About you:
As our Marketing Manager (Regular Giving Growth), you will lead innovative campaigns that enhance the value of our Regular Giving donor base. Through strategic planning and a deep understanding of donor motivations, you will drive income by increasing both the volume and value of our regular supporters.
This role will challenge you to deliver across multiple channels – Primarily, telemarketing but also Direct Mail, Email, and SMS – as you engage with internal teams and external agencies in a fast-paced, agile environment.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to increase the lifetime value of our Regular Giving donors, leveraging insights and data to understand their needs and motivations.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (upgrade, cross-sell, reactivation, winback, and conversion) that are audience-focused and designed to meet ambitious income growth targets.
- Work with data planning and analysis teams to develop and test robust campaign data selections that support KPIs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key external partners, including telemarketing agencies and creative agencies, ensuring high standards and shared goals.
- Regularly review and optimise campaign performance to improve outcomes and drive results.
- Keep marketing communications aligned with best practices and regulations, while remaining innovative in a rapidly evolving sector.
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Proven experience in delivering integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on growing customer or supporter value.
- Expertise in audience selection planning and understanding of data processes.
- Experience managing external partners, including telemarketing, creative, and fulfilment agencies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess data, measure effectiveness, and inform strategic decision-making.

About the role
This role drives significant growth in awareness and engagement on our digital platforms through storytelling and campaign management.
You will use your digital marketing knowledge to increase the reach of the two charities’ brands, building donor awareness through optimised digital advertising (paid social, Google ad grants etc).
As a primary stakeholder in our social media strategy, you will understand what makes a good story; bringing our fundraising, brand and services to life.
About you
You'll be data-driven with a deep understanding of paid social media, Google Search, CPC, SEO. You will optimise campaigns by leveraging analytics and be able to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the charity using reporting platforms such as PowerBI. We are looking for an experienced and energetic Marketing Manager to join the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh to build our new brand identity, strengthen our profile and develop our many audiences to deliver reach, reputation and revenue.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
About the role
It’s been an exciting year for the CoppaFeel! Marketing team; we’ve had a brand refresh, onboarded new agencies, launched award winning campaigns and grown a partnership with Love Island. And it’s all been in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing team, help shape the direction of and oversee our 2025 campaign, and collaborate with other Heads of Departments to deliver CoppaFeel!’s three year organisational strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
