Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Islington, London, Hybrid working with 2 days a week in the office and service visits regularly across London, Brighton, Luton, Bedford, Kent, and Liverpool. Once a month, the full People and Culture team have a collaborative office day on a Monday.
Salary: £34,100
Shift Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, with some flexibility around these hours for events, outreach, and ad hoc duties as necessary for organisational needs. This role is a fixed term contract, ending December 2025.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Talent Acquisition team, supporting our hiring managers with all areas of hiring needs. You will report into the Talent Acquisition Partner and work closely alongside another Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and the wider People and Culture team. We are still developing the way we do things and continuously improving our efforts in recruiting the right people for the right roles within our organisation. There is an opportunity within the role to bring a wealth of new ideas and experience, to support us broaden our employer brand into localised and national communities.
You will be responsible for the day to day coordination of talent acquisition activities, regularly liaising with hiring managers at all levels to understand their hiring needs, and create engaging campaigns to support them in attracting and recruiting the right people for their roles. You will support them with end to end recruitment, utilising our ATS Reach to enhance candidate experience and hiring manager processes. We are a fast paced organisation and at times you will be handling multiple priorities at once, you will be someone who is up for the challenge and able to organise your work schedule to meet the varying demands of the organisation.
Your role will include:
- Support with day to day recruitment, supporting managers in completing actions via our ATS, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Creating engaging job adverts which attract a high quality of candidates
- Liaise closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, and reflect this in campaigns
- Run recruitment campaigns to market SIG and the role to the correct market; utilising online and offline methods such as platform enhancing, social media, in person events, outreach, localised recruitment, community links, and building partnerships with external partners
- Outreach and events - from research, to planning, to attending and post event administration
- Headhunting candidates utilising job boards, social media, and other platforms necessary
- Build an internal presence within the organisation, building sustainable relationships
- Regular service visits to understand our hiring manager needs, our internal teams, and services
- Using own Marketing knowledge and campaigning experience to further our jobs to be filled

What we're looking for:
We are looking for someone who has a passion for what we do as an organisation, with a drive to support our frontline services to be at staffing capacity, with positive influence to our resident and participant group. You will have an understanding of the Social Care market, and be able to differentiate ourselves from competitors and other health and social care providers.
We're looking for someone who can think outside the box, bring new ideas, can be proactive in talent sourcing, and can produce high quality recruitment campaigns. You will be confident in filling niche roles, as well as general frontline care and support roles, and central office positions.
- Previous experience/depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment/similar role/in house or agency recruitment
- Ability to provide advice and guidance in line with employment law and equality acts
- Working knowledge and experience managing an Applicant Tracking System or HR System
- Previous experience in headhunting, and creating new initiatives to further successful recruitment campaigns

About the role
We’re seeking a solicitor to lead the development of a new legal advice service for kinship carers. Joining an established advice team in a growing national charity, this is a new role focussed on delivering specialist legal advice to individuals and changing policy and practice through strategic casework.
Importantly, the postholder will have the opportunity to shape the role to best meet the needs of Kinship and kinship carers.
You’ll be part of a skilled and supportive team who keep kinship carers at the heart of their service.
Our Advice Team supports kinship carers in complex and challenging situations. It can be a tough role at times, so we prioritise adviser wellbeing and are developing a trauma informed approach to our advice work that we’ll be embedding across the service.
The type of person we’re looking for
You will be a 3 year PQE solicitor with strong knowledge of child law, family court processes and related safeguarding legislation. You will have the ability to become a leading expert in kinship care law. You will bring a compassionate and practical approach to supporting kinship carers to navigate legal challenges, access support, and achieve the best outcomes for the children in their care.
You will understand the broader systemic challenges faced by kinship carers, be a strategic thinker and have an interest in service development and policy influencing.
You will need to be resilient and be able to remain calm in difficult situations. You will be firm, sensitive and professional in your approach and will be clear and assertive as you identify key issues and support kinship carers to get their needs met quickly and effectively.
You will understand how important it is that kinship carers feel confident in making their own decisions with the right information and advice so that they can build their own knowledge and confidence rather than dependency.
Key responsibilities include:
· Provide high quality, people centred, specialist legal advice and assistance to kinship carers in England and Wales on kinship care law-related matters.
· Undertake casework and strategic casework.
· Lead the development of Kinship’s legal offer to kinship carers.
· Provide support, resources and training to colleagues in the advice team to support the quality of legal advice.
· Ensure our legal service is compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements.
· Work with our Policy and Campaigns team to identify opportunities for influencing policy and practice through strategic casework, litigation, policy work or campaigning.
· Support colleagues in our Training and Website teams to develop legally accurate content and resources.
Essential knowledge, abilities, skills and experience include:
· A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in child law, family law, or closely related fields.
· Experience in both private and public law child-related cases.
· Strong knowledge of child law, family court processes, and related safeguarding legislation.
· Ability to provide clear, accurate, and practical legal advice tailored to the individual circumstances of vulnerable people.
· Excellent written skills and research skills.
· Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
· Confident in using digital tools, and an ability to learn new tools.

