Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Fundraising Officer, you'll deliver the media engagement, press and comms strategy, thought leadership strategy and content generation to build brand awareness, credibility, and influence policy decisions. Accountable for the development and delivery of the corporate communications and reputation management strategy, and stakeholder engagement strategy for alumni and ambassadors, you’ll also own the crisis response process and be responsible for internal change messaging.
In this highly collaborative senior leadership role, you'll also advise the Chief Executive, Executive Group and Trustees on communication strategy and communications and work closely with the Chief People Officer and Director of Policy and Public Affairs to ensure alignment of communications strategies with planning processes and policy and public affairs strategies. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the Director of Brand, Acquisition and Health Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns across earned, owned and paid media.

Working arrangements

We're looking for a keen and motivated Training Administrator to join our small, friendly team at our head office in Rugby. You'll be working closely with our Training Manager and ISVA (Independent Sexual Violence Advisor) Training Project Manager, facilitating the smooth delivery of workshops, events and meetings, advertising and promoting training workshops and preparing training delivery and feedback reports. The Survivors Trust provides a range of workshops and training opportunities for professionals working with victims and survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse.
You will provide high level administrative support for the Training Manager and ISVA Training Project Manager, overseeing training bookings and maintaining a database of trainees on our CRM (Beacon). You will be responsible for collecting and collating feedback from training attendees and preparing reports to support training delivery. Working in collaboration with the Training Team you will support the advertising and marketing of training opportunities including updating relevant website content.
You will also maintain accurate records of training and project delivery, including budgets and impact measures data for both internal and external stakeholders. Part of your role will include gathering statistics for monitoring and reporting processes.
You will ideally have previous experience of administration in a training setting and/or working in the voluntary sector but please don't be put off applying if you don't meet all requirements. The Programme Coordinator will work closely with the Programme Manager and the Money Heroes team to ensure the smooth running of the programme, including coordinating content development and website updates, supporting the delivery of teacher training events, supporting the marketing and promotion of the programme, and supporting ongoing monitoring and evaluation. The role also works more broadly across the whole of the Programmes and Services team to ensure joined-up cohesive support is offered internally and externally to staff, teachers and other educators.
The post holder will be responsible for providing high-level customer service both internally and externally to a variety of people including teachers and other educators and YE staff. This role will also provide ongoing support to ensure we are effectively communicating the aims and objectives of our programmes to external stakeholders through newsletters, social media and email campaigns.

The Major Appeal Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the development of the appeal, working with colleagues across the organisation on all aspects of the planning and delivery, to ensure a strategic, joined up approach that is efficient and effective. We have an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the management team of this well-known local charity. The successful person will be working alongside our Centre and Shop Managers, and together will work as a team with responsibility for the day to day running of the Charity. Volunteers are at the heart of our charity and are central to all we are able to achieve so previous experience of working with volunteer is desirable.
Romsey Cancer Support Centre (Jane Scarth House) is a registered charity that has been providing practical support since 1995 to anyone whose life is affected by cancer. For the last 10 years we have operated as a completely independent charity.
Jane Scarth House, in the centre of Romsey, is a walk-in centre providing emotional and practical support with all services provided free of charge. Only a couple of hundred yards from Jane Scarth House is Jane’s, the charity’s shop, whose profits are used solely to help fund the services from Jane Scarth House.
The Operations Manager will lead on the development and review of policies and procedures and the implementation and use of technology/systems to enhance our effectiveness. They will also ensure our processes are compliant with regulatory/financial controls and be able to oversee facilities and infrastructure.
This part-time (0.5) role is based in Jane Scarth House with some flexibility to work from home at times.
We are looking for someone who is a great team player, a good organiser, has experience of a multi-disciplinary operational role, can work on business/financial plans, can monitor a risk register, who likes variety, who can set their own schedule (and keep to it), is prepared to research topics and take advice on best practice and who more than anything wants to be part of the next stage of our charity’s development.
