Our staff teams share the vision of wanting our children to achieve their best and so we provide a safe place where their needs are at the heart of every decision we make. We protect and support children and young people. We do this by providing practical and emotional care and support. We make sure their voices are heard enabling them to have improved choices and outcomes to their lives.
Our new home is unique as it involves a collaboration between Catholic Care, Bradford Council and foster families offering a therapeutic and trauma informed environment for children aged 6 – 11 years who have experienced adverse childhood experiences in their lives. As registered manager you will have the opportunity to recruit an exceptional team of professional care staff who will support the children and help them develop vital skills such as building relationships to help improve their overall wellbeing and support their psychological and emotional development with the aim of preparing them for a long term ‘forever family’ placement.
