We know there is a growing need for Education Other Than at School packages (EOTAS) of support for children and young people with Autism who are not yet able to access education in a school environment. This role would be to support students with school-based anxiety who are not yet ready to access a school environment. The role would also entail working at Inscape House School as part of the main teaching team.
Inscape House School is a non-maintained ASC specialist day school for children and young people aged 5 to 19 years. It is part of the Together Trust, a charity that has been providing care, education and support in the Northwest of England since 1870. The post holder will be a member of Inscape House School on the Cheadle campus and part of the EOTAS Outreach Team.
Previous experience of working with students identified as autistic.

You will need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with evidence of recent professional development. If you are qualified to teach secondary students, you should have a subject specialism.

There is a requirement for occasional attendance at evening meetings, course attendance, and home visits outside normal school hours. Normal arrangements regarding school holidays apply.

As our Senior Legacy and In Memory Manager you will play the lead role in developing and delivering the Legacy and In Memory medium-term strategies and activity programmes in order to support the wide-ranging work of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust for the CF community.
You will be responsible for raising predominantly unrestricted income from individuals, employing a range of marketing techniques and fundraising product development to drive long-term growth and excellent supporter stewardship.
This is a role with a small and dedicated team and plenty of room for autonomy, as well as opportunities to lead on and support the work of the Trust more widely in building and maintaining thoughtful and effective relationships with the bereaved CF community.
The right candidate will:
- Have a broad range and experience of legacy marketing
- Have legacy administration and in memory fundraising techniques
- Be an excellent income and budget manager with experience of forecasting and income modelling.
- Be an effective communicator and story-teller, developing the most emotive cases for support to promote legacy and in-memory fundraising
- Have a natural curiosity with data, insight and working with databases to segment audiences.

The Magpie Project supports women with preschool children who are living in temporary or insecure accommodation in Newham and other London boroughs. We provide stay-and-play sessions alongside casework around housing, immigration, and other related issues, plus healthy home-made food, a baby bank, and a focus on high-quality play and creativity for mums and minis to foster a sense of joy and belonging.
We advocate and campaign, alongside our mums, on the issues which have the greatest impact on their lives. We have grown quickly since our birth in 2017, and we now support over 500 families a year with 11 members of staff and a turnover of approximately £500,000 pa.
We are in a positive position with regards to our fundraising and finances, with several long-term core grants as well as smaller project grants, a number of corporate partners who donate both time and money to the project, and a loyal community of individual donors and fundraisers.
We wear our values on our sleeve and our fundraising, like everything else we do, is grounded in honouring the dignity and agency of the mums and minis who attend the project.
Our three-word strategy has always been “ask the mums”, which keeps us agile, dynamic, and responsive to the needs of the families we support. As our Fundraising Manager you will need to be able to communicate these values to current and future funders and develop strong long-term relationships with those who share our values – and push back on those who don’t.
We are looking for someone with a passion for writing and communicating with donors of different kinds. You will lead on all our fundraising, mainly from trusts and foundations but also developing new partnerships with corporate partners, with the support of our CEO and the full backing of our trustees. We don’t believe in fundraisers who sit in ivory towers and have no connection to the work being funded. You will be embedded in the project, building relationships with frontline colleagues as well as mums and minis, so that you can tell our story to the best of your ability as you build our donor and income base.

• Develop fundraising plans to secure the income needed to deliver our work.
• Identify new fundraising opportunities across current donor groups and explore options to diversify our income streams.
• Research and write compelling grant proposals to foundations, local authorities, and other grant-making entities, and develop reports in line with funder requirements.
• Develop long-term relationships with funders and partners based in our organisational values and principles.
• Support colleagues to maintain accurate and relevant monitoring and evaluation information (data and case studies) to support funding applications and reports.

Job description
· To contribute to the provision of a secure, stable, supportive environment for young people which respects and promotes their health, culture, religion, race, identity and lifestyle.
· To assist in the day to day management of the home and to safeguard and promote the welfare of all children young people.
· To ensure that occupancy is maintained at the optimal level, liaising with relevant commissioners when there are vacancies and working closely with the Commercial Director.

The role
The purpose of the Volunteer & Work Experience Co-ordinator role is to build a team of volunteers from the Royal Hospital Chelsea community, veteran community (including spouses of Service personnel) and wider area to support the activities in our new Visitor, Outreach and Heritage Centre. Working closely with our Volunteer Manager, the Co-ordinator will organise volunteer recruitment days and events to acknowledge and thank volunteers for their invaluable contribution.
The successful candidate will also develop a work experience programme for young people. This includes internships, opportunities for Master’s students to undertake project based work, rolling work experience opportunities and events for local people to engage with the Royal Hospital’s heritage.
The post-holder will sit within the new Audience Engagement team, working closely with volunteers and partners, such as Chelsea Pensioner tour and museum guides, other universities offering heritage programmes, local secondary schools and academies, and the project’s design team.

RISE is pleased to be seeking candidates for a skilled professional within our housing team. We are offering EITHER a Caseworker role OR a Team Leader Role. The post is funded until the end of August 2025, with extension possible depending on funding.
Option One: Housing Support and Sanctuary Scheme Caseworker
This role will suit you if you like the idea of problem-solving housing challenges with vulnerable victims of domestic abuse and have relevant experience of support work and/or are familiar with housing-related issues. You will be part of a small team helping survivors to secure appropriate housing and to enhance the security of their living arrangements via the Sanctuary scheme with the help of funding from Brighton & Hove Council and our dedicated security contractors. The post will suit a proactive, empowering, and collaborative worker.
Option Two: Senior Housing Support and Sanctuary Scheme Caseworker / Team Leader
This post will deliver support as above whilst also co-ordinating and leading the Housing Team, providing management support, casework guidance and working as an integral part of RISE’s management team.
