We are recruiting a Legacy Fundraiser to grow PAPYRUS’ legacy income by creating and implementing a multi-year legacy strategy, planning and delivering activities in this area and managing residuary, specific and pecuniary cases.
What you will do:

Develop and implement a legacy strategy and operational plan for long term growth.

Research and develop new legacy activities and create a marketing plan. Project manage the day-to-day planning and delivery of activities central to the legacy marketing program, including: direct mail, email marketing, digital, social media, events, and the promotion of tribute funds and free will services.

Work closely with the Fundraising Manager and communications team to develop a compelling legacy proposition and produce a suite of legacy and in memory marketing materials that can be used to engage and inspire supporters to take the next step in their legacy giving, including sharing inspiring, compelling case studies to support legacy marketing and in memory activity, including gathering stories from legacy and in memory supporters.

Work across income generation and with other departments to identify and target legacy prospects within the existing supporter base and other potential legacy audiences across all of PAPYRUS’ networks.

Identify opportunities to cross promote legacy and in memory giving to supporters as well as any activity from across the charity that could provide appropriate cultivation and stewardship opportunities for existing and prospective Legacy and In Memory supporters.

Provide teams with relevant, engaging and impactful content, messaging or resources for inclusion in cross-team supporter communications.
To be successful in this role you will have:

English and Maths GCSE or equivalent grade C or above

Previous experience of working in a fundraising role for a UK registered charity

Proven track record of effective relationship management with donors/ fundraisers

Experience of handling sensitive information appropriately

Experience of working effectively within a team environment and assisting colleagues

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to write reports.

Experience using Raiser’s edge or a similar CRM database.

This is an exciting opportunity to join as an Administrator within our Clinical Effectiveness team.
As the team’s Administrator you will provide administrative services in support of the Clinical Effectiveness team and wider Delivered Services. LSE’s Philanthropy and Global Engagement (PAGE) division engages with alumni, supporters and friends, volunteers, organisations and the wider community to support their lifelong relationship with LSE, to further the strategic aims of the School and to increase philanthropic income for agreed School priorities. Within PAGE, the Regular Giving team coordinates, plans and delivers a program of activity to encourage gifts to the School in support of strategic priority areas.
The Regular Giving Officer will help deliver a diverse, multi-channel regular giving programme, with a particular focus on implementing donor journeys for key audiences. They will also play a key role in creating stewardship content and ensuring an excellent donor experience for all donors to the regular giving programme.
The Regular Giving Officer will have proven experience of:
• Planning, gathering and creating content for regular giving and/or stewardship collateral demonstrating the impact of philanthropy, such as direct mail appeals, impact reports and donor e-newsletters.
• Coordinating and writing thank you letters and other bespoke communications.
• Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
• Collaborative working and building effective relationships with internal and external colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Using data and systems effectively to record, track and plan their work.

Our client, a leading London university, is looking to recruit a part time Database Officer to be responsible for managing and maintaining the Development Team's operational platforms and database, which underpins all Development and Alumni activity. This is a temporary role, 4-5 days per week, running for up to 3 months in the first instance. This position will be mostly remote, but you will be required to travel to the Chelmsford campus for key days.
As the Database Officer you will support all University users of the Raiser's Edge database by coordinating installation, providing training and dealing with enquiries, as well as manage and maintain the database, so that it is an accurate and reliable resource for all development and alumni relations activities, including planned interval audits and information cleansing.
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:
- Significant experience of managing a database
- Experience in conducting research and reporting findings

Role Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of Regional Managers, where you will work in partnership with employers and schools to deliver our impactful programme.
The main purpose of this role is to grow, develop and deliver all aspects of the day-to-day relationship management of:
· Schools and colleges running the Career Ready programme
· Local employer supporters, corporate partners supporters, other key local stakeholders and networks
You will be responsible for a local patch which currently typically consists of 5-6 schools or colleges and a portfolio of employer partnerships. Regional Managers are also responsible for building and maintaining a local network of employer supporters and seeking opportunities for new employer support.
There will be opportunities to be creative, as well as being autonomous in how you run and develop the programme with the Career Ready schools and colleges in your area.
