Commercial Development Manager

The Commercial Development Manager is responsible for managing key commercial areas within the Customer Experience and Commercial Operations directorate at the National Theatre and increasing net contribution to the charity year on year. The post holder will also collaborate with other departments within the NT to support income generating activities in the best interests of our charitable purpose.

The successful candidate will have the following: 

• Proven track record of managing existing income streams in a commercial setting

• Line management experience (performance management, mentoring etc)

• Experience of managing KPIs and analysing commercial data

• Experience of budget management and being commercially aware and driven to achieve targets

• Experience of implementing business plans

• Experience or demonstrable knowledge of developing and managing a marketing strategy

• Experience of managing strategy across multi-channel income streams
