About the role
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, multi-skilled administrator to assist our busy teams in London.
The Legal Administrator will provide a range of essential office-based administrative support for the Legal Practice Unit and Migrant Children’s Project, the majority of whom are currently working in a hybrid pattern. The priorities will be general administrative support: processing incoming and outgoing post, opening and closing files for clients; assistance with preparing court bundles; assistance with CCLC’s reception telephone line; communicating with internal and external departments; and assisting with any other legal or administrative tasks which may arise in order to fully support the team may also be required.

Events Coordination:
- Assist in organising key London events for the National Pro Bono Centre, including:

- Serve as the main point of contact for speakers and attendees, providing logistical support leading up to and on the day of the events.
Justice Hub Management:

The role
The Office Manager is a key role assisting the Director of Finance and Resources, in the delivery of a high quality and continuously improving service.
The post is part-time (21 hours per week) with a minimum expectation of working in the office between Tuesday and Thursday.
Office and IT responsibilities
■ To create and maintain a professional and efficient office environment.
■ Support IES staff as needed with IT issues – prioritise and escalate issues with Third Party IT Provider, maintain snagging list to recognise common/repeating issues, and provide staff training as needed.

In this role, you’ll support marketing campaigns, content creation, and digital activities to engage key audience groups. You’ll manage marketing assets, coordinate paid media, update the website, and assist with campaigns and events. Your creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail will help ensure our marketing efforts are effective and impactful.

About the role:
Join the Stacey Street Hostel team and play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of individuals who have faced rough sleeping and complex needs. As a Specialist Multiple Disadvantage Worker (SMDW), you'll provide specialist interventions through our recovery programme, which is rooted in harm minimisation, dual diagnosis support, and strength-based recovery frameworks. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, including the Services Manager, Team Manager, and Project Workers, to deliver person-centred support plans and help clients access vital services such as health, mental health, and social care.
In this role, you’ll build trusted relationships with service users, advocating for their needs and empowering them to engage with the support they deserve. You’ll be instrumental in identifying and overcoming system barriers that prevent clients from accessing the care they need, making a direct impact on their recovery and long term wellbeing. Your work will focus on providing intensive support, guidance, and skill-building to help clients gain the confidence and tools to maintain their engagement with treatment and support services.

Responsibilities
- Lead the daily collection, organisation, and verification of project data, ensuring accuracy and security
- Establish and maintain data protocols, preparing daily reports and identifying issues for review
- Facilitate the transmission of LGA-level data into relevant tools, providing bi-weekly updates
- Ensure effective use of CommCare across field operations, resolving technical challenges promptly
- Organise and refine data from CommCare and KoboToolbox, integrating information for practical use
- Analyse data to identify trends and key findings, informing project decisions
- Collaborate with Data Analysts to produce reports, enabling partners to assess project performance
- Present recommendations and projections based on data during meetings and briefings
- Maintain Power BI dashboards to illustrate project progress and distribute monthly updates
- Create visual representations to highlight critical results and prepare presentations for partners
- Design and conduct training sessions for staff on data tools, providing support and instructional materials
- Monitor the performance of staff involved in data-related activities, ensuring compliance and timely submission
- Engage with partners to standardise data methods and tools, improving project efficiency
- Work with the NTD MEL Manager to prepare data for analysis and ensure its accuracy for reporting
- Collaborate during review meetings, delivering updates on data quality and project advancements
- Support monitoring of child health outcomes, ensuring data meets project requirements
- Foster productive relationships with authorities and partners, ensuring seamless data exchange

Skills and Experience
Jobholder Requirements
Essential:
- Possession of a bachelor’s degree in data science, Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Experience in data management, including at least three years within health-related projects such as child survival, AMR, and/or MDA initiatives
- Demonstrated expertise in training, supervising, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders on data-focused tasks
- Advanced proficiency in ODK, CommCare, KoboToolbox and/or DHIS2 for managing health data
- Ability to clean, validate, and standardise (Extract, Transform and Load [ETL]) data for analysis
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools to present data clearly; knowledge of mapping tools (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) is advantageous
- Basic proficiency in Python or SQL to enhance data processing efficiency
- Understanding of tools such as QGIS or ArcGIS for geographical data representation
- Strong capability in Excel for data-related activities
- Networking and influencing both within and outside the organisation
- Consistently strives to achieve high standards of performance and responds positively to change

We are looking for a Case Worker to join our team and deliver a holistic service to the young people. We are looking for a kind, creative, motivated and approachable individual to support our mission to enable young people to use their strengths to live a life where they feel safe and fulfilled. We need someone who is comfortable working to deliver groups and outreach in a prison setting as well as delivering street based outreach services. You should have working knowledge of supporting young people impacted by violence. You will be required to meet young people in court, police stations, prisons and community settings as well as at our main day centre in Camden with the option of some remote working from home.
