ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a full time Creative Strategist who will play a key role in developing and producing strategic and creative projects for our charity clients.
Working closely with our Creative Director and a talented team of storytellers, you will develop creative strategies that drive action and create change.
You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of Catsnake’s marketing output, ensuring our own story continues to be told in an engaging and impactful way.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop innovative creative strategies for social media, paid media and content marketing.
- Conduct relevant desk research to inform strategy and audience insights.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to develop and test audience insights and key messages.
- Analyse research and test performance data to provide actionable insights.
- Work with and inspire a team of writers, designers, and storytellers to bring creative ideas to life.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with client goals, maintaining brand voice and driving measurable results.
- Create pitch decks and insight documents and present work confidently to clients.
- Stay on top of industry trends and apply them to creative solutions.
- Oversee Catsnake’s marketing efforts, including planning and executing content strategies, managing social media presence, and maintaining the website, to ensure our story is told effectively and consistently.
Project Management:
- Work with project managers to ensure creative solutions are aligned with overall project objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate the development of creative concepts and oversee the production process.
- Ensure high standards of quality, creativity, and delivery on time and within budget.
Skills & Experience:
- At least 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, ideally within a creative agency environment.
- Strong writing experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates relevant work.
- Proven experience in developing and executing creative strategies across various media, including digital and traditional platforms.
- Experience developing and optimising social media campaigns, with the ability to track and report on engagement.
- Experiencing in branding is highly desirable.
- Experience working with charities is highly desirable.

Senior Finance Administrator
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team.
The role offers hybrid and flexible working and part-time hours.
Position: Senior Finance Administrator
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time working, 16 hours per week with the option to work up to 22.5 hours
Salary: £28,626 - £34,544 pro-rata (plus London weighting if applicable)

The Role
The Senior Finance Administrator is essential to the financial operations of the organisation and is responsible for preparing and sending accurate invoices, managing AR/AP, preparing budgets and reports, improving internal processes and handling finance-related enquiries.
Working closely with the staff team and board, the Senior Finance Administrator provides business support, while ensuring that all financial processes align with the co-operative’s values and strategic goals.
Main duties include:
• Ensure the effective day-to-day running for financial operations in line with processes and procedures
• Regularly review finance systems and processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
• Use CRM and accounting software (Xero) to ensure accuracy of data to manage financial data and information.
• Create financial reports and support business development.
• Create and check invoices for accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and cash flow.
• Set up new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with purchasers, manage contract renewals, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and compliant.
• Support payroll and expense claims
• Handle finance-related enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.
The position is grounded in the co-operative’s ethos, ensuring financial processes align with the organisation’s values and strategic objectives. The co-operative is co-run and co-owned by its members, who are Deaf people and communication professionals. As an employee, you can become a worker member and have a say in how the business is run.
About You
You will have demonstrable experience of working in a finance administration role with an excellent understanding of financial principles and practices.
You will also have experience of:
• Using Microsoft Office, in particular Excel including formulae and data analysis
• Using Xero
• Dealing with income
• Using a sales CRM database

The Head of Digital role:
The Head of Digital is responsible for the development and oversight of Coeliac UK’s digital channels and underpinning systems. This is a combination of a strategic, technical and management role including responsibility for web, email and app in the main plus input into CRM and social media. The overall aim is to deliver a best practice digital experience for internal and external stakeholders that will support Coeliac UK’s strategy.
Key responsibilities of the Head of Digital:

Working with the Director of Marketing & Digital to develop and lead the digital solutions across the organisation and deliver the existing road map including:
- Completing the creation of a new website that is currently part way through being built (WordPress) and manage both internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
- Developing, enhancing and streamlining the user experience, both for external users (eg. donors, members, health care professionals) and internal users (eg. management of workflows, CRM) spanning across the key areas of website, app, email and CRM
- Devising a strategy for the future development of our Live Well Gluten Free app and see through the implementation with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers - Maintaining and developing existing website until the new website is launched July 2025
- Providing best practice guidance to the organisation on digital execution, including user experience, SEO and content optimisation plus digital strategy for emails and other comms
- Providing regular and exceptional reporting on the key metrics for the digital channels, including a weekly dashboard
- Directly project managing key digital developments including testing and quality control
- Managing third party service providers ensuring value for money and compliance to SLAs
- Responding to, and troubleshoot, all digital systems issues managing supplier ticketing systems
- Monitoring website security and take responsibility for actions required for any digital security breaches
- Conducting content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the Head of Digital:
- Experience of department or large project management, including people and budget management
- Minimum seven years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum two years’ experience of CRM/database management
- Expert in content management systems and have extensive experience in developing user journeys, optimising user experience and delivering multi variate testing
- Good knowledge and understanding of W3C Web standards and accessibility
- Excellent general IT skills, with use of MS project, and MS Visio desirable
- Use of collaborative working portals eg monday.com; Microsoft Teams etc
- HTML/CSS and Workbooks knowledge is advantageous but not essential
- A great understanding of SEO and the impact of actions on search visibility

About the role
Our client is looking for an experienced assessor and internal quality assurance professional to join their friendly Learning & Development Team. This is a dual role, working across two departments; you will have responsibility for the Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) process for their School and College assessors, and you’ll be assessing and quality assuring their internal care staff qualifications, driving forward the quality, performance and improvements across the teaching and learning provisions.
This role will be busy and varied and you will be;
assessing and quality assuring mandatory qualifications under Ofsted, CQC and City & Guilds
delivering teaching and learning workshops
preparing and maintaining qualification paperwork
supporting the Lead Assessor to ensure qualifications are achieved within the set time frame
advising on completion of qualifications for reports all whilst ensuring targets and deadlines are met
About you
This is an incredibly rewarding role supporting their staff to reach key milestones in their personal and professional development, so it’s important that you are a real motivator who is able to prioritise a busy work load and remain calm under pressure. The successful candidate will have experience in learning and development, care or the education sector and will hold a qualification in Internal Quality Assurance and Assessing. They should also hold a RQF Level 3 in Residential Child Care (or equivalent) and be willing to work towards their Level 5.
