We are looking for a part-time administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the busy Treasury Office team. Duties include general office administration such as diary management, taking occasional minutes, ordering office supplies, posting merchandise orders and responding to queries received. There will be a requirement to occasionally work in the evenings and at weekends for which overtime/TOIL will be paid.
What we need:
We need an experienced administrator with effective communications skills, a high standard of IT literacy and excellent attention to detail. You should have proven experience of minute taking and financial reconciliation. Previous experience of working in a membership organisation is desirable.

Treasury Office is responsible for student admissions to the Inn; management of the Inn’s membership records; the Inn’s diary; the organisation of professional and social events; management of our publications, conservation of the Inn’s collection of paintings and silver and maintenance of the interior of the Treasury Building.

About The Team
Helpline Plus telephone Casework team is a team of experienced specialist housing and debt advisers. We have four teams of advisers based in Shelter’s Sheffield office. We work with multiple external referral partner organisations to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Helpline Plus provides legal advice and casework to enforce the rights of homeless people and assists those facing possession action or orders for sale to remain in their homes. We negotiate with councils, lenders and landlords to try to prevent court action.
Due to the nature of the service we can provide prompt access and may take on emergency cases, in particular to people who are beyond the reach of face to face services.

Main Purpose of Job:

Job Purpose
The Programme Coordinator post is an exciting role with Tutor Trust. You will assist the Programme Manager by liaising with local schools and organising tuition within the Manchester area. This will include attending meetings, coordinating tuition sessions and arranging tutor cover.
You will also support the tutor recruitment and training process and help to ensure that it runs smoothly. You will also maintain and improve systems for the benefit of all our tutors, including ongoing tutor support.

About the role
We’re looking for an Income Operations Administrator to join our Income Operations Team.
This is a wide and varied role that includes supporter donation processing and recognition, data processing on our CRM database, income reconciliations, internal and external fulfilment requirements, complaints investigation and reporting. You will use our database to input income batches, and you will also be confident using excel to reconcile data. The role
This role will support the Senior Finance Business Partner to build Salix’s reputation as trustworthy stewards of public money. You will lead on all aspects of the financial monitoring and reporting for specific business areas, ensuring actuals and budgets/ forecasts are critiqued and reviewed before submission to the Senior Finance Business Partner.
In this role you will support the delivery of a high-quality management reporting and business partnering service that facilitates effective business insights into our administration costs. You will work closely with the Financial Reporting team to support the monthly Trial Balance submission to DESNZ. You will be managing your own areas of budget and have the ability to build strong relationships with budget holders and their teams.

About the position

Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
• Lead the annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting cycles for the global organisation in line with parameters determined by the Senior Leadership Team and Head of Finance
• Act as business partner to all budget holders in the preparation and review of annual budgets including accurate recording of costs allocated to restricted funds
• Work with the Human Resources department to prepare the staffing budget and monitor staff costs across the organisation, providing insights to management
• Produce the consolidated organisational budget and accompanying commentary for discussion with the Head of Finance and Managing Director, Finance and Administration and approval by the Senior Leadership Team and the Board
• Lead the forecasting process twice a year – supporting budget holders to update the forecast outturn for their departments for the full financial year and producing consolidated organisational forecasts and accompanying commentary for review by the Head of Finance and Managing Director, Finance and Administration and for approval by the Senior Leadership Team and the Board
• Produce monthly management accounts and accompanying commentary on a timely basis for all budget holders and for the overall organisation for review by the Head of Finance and Managing Director, Finance and Administration and approval by the Senior Leadership Team and the Board
• Meet regularly with budget holders to understand the nature of variances from budget/forecast, investigating and correcting any discrepancies within the accounts

• Review and revise donor budgets and proposals prior to submission and ensure they are integrated into organisational budgets and forecasts and that restricted grant spend can be properly monitored by budget holders
• Lead the maintenance of a robust framework of policies and procedures that ensure compliance with donor terms and conditions
• Build the capacity of the staff, increasing awareness of key compliance requirements and embedding compliance within organisational culture
• Work with other Finance staff and budget holders to check that organisational policies and procedures are adhered to
• Oversee donor audits
• Improve the administration of all financial aspects of donor funded projects and ensure compliance with donor terms and conditions
• Ensure the accurate recording of restricted funding within the accounting system
• Work with other members of the Finance team to develop new systems and processes to facilitate the accurate and timely production of donor reports, as required.