Summary and key purpose
This new role will be primarily responsible for developing, marketing and managing our individual giving together with working across other fundraising disciplines. You will be a key member of our fundraising team, producing compelling fundraising communications, stewarding individual donors, including regular donors and gifts in memory. You will ensure that our donors receive excellent care.
Our Individual Giving programme will incorporate one-off donations, regular giving, digital fundraising, appeals and in-memory giving. You will do this, with the support of our recently appointed fundraising agency, who you will manage our relationship with week by week.
A critical element of the role will be how we market ourselves to potential new donors, taking them on an emotional engagement journey in order to solicit regular gifts.
Your expertise and skills:
To excel in this role, you will need prior experience of working in a fundraising setting, with an understanding of good stewardship practices. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, working across teams and meeting multiple deadlines. Your excellent relationship management skills will enable you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders and gather information on new projects. You must have a thorough understanding of individual giving, developing donor journeys and experience of work with agencies.
Key responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the regular giving programme, project managing appeals and overseeing the thanking process for individual donors.
- Create, plan, deliver and evaluate multi-channel, compliant, insight-led, supporter-centric campaigns to engage and drive action from new and existing supporters.
- Manage our newly appointed fundraising agency, and in doing so, help deliver an ambitious appeal programme and income target.

Person Specification:
Essential
- Marketing or direct marketing or marketing qualification.

- Planning, delivering and managing individual giving programmes.

About the Role
EduSpots is seeking a Global Philanthropy Manager—an engaging, dynamic, and proven fundraising specialist who will play a key part in our next phase of growth. We are seeking a Partnerships and Philanthropy Executive to play a vital role in supporting the generation of income from high-audiences, ensuring that the charity can be there to support everyone to get the healthcare they deserve.
Position: Partnerships & Philanthropy Executive
Location: Hybrid with occasional travel to Warwick, London, Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week

The Role
As a Partnerships & Philanthropy Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of high-value supporters across corporate, philanthropic, and charitable trust income streams. You will support the cultivation and recruitment of supporters to the high-value giving club, while collaborating closely with the Partnerships & Philanthropy Team to develop and deliver impactful, multi-year partnerships that help to provide essential healthcare support.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with a diverse portfolio of philanthropic and corporate supporters, creating bespoke solicitation and stewardship plans.
• Collaborate with the Partnerships & Philanthropy Team to cultivate and steward key relationships, including working with membership teams and arranging visits to funded projects.
• Oversee the cultivation and stewardship of Payroll Giving Partnerships, creating impactful communications and reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with philanthropy teams across member charities.
• Maintain up-to-date donor records on the fundraising database (Raiser’s Edge) and support reporting requirements.
• Ensure due diligence is completed and gift agreements are in place with the support of the Partnerships & Philanthropy Operations Team.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, and reporting on portfolio progress.
• Work proactively within the wider fundraising team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• Collaborate across the directorate to maximize supporter lifetime value and achieve fundraising goals.
You will be expected to uphold best practices in supporter engagement, ensuring all activities comply with charity law, GDPR, and industry standards, while contributing to the overall success of the team and the charity’s mission.

You will need to be an excellent communicator, both in person and in writing, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and build strong relationships. Your exceptional project management skills enable you to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively, while maintaining a high standard of work.
A true team player, you will thrive in collaborative environments and work well to commissioned briefs, always ensuring goals are met. Passionate and driven, you are committed to delivering results with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
While not essential, an understanding of fundraising, particularly through partnerships and philanthropic relationships, would be an asset, helping you contribute effectively to our fundraising goals.
