About the role
The Regional Supply Chain Operations Manager (RSCOM)2 is part of the Programme Supply Chain (PSC) team. This role supports programme teams and Country Offices (COs) in supply chain management and compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards.
The RSCOM 2 WARO position is field-based and works with other regional roles to provide support to the Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Ghana, and Liberia COs. This includes helping with planning, procurement, logistics, and custom clearance, ensuring adherence to PSC, Quality Management System (QMS), and GDP operating standards.
The goal is to build the capacity of COs in procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring Sightsavers’ programmes and COs are well-resourced and risks to the organization’s reputation are managed.
Principal Accountabilities
- Understand Sightsavers’ operating models and PSC requirements, focusing on planning, GDP standards, and best practices across WARO COs.
- Collaborate with the Controller PSC and other RSCOMs to support WARO COs and programme teams in planning, procurement, and supply chain management.
- Assist WARO COs in applying the PSC system and QMS, understanding UK regulations for WDA (H) licence, GDP guidelines, and national regulations.
- Develop solutions for programme supply chain management at CO and field levels, providing expert advice to resolve supply chain issues.
- Create a training plan and visit schedule to address Regional Director (RD) priorities and CO SC risk profiles.
- Work with the Controller PSC to develop tools for capacity building in supply chain management for WARO COs or programme partners.

About the role

Networks Manager (Parental Leave Cover)

The Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art (PMC) is looking for a Networks Manager (Parental Leave Cover) to oversee the delivery of the Centre’s Networks and further develop our offer.

As a research centre and educational charity, PMC aims to generate original, inclusive and creative thinking and scholarship on British art, understood in its most diverse and expansive contexts. We host and support a thriving programme of research events. We publish innovative books and a wide range of digital outputs, including our prize-winning journal British Art Studies. We pursue individual and collaborative research projects. With our grants and fellowships programme, we sustain the most exciting and original work in British art and visual culture. We make our specialist archives and library accessible to a growing public, at Bedford Square and beyond. We deliver teaching and learning programmes and run networks that connect researchers and professionals.
About the Role
PMC is looking for a Networks Manager (Parental Leave Cover) to manage the delivery of the Centre’s Networks and further develop our offer of networking events and skill development programmes.
The PMC’s Networks connect and support researchers who are engaging with British art in its broadest sense, at different stages of their working lives. The networks currently include the Doctoral Researchers Network (DRN), Early Career Researchers Network (ECRN) and the British Art Network (BAN), a subject-specialist network supported by PMC in partnership with Tate. The programming of each network is led by a convenor: annually appointed external convenors in the case of the ECRN and DRN; the Head of Grants, Networks and Learning in the case of BAN. Additionally, the PMC Networks team run programmes and events to support the vocational development of emerging researchers and professionals, currently including the British Art in Motion film competition and the Art Trade Seminar. During 2025 our Networks programme will be developed and refined, with a new consolidated network for emerging researchers. The post-holder will undertake the final planning and implementation of the new network.
Salary will be £44,000.
This post is a fixed-term contract for a minimum period of 10 months, full-time and the hours of work are 35 per week.
Applicants will be expected to work on site at the Paul Mellon Centre, Bedford Square, London WC1 (or remotely as circumstances demand). We are happy to talk about flexible working arrangements offered by the Centre.
Responsibilities
British Art Network
The successful applicant will:
- take an active role in the BAN team, based across Tate and PMC, in overseeing the effective delivery of the Network’s activities
- lead on BAN’s membership and communications, including working with the external web developer in maintaining and developing the dedicated BAN website and preparing and delivering membership-wide mailings
- work with the Convenor to plan and deliver the Curatorial Forum (a global residential programme) overseeing the logistics and administration (including travel and accommodation bookings)
- work with the BAN Coordinator to ensure all BAN activities are accessible and inclusive, in line with BAN’s baseline requirements
- contribute to strategic planning of BAN’s programmes as it enters a new phase of activity at the end of 2025, helping ensure these are in line with BAN’s core values and ambitions, and are aligned with the mission, values and Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity (EDI) policies of Tate and PMC
Early Career Researchers Network and Doctoral Researchers Network
The successful applicant will:
- manage the effective planning, administration and delivery of DRN and ECRN programmes, working with PMC colleagues and the Network Convenors
- ensure the smooth running of events organised by the Network Convenors, at the PMC and elsewhere, ensuring these comply with EDI policy and align with PMC values
- liaise with the PMC’s digital team and the Communications Manager to coordinate the networks’ presence on the PMC’s website and social media
- oversee the management of both networks’ membership databases and ensure all data held is GDPR compliant, in line with the policies set out by the Data Protection Manager
Networks Development
The successful applicant will:
- work with the Head of Grants, Networks and Learning in planning and implementing a restructured Networks programme in 2025/6, including planning for the next stages of the Art Trade Forum residential programme and British Art in Motion (undergraduate film competition), and contributing to new PMC displays programme as appropriate
- work with the Head of Grants, Networks and Learning and a range of internal and external stakeholders, to finalise plans for and implement a consolidated ECRN for PMC
- plan for and manage any changes required to networks’ membership databases and other membership lists, and ensure all data held is GDPR compliant, in line with the policies set out by the Data Protection Manager
- with the Head of Grants, Networks and Learning, develop and plan professional development programmes for 2025–26
- ensure the effective communication of these changes internally and among stakeholders and members, including updating/revising web content

