About the Role
The Campaigns and Influencing Manager will develop and drive forward Agenda’s campaigns and influencing plans to improve systems and services for women and girls with unmet needs.
This role would support a collaborative, proactive and enthusiastic person, keen to work closely with our team, Alliance members, and women and girls with lived experience of the areas we work on, to share our messages and bring about positive social change.
This is an exciting and varied role, providing the right candidate with the opportunity to bring together campaigning, policy influencing, convening and co-production, as well as the chance to develop and manage others. The postholder will look across all our evidence and projects to consider and implement the most impactful routes to influence.
Key responsibility areas
- Developing and holding Agenda’s campaigns and influencing plans, aimed at improving systems and services for women and girls with unmet needs, drawing on a range of tactics and approaches.
- Overseeing the delivery of existing funded projects and influencing goals, including around young women and racial disproportionality in the justice system, girls at risk of school exclusion, mental health and racism in public services.
- Coordinating the team to draw together Agenda’s research, communications, policy and insights to develop key messages, and ways of using these to target and influence key audiences.
- Identifying key points of influence and leverage across a range of areas, nationally and locally - developing approaches and relationships with key actors which will have maximum impact for bringing about change.

About the role
We’re working to build and grow a powerful movement of people to transform the experience of people living with Parkinson’s. A big part of how we will do that is by engaging and mobilising our existing supporters through a wide variety of channels to take additional actions in support of Parkinson’s UK
You’ll be instrumental in devising and delivering the strategic plans to achieve our ambitions for supporter engagement, as well as leading the teams responsible for delivering email and supporter journeys across the organisation.

- Lead the development of the audience planning process so that it achieves its ultimate aim of improving experience at Parkinson’s UK
What you’ll bring
- Significant experience of supporter engagement in the commercial or not-for-profit sectors

The Training & Consultancy Officer will work closely with the Senior Consultancy and Training officer and Head of Consultancy and training to deliver significant elements of activity. The post holder will be responsible for the administrative duties in the team which include responding to prospects, creating booking forms, invoicing and liaising with our team of associates.

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager with sector specific expertise to manage our Fast Forward collaborative programme in the UK apparel and general merchandise sectors at a key moment of change and development.
In this varied role you will be responsible for the day to day running of the programme, provide developmental strategic input and support the programme’s evolution, as well as ensuring the programme maintains its integrity.
You will manage relationships with all key stakeholders in the programme including brands, suppliers, audit bodies and external stakeholders. You’ll work on the development of the programme responding to emerging risks of exploitation, industry changes and demand. You’ll also lead the integrity and quality assurance of the programme.
You’ll deliver, enhance and promote brand and supplier engagement including training workshops, webinars and forums. You’ll work with the Co-CEOs to ensure the programme delivers on target, on-time, on-budget, in line with the agreements and organisational objectives and guidelines.
You will work from home and will join a friendly, supportive, and committed global team, and contribute towards creating systemic change.
Who you are:
- An experienced project manager with an in-depth understanding of the UK apparel and general merchandise sectors and experience managing relations with a variety of stakeholders
- A professional who has worked with or within the UK apparel/general merchandise sector on responsible business behaviour and with a good knowledge/understanding of ethical labour practices
- A great organiser, with the ability to set and meet demanding targets and deadlines, and to hold others accountable to those
- An excellent trainer, with experience of preparing and delivering training to businesses
- Someone with an interest in being involved in operations as well as strategic thinking
- An excellent communicator, with experience of developing and building new successful working relationships with a range of stakeholders, as well as confidence in representing the programme professionally at a variety of events
- Someone with experience of measuring and demonstrating impact
- A motivated and enthusiastic worker, able to work independently and with remote colleagues/stakeholders, delivering day-to-day workload with minimal supervision
- Someone with a good eye for detail, whilst retaining sight of the bigger picture
- An individual with permission to work in the UK.
The role is varied with opportunity to support strategy development. You will work remotely, but in close cooperation with a Programme Coordinator, the Co-CEOs and the rest of our team.

