We are looking to recruit a French speaking Senior Project Coordinator to lead on FIGO deliverables for a WHO project on FP (Family PLanning) and CAC (Comprehensive Abortion Care) competency based learning (CBL). You will lead on coordination of the following in five countries in Africa and Asia (TBC): This is pending the donor contract.

• Developing a strategy for the dissemination of the "Family planning and comprehensive abortion care toolkit for the primary health care workforce" and “ICM Competencies” in collaboration with stakeholders. 
• Conducting assessments of FP and CAC competency education and performance gaps.

About the RSS and this role

Dementia Carers Count has an exciting new remote role for an enthusiastic Corporate Partnerships Manager within the income generation team to build corporate relationships whilst making a difference to dementia carers lives.

Job purpose
This is a new role, responsible for delivering financial support for our mission from corporate partners.  Initially, the majority of your time will be devoted to new business development, including prospect identification, and shaping and delivering pitches and proposals to corporate partners to meet fundraising targets.  As we grow, the work will be divided across high quality stewardship of existing partners across all sectors, as well as working creatively to identify and develop opportunities to upscale their impact.

About the role 

This is an exciting opportunity to join Sustrans as part of the UK-wide Volunteering Team, as the lead representative for Northern Ireland.  

As the Volunteering Development Manager, you will support the development of key volunteering initiatives and projects both across the UK and Northen Ireland. You will play a key role in supporting colleagues in Northern Ireland to identify opportunities to embed volunteering across their work.

The In2STEM programme is a fantastic opportunity for 16-19 year olds to gain insights directly from STEM industry and research professionals. The focus of this role will be to support delivery and ensure that our young people have an exceptional experience on the programme. Duties and responsibilities

The purpose of the Senior Programme Officer role is to support the successful delivery of the In2STEM Programme and ensure our young people have an excellent experience.

Your specific duties will include:

Programme Delivery

• Managing a caseload of students and volunteers from application stage to successful completion of the programme, including recruitment, placement matching, onboarding, event planning and programme delivery (in-person and online), troubleshooting throughout the programme and evaluation.

• Where appropriate, supporting the Programme Manager as the first port of call for programme staff with enquiries or needing advice relating to pastoral care for our beneficiaries.

• Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with partners and funders to further the delivery of our work. This will include for example, working with schools, colleges, academic and professional services staff at universities.

• Creating and developing engaging resources to support the programme including video presentations, posters/flyers, case studies and website text and images.

• Monitoring student and volunteer applications to ensure targets and milestones are met.

Evaluation

Spear Programme

Main Responsibilities  

What you'll do: 

• You’ll be our 'go-to’ person for Salesforce end users; 
• Support the day-to-day platform administrative functions and configuration including user management, permissions, sharing rules, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, reports & dashboards;
• Working on declarative development utilising Flows, custom objects, workflows, validation rules and security configuration; 
• Support day-to-day user queries; 
• Proactive system maintenance including keeping up with Salesforce releases, features and best practices; 
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed; 
• Collaborate with Fundraising, Bereavement Services and Marketing & Communications to gather and analyse business requirements and translate into scalable solutions; 
• Provide ongoing user training and create training materials/technical documentation as needed; 
• Communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders; 
• Implement and enforce security best practices to protect sensitive data; 
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and internal policies; 
• Account manage our outsourced Salesforce & IT partner support companies.

Person Specification

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 1 years’ experience or someone with 1 years’ experience of working in Salesforce at an administrator level (but would like to achieve the Salesforce Administrator Certification); 
• Confident using DataLoader to manage imports and exports of data; 
• Demonstrated experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports; 
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels; 
• A proactive attitude to implementing best practice solutions; 
• Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development; 
• Hands-on experience with either Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, NPSP and/or FormAssembly, don’t worry if you haven’t got experience of all of them; 
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues at all levels. 

Additional information, if you are yet to obtain the Salesforce Administrator Certification 

• During the first 6 months, time will be allocated to self-learning/self-development via Salesforce’s Trailhead learning platform and other resources;
• After 6-12 months, Winston’s Wish will support you through the Salesforce Administrator Certification Examination.

Age UK has a new and unique opportunity for a Volunteer Systems Manager to join our Volunteering team!

Age UK has recently started a long journey to roll out and evolve our new volunteer system. Which includes automation of processes, integrated vetting and learning functions and so much more- the dynamic management and development of this system requires this role to take the platform forward.

While not a highly technical role, the successful candidate will take ownership of the new volunteer system day-to-day operation. They will understand the needs and challenges of users and work closely with the Digital & Technology support teams to maximise the system's potential and support a great volunteer experience by ensuring quality content, efficient processes, user engagement and on-going development.

Initially, you will focus on the external roll-out of this system to local partner organisations. Once the system is established, you will also focus a proportion of your time on operational oversight and planning and delivering future improvements as sought by stakeholders. The volunteer system will support hundreds of volunteer managers and tens of thousands of volunteers to have a great experience with Age UK and the network of local partner organisations.

This role offers hybrid working, with working both in our offices and at home. The successful person needs to be based within commuting distance to work once per week in our London - Tower Hill offices.

Volunteers play an integral role in the organisation's ability to deliver services and operations with and for older people. With around 26,000 formal volunteers and a further 141,000 virtual campaigners,
maximising the benefit of the technology Age UK and our network of Brand Partner organisations use to recruit, support and retain volunteers is vital.
