We’re looking for a new STH Practitioner to provide high quality and effective Social and Therapeutic Horticulture (STH) programmes for adults in our gardens in Battersea Park and outreach settings. Working alongside volunteers this role will support people with learning disabilities, autism, long term health conditions or other disabilities.
Based at Thrive London in Battersea Park. The role will involve some work undertaken off-site in London and occasional travel to the Thrive Centres in Reading and Birmingham.

What you’ll do:
- Provide tailored advice on all matters that might affect a trainee’s status and training time using expertise in the regulatory frameworks associated with specialty training in the UK.
- Proactively work with WDTO colleagues to ensure trainees and trainers are adequately supported.
- Review and prepare CESR and MTI applications for assessment by the specialist committee.
- Manage and deliver the Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) recommendation process.
- Provide a timely, customer-focussed and responsive service.
What you’ll need:
- Detailed understanding (or the ability to rapidly acquire it) of UK legislation and GMC regulations and procedures in relation to entry to GMC registers and the right to work in the UK.
- Ability to understand, interpret and advise on legislation, external processes and complex documentation.

The Ukraine Humanitarian appeal raised £426 million and helped an estimated 6.9 million people in Ukraine and neighbouring countries. The Grants Manager is integral in working closely with DEC colleagues and members to build and sustain, a solid understanding of the evolving humanitarian context. The Grants Manager will maintain strong oversight of the DEC funded programme including the reporting cycle, adaptive programming and facilitate strong and relevant engagement with DEC member charities and local partners and external briefings over the duration of the response.
Key responsibilities:
Communication and Collaboration
· Key programmes point of contact regarding the DEC funded programme, responding to enquiries from member charity programmes and other related staff, facilitating timely and accurate communication.
· Maintain strong understanding of response context.
· Manage and provide timely, response briefings to internal and external audiences, key stakeholders including the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office [FCDO] and, other key stakeholders.
Analysis and Reporting

Main purpose of the role:

Main responsibility of the role:

In this critical role you will work closely with the Co-Investigator (Jim Hume, Director of Public Affairs & Communications) to ensure effective and impactful delivery of all project outputs and outcomes. The position is a multi-agency project employed by Change Mental Health and will be working in partnership with NHS Highland Public Health, High Life Highland, Museums Heritage Highland, Highland third sector organisations, local community groups and the academic research team.
Our Project Coordinator will engage very closely with regional and local community members, setting up and chairing groups where required in partnership with the wider research team, researching process and impact, developing a toolkit, and disseminating findings via events and online media and communication.
The position requires travel throughout the Highlands. Therefore we are looking for the candidate to be based in the highlands, or in Edinburgh (at our National Office).
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage the regional stakeholder group; organise and attend the group meetings, deputising for the Co-Investigator (Director of Public Affairs and Communications at Change Mental Health, Jim Hume) as required.

About the Role
We are looking for an outstanding Institutional Programme Funding Principal to lead our institutional fundraising efforts. This role is critical in shaping and implementing our funding strategy, ensuring we secure and manage large-scale grants that drive our global mission forward. You will be responsible for developing high-quality funding applications, managing relationships with key institutional donors, and ensuring compliance with all funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the institutional programme funding strategy, coordinating applications, partnerships, and reporting processes.
- Research and cultivate new institutional funding opportunities globally (e.g., FCDO, USAID, NORAD, J/TIP).
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design projects aligned with our global and country strategies.
- Produce high-quality, high-value funding applications, including proposals, budgets, Gantt charts, and monitoring plans.
- Negotiate grant agreements and ensure compliance with institutional donor requirements.
- Manage relationships with institutional funders, ensuring timely and comprehensive reporting.