We're recruiting for a Data Executive to join us and support the ongoing marketing and membership activities of British Heart Foundation (BHF).
About the role
As a Data Executive you'll be responsible for managing marketing data selections; taking responsibility for a campaign to advise on segmentation, building selections in Blackbaud Enterprise CRM, and using SQL to write output scripts.
You'll work on a range of imports and will be involved in testing and improving existing import processes as well as be responsible for identifying, fixing, and improving issues in the database. You'll also get involved in other projects as required such as testing software upgrades.
Working arrangements
This is a 12 month fixed term contract covering family leave.
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

About you

The Senior Finance Manager is a new role at Bite Back and will lead our financial management, practices and policies. We are a relatively new non-profit, established in 2019, and have now grown to a staff team of nearly 30 people with a turnover of £2.3 million.
Bite Back was initially housed within the umbrella of our founder’s company, the Jamie Oliver Group, and in the past 18 months we have decoupled our finances and operations and become a fully independent non-profit. Responsibilities
The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for:
Statutory Reporting

Work alongside the Finance and Administrative Executive to support the Director with financial reporting for the audit in line with SORP regulations.

Coordinate with the Finance and Administrative Executive to prepare all schedules for the annual audit and support the relationship with the auditors. Co-ordinate all audit, accounting and taxation services.

Financial Management

Support the Director with the preparation of quarterly management accounts and associated narrative reports for the board of trustees, attending and minuting finance sub-committee meetings.

Work closely with the Finance and Administrative Executive and the Director to ensure efficient financial management for Bite Back, making recommendations on systems, controls and processes to resolve challenges and ensure robust and accurate financial governance.

Accountability for all month end processes resulting in accurate monthly Management Accounts, restricted fund reports and updated cash flow. Support the extended leadership team to monitor budgets and financial performance. Investigate and explain variances of budgets to actuals.

Work with the Director and the extended leadership team to forecast income and expenditure quarterly and annually.

Ensure effective processes are in place for resource allocation, cost control and performance monitoring.

Work with the Director to research, identify and implement tech based solutions that strengthen controls and drive efficiencies across expenses management and invoicing approvals to deliver an improved financial service for our team and suppliers.

Lead on the control of costs throughout the organisation and work closely with the Operations and Contracts Manager to ensure that all procurement offers best value.
Financial Policies and Controls

Ensuring that there are financial policies and procedures in place that cover all areas of the team’s governance and compliance responsibilities.

Manage the charity’s finances alongside the Finance and Administrative Executive and the Director to ensure good financial controls are in place and that sound and appropriate practices are maintained.

Work closely with the People and HR Manager to support the relationship with the outsourced payroll provider, ensure accurate and timely payment of staff. Complete monthly reconciliations and journals for payroll.

Oversee the monthly credit card reconciliations for the team, following up with the Finance and Administrative Executive as needed for internal coding and sign off as well as managing the credit card platform. Be the point of expertise on the credit card use policy, advising team members and monitoring compliance.
Revenue Generation and Monitoring
Work closely with the Grants and Fundraising Manager, Director and CEO to:

Monitor all income and grant payments, keeping the relationship leads informed of any payment delays and liaise with them on queries.

Provide close and compliant management of restricted revenue, ensuring appropriate cost allocations.

Support the preparation of funding budgets and the production of financial grant reports, ensuring strategies are implemented that demonstrate value for money across Bite Back’s activities and services.

What we offer UK
The successful candidate will be offered an annual salary of £50,000 plus 10% employer-contributed pension. What we offer Belgium
The successful candidate will be offered an annual salary of EUR 60,000. Please note that Opportunity Green has fixed salary scales, with the possibility of step increases with strong performance. When hiring we always hire at the bottom of a band and do not enter negotiations with new employees as negotiations have been historically shown to disadvantage women and minorities.
OG has only recently established its office in Brussels. As such, initial benefits will be set up to comply with statutory requirements in Belgium, with enhanced offer outlined below mirroring OG UK set up.

What happens next?
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview to discuss their experience and suitability for the role. After this, candidates that are most suitable for the vacancy will be invited for an in-person interview in our London office, for which there may also be a short task. Travel will be reimbursed for non-London-based applicants, including Eurostar travel from Brussels.
Online interviews are likely to take place w/c 10 March. In person interviews will likely be shortly after this (w/c 24 March).