What is the role?
This a 12 Month Maternity contract.
Working within our values and behavioural framework, the role involves closely managing the relationships of our partner organisations (known as Licensed Organisations – LOs) and ensuring those within your portfolio offer quality and inclusive DofE programmes to young people.
While managing these relationships across your portfolio area in Newcastle, Northumberland and South Tyneside, you will also identify and develop new relationships with appropriate educational and community organisations to widen the access of the DofE to young people, particularly those who experience marginalisation.
You will be undertaking regular meetings, in person and virtually, engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders at different levels within different organisations across your portfolio area. When not out at meetings, you will be working from home.

Role Purpose
ShelterBox is searching for an experienced humanitarian professional with previous programme management experience to join our agile and effective International Programmes Department. This is a transformational and impactful role. The successful candidate will manage urgent priority activities and international programmes/projects within a specific country, ensuring we deliver high quality, impactful outcomes at speed and scale for the people we support.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Programme Manager will support the establishment and management of new and existing emergency and protracted ShelterBox programmes. Aligning with wider regional strategy, the Programme Manager will create and implement a longer-term strategic vision and direction for continuing support within their designated area of responsibility. They will also lead on strategic humanitarian relationships within this area to help maximise ShelterBox’s programme impact and influence.
This role will also work closely with the Programme Quality team, to continue to measure the quality and impact of our work. The Programme Manager will also support a programme funding strategy for their designated area of responsibility, working closely with the Programme Funding team in developing sustainable programmatic funding opportunities.
The role is expected to have a strong focus on Ethiopia and Burkina Faso, with other countries to be determined dependant on both existing portfolio and new emergencies. Regular travel is expected and we expect the successful candidate to be willing and able to undertake this travel.

Pivot (Home from Hospital)
Pivot (Home from Hospital) is delivered as part of the Pembrokeshire Integrated Assisted Discharge Partnership commissioned by the Hywel Dda University Health Board. The service aims to support people’s discharge from the hospital and prevent unnecessary readmittance. It also supports people to either remain in or return to their own homes, where evidence shows they are most likely to make the best recovery and retain their independence for longer.
As part of the wider partnership, Volunteering Matters recruits and places volunteers to provide short-term practical support to individuals in their homes, for example, providing help with shopping, light cleaning, or befriending, etc., and we are now looking for two dynamic Engagement Manager to join our local team. The role will involve recruiting, onboarding and supporting a local bank of volunteers, whilst managing referrals into the scheme, having ‘What Matters’ conversations with service users and coordinating a matching process so that people get the timely help they need. You will also get the opportunity to take part in other volunteering projects across the area. Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) are a national Christian charity working in partnership with local churches to give struggling children hope and a future. Building on the huge success of TLG Early Intervention Coaching, TLG Therapeutic Support will be a new way for TLG, with partner churches, to provide support in school for the increasing number of pupils struggling to cope due to their emotional, relational, and mental health experiences.
In this role we are looking for an individual that thrives working with children and young people in a school context and is passionate about supporting pupils and their families struggling with emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will be a qualified counsellor with an aptitude for creativity whether this is music and drama, sport and outdoor recreation or other fields of kinaesthetic development. The TLG Therapeutic Counsellor will be present each week in the school, providing specialist trauma aware care for these children, whilst supporting staff and parents too, so we're looking for an individual who can build and foster strong relationships.

You'll play a key role in our success by growing, developing and delivering all aspects of the day-to-day relationship management of local employer and corporate partner supporters in the Tees and Tyne region.
Business Engagement Manager
Hours:21 hours, 3 days per week
Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months with the possibility of extension (pending funding conversations with existing partners).

Location: Homebased. Must be able to travel occasionally to locations across Tees and Tyne to attend meetings with employer partners.

Summary of main responsibilities and accountabilities
Partnership Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Business Development
· Working alongside the Tees & Tyne Regional Manager to respond to the needs of the programme, ensuring that our young people have meaningful encounters with a range of employers from a diversity of industries and sectors.
· Day-to-day operational account management for employer supporters, ensuring they have excellent experiences.
· Full partnership and operational account management for lower-level funders in your region.
· Promote the contribution of Career Ready and awareness of Career Ready to potential supporters and assist in engaging their commitment to give both practical and financial support.
· Engaging new corporate, third and public sector organisations to directly support the programme delivery, working with the Head of Programmes to launch and grow the Tees & Tyne Regional Action Board
· Work with the Programmes and Partnership and Incomes teams to develop and deliver the overall employer engagement strategy for the area ensuring that the number of mentors is matched with the paid internship commitment and that employer volunteers are in place for masterclass delivery and workplace visits.
· Working with the Partnership Manager leading the relationship with BP to help generate leads with local businesses that are connected to BP’s activity in the region.
