Overall Purpose of Role
The Corporate and Individual Donor Manager will play a leading role in driving our fundraising strategy, cultivating and maintaining relationships with corporate partners and individual donors to secure vital funding for our programmes. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in donor management and fundraising.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Corporate Donor Management
- Develop and implement a targeted corporate fundraising strategy to significantly grow corporate donations.
- Identify and research potential corporate partners, aligning their CSR objectives with the mission of The Baytree Centre.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to corporate donors, highlighting the mutual benefits of partnership.

- Organise and manage donor recognition programmes and events to acknowledge and celebrate donor contributions.

Job Purpose

This role sits within the Education team who are responsible for delivering BSR’s educational activity. You will work with the team to support the work of our Education Committee, Trainee Committee and Digital Learning Board.
This is an exciting role for someone looking to get more hands-on experience in planning and executing a variety of educational events and activities and liaising with multiple stakeholders. Main responsibilities
- Manage course and webinar registration processes, including delegate bookings, communications, data management and reporting, and producing delegate materials.
- Manage course logistics including venue sourcing and management, accommodation and travel, catering and AV.
- Manage the rheumatology training webinar series, including topic development, speaker management and live delivery.
- Manage the creation of monthly eLearning packages including webinars, podcasts and eLearning cases.
- Manage the education bursary programme, including promotion, application management and financial reconciliation.
- Manage CPD accreditation of educational activities.
- Manage events inbox and education team enquiries.
- Input into our education budgets by monitoring progress against income and expenditure for projects owned.
- Produce content for webpages and social media platforms to drive interest and engagement and keep delegates informed.
- Attend committee meetings, provide updates if needed and assist with the minute-taking, agenda preparation and follow-up on actions as necessary.

This role will develop channel strategies and lead the content planning across our national social accounts, working with teams across WWT to seek out engaging stories and bring them to life for our online audiences. About You

The Digital Content Manager for our Marketing and Communications capability will focus and lead on developing exciting and informative digital content across RNID’s programmes and audiences with a focus on our website. With an attractive portfolio of diverse conservation projects nationally and internationally (habitat creation and restoration, species recovery and people engagement), you will have the opportunity to develop new income-generating relationships and present the RSPB’s work in ways that inspire and allow Trusts and Foundations to have a major impact to save nature.
The role will help identify potential funders through desk research & phone calls, craft relevant approaches to donors and produce tailored grant applications. The role will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive overview of donor interactions via Salesforce CRM software and ensure donor retention through the delivery of progress updates and impact reports. Superb relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities will be instrumental in creating new partnership opportunities, shaping proposals and securing major five- and six-figure support from national and international donors for the RSPB’s conservation projects.
We would love to hear from personable and driven candidates who can demonstrate their experience of effectively prospecting and managing donor relationships, alongside their experience of working in a target-driven environment.
You will join a dynamic, friendly team working to deliver high-quality stewardship and ensure trusts and foundations are kept fully appraised of developments in what will be a rapidly changing, energetic and exciting period of conservation innovation.

We're after a dynamic social media manager to join our external communications team on a full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent basis. As part of the wider Enterprise team, our Commercial Marketing Assistant will help devise and deliver marketing campaigns and strategies that will grow audiences and increase revenues across our key commercial income streams. 3. Liaise with prospective filming enquiries and work with the local teams to help deliver commercial filming contracts.
4. Build positive working relationships, with internal and external stakeholders, to build on existing opportunities, promote and drive engagement with commercial opportunities.
5. Conduct marketing and audience research, to help support and deliver future revenue growth and gather data to report against KPIs and targets.
6. Support in the delivery and wider administration of commercial operations, working with the Enterprise team and freelancers on the ground. The overarching goal will be to grow CCT's commercial revenues.

About You
You will be someone with exceptional people skills, a leader who understands the importance of community and enjoys supporting people to exercise similar passions through volunteering.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience leading and motivating teams, ideally having managed volunteers, or a retail team previously
- A strong understanding of what good looks like in a busy and successful community-led shop, ideally with some experience within Retail or a clear passion for sustainable fashion and knowledge of products and trends
- A can-do attitude and ability to approach challenges in a positive way, knowing when to reach out for support and guidance where you need it.

Ways of Working: On-site – this role will be based in the Bath shop. We're looking for someone able to work 5 days (35 hours) per week to include some weekend working.
