monitoring repairs and health and safety.

DOTW UK has a small, high-performing and dynamic services team dedicated to delivering high quality, person-centred healthcare in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional personal and team performance.
We are looking for a new team member with experience of delivering effective advocacy on behalf of people from marginalised communities to join us to play key role in the delivery of services that will support equal access to primary medical services for people seeking asylum in contingency accommodation in Northeast London. The outreach service will offer initial health and social assessments, urgent care, and will facilitate GP registration and, and support access to wider healthcare and support services within the area through direct referrals and signposting, and coordination with other local services and partners.
As part of DOTWs Services team, you will support the service by proactively promoting DOTW’s service at individual accommodation sites, providing social assessments for residents and their dependents, escalating health issues of any immediate concern, and support responses to urgent health and/or safeguarding concerns. As part of a culture of best practice, you will ensure adherence to DotW policies and will provide support resolving complex cases, deploying your demonstrative experience delivering person-centred, compassionate care and/or advice and support to people seeking asylum or from other excluded communities.
You will lead by example, demonstrating effective advocacy, coordination, and multi-tasking skills, The role requires emotional agility, and resilience, especially when dealing with complex situations such as mental health crises, trafficking, and homelessness, where you will draw on your experience to manage complex situations calmly and compassionately. You will be someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be able to work productively and constructively within a close knit team by demonstrating an open and responsive attitude and using your excellent communication skills.
You will have strong IT skills and ideally a driving licence to be able to support us to deliver our services in our dedicated mobile clinic vans. You will have the skills to work independently and manage your own and volunteers' health and safety, sometimes working alone.
You will be supported by an experienced team, regular line management, and clinical supervision. Skills in Basic Life Support, First Aid, safeguarding, mental health management, and trauma-informed approaches will be provided.

Oakview is a supported living project for 10 customers with mild to moderate learning disabilities. It provides a 24/7 support service, with an emphasis on choice and control for customers, enabling them to achieve greater independence, improved quality of life and integration into the wider community. Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. This includes providing personal care, domestic duties, emotional and social support in a person centred way. Staff will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.
The service is staffed 24/7 and all staff is required to cover at least one sleep in a week.

As Health & Safety Manager, a typical day might include:
- Developing and embedding a positive H&S culture throughout the organisation, through daily actions messaging and ways of working, to ensure that positive H&S awareness and responsibility is the way things are done here.

Specialist Support Workers within Look Ahead are required to have either an extra dimension of experience or a higher qualification level as determined relevant for the particular post. Teresa House and Hamlets Way are two supported housing accommodations for adults with enduring mental health issues. Both services provide a high level of support to 16 customers on each service. Teresa House is a fast stream service where customers are supported up to two years while Hamlets Way is a slow stream service where customers can expect support for a minimum of two to a maximum of 4 years.
The service is under Look Ahead management since April 2015 and the buildings are owed by Notting Hill Genesis. As a support worker you will play an integral role in developing effective support and risk management plans. You will also support customers with aspects of their day-to-day living including but not excluded to; social and physical activities, medication, benefit entitlements, maintaining living standards, exploring employment, education and training opportunities.

What you'll do:
- To work on a rota based shift pattern which includes working early (8-4pm) and late (2-10pm) shifts 5 days a week.

About the Service
The Crisis Centre and rest of Nightlight Services (Café’s, Helpline, Daylight provision) is proud to provide urgent support, crisis intervention and emotional support to people experiencing a mental health crisis in Hertfordshire as an alternative to statutory pathways. We provide support to adults across Hertfordshire 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our helpline, crisis cafes and 24/7 Crisis Centre. We aim to provide a safe space for people in crisis to talk and feel supported, be listened to without judgement, access relevant support with problem solving and facilitate access to external services when necessary.
As a member of our diverse team, you will work closely with service users in crisis by using a person-centred approach to ensure that each individual is supported with dignity and respect. By honouring the individual experience of each service user, we are able to respect their autonomy as well as encourage and facilitate positive steps towards management of crisis and recovery.
About the Role
This role is managing a shift, delivering emotional support within a 24/7 four bed crisis house.
Alongside other Crisis Centre Coordinators, to be a key member of the Crisis Centre team, providing effective operational leadership delivering the Nightlight Mental Health Crisis Centre Service. You will be ensuring the delivery and development of quality crisis support services and instilling Hertfordshire Mind Network’s values throughout the provision. You will provide management support to Crisis Centre Mental Health Support Workers and support the Crisis Centre Team Leader in ensuring practice within the service is safe, effective and person centred.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing emotional support and developing, alongside service users, flexible and realistic crisis support/person-centred plans within agreed guidelines with support from the leadership team (including assessments of need, risk, crisis support plans and review forms) in person or via telephone.
- Draw upon own lived experience as appropriate to inform the delivery of person centred support.
- Providing immediate advice and information to clients to support with crisis presentations.
- Liaise with Nightlight management and external services e.g. police, ambulance service, Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, Single Point of Access, Safeguarding Out of Hours Service, Mental Health Liaison Teams, Adult Community Mental Health Services etc. as needed in terms of accepting referrals and proactively recognising the indicators of deteriorating mental health and facilitating appropriate support.
- Complete appropriate signposting/onward referrals to both internal and external services in accordance with identified needs and risks.
- Ensuring record keeping is maintained to the required standards at all times and contributing to service monitoring requirements.
- Arranging transport for service users to facilitate access to services as needed.
- You will line manage a number of Crisis Centre Mental Health Support Workers and be part of the operational management for the Nightlight Crisis Centre.
