Jewish Care’s Fundraising team must raise £20m in donations for 2024/25, to ensure we can continue to deliver quality care services for the Jewish community. From April 2024, this has also included Jami’s services, supporting those in our community who are impacted by mental illness.

We are seeking a Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser to join our passionate and dedicated fundraising team. Your role will be pivotal in securing vital funds for the hospice by developing and maintaining meaningful, positive relationships with grant-making organisations and individual supporters. You will research and apply to appropriate trusts and foundations while leading the identification of new grant opportunities.
Hours of work: This role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with the very occasional evening or weekend for Events.

To achieve their mission they are looking for a Supporter Fundraiser who will proactively engage with supporters, community groups and volunteers in the community.
The Fundraising Manager – Corporates and Philanthropy is responsible for developing and implementing plans to maximise income from corporate partners and individuals with the propensity to donate significant sums. There is huge scope to develop both income streams at Sight Scotland, as this is the first dedicated position covering these income streams.
The primairy focus initially will be on developing corporate partnership income, as there is huge potential for partnerships ranging from transactional right up to transformational. The role supports the organisation’s purpose to make a significant impact on the lives of people living with visual impairment in Scotland by maximising fundraising income to deliver brilliant services and create a positive impact on our ability to deliver for the long term.
This specialist manager role would suit someone who is already operating at a senior fundraiser level, or someone who can demonstrate experience of developing a corporate and/or major donor pipeline, creating operational plans and delivering income.

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a fantastic Health Charity to recruit a Philanthropy Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Director of Fundraising, this role will manage a team of three to oversee income across Major Donors and Trusts & Foundations income streams.
The Philanthropy Manager is a crucial role in the Fundraising team, responsible for proactively leading the cultivation and stewardship of potential and existing Major Donors, Trusts, and statutory bodies, with a particular focus on driving significant income growth. Key duties include:
· Lead on the Philanthropy strategy, annual plans, budgets, and KPIs.
· Drive the growth a portfolio of existing supporters and new prospects giving at the five and six-figure gift level, with a particular focus on new income development.
· Lead on maintaining relationships with key Major Donors, Trusts and Statutory bodies, through exemplary stewardship.
· Work closely with colleagues to develop inspiring fundraising cases for support and impact reporting.
· Work closely with colleagues to engage donors through a programme of special events
· Manage, coach and support three direct reports.
We’re looking for the following skills and experience:
· Track record of securing five or six figure funding from Major Donors, Trusts and statutory sources to achieve challenging income targets.
· Delivering a prospect research programme and effective prospect management
· Excellent relationship management skills, with tangible experience of leading and delivery first-class stewardship plans
· Line management experience to build a collaborative and high performing team
