Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
Role: Full-time, Permanent
Location: London, W1 (On-site, 3 to 4 days in office and 1 to 2 days WFH)
Reporting to: Senior Relationship Manager

About the Role
Join as a Relationship Manager and become a key player in managing a variety of dynamic and impactful accounts within the organisation. You'll work hand-in-hand with our dedicated team, personally overseeing a portfolio of High Net Worth (HNW) donors and their charitable contributions, as well as several Collective Funds accounts. Your role will encompass financial administration, client engagement, due diligence, and crafting innovative strategies to enhance donor stewardship. The Sales and Membership Experience Director is a newly formed and pivotal role, reporting directly to the IHL CEO, that combines their new scaling opportunity with cementing their historic strength. Specifically, with four times the desk, meeting room and events space now available to sell, you will lead the IHL sales effort to bring in new members, sell available offices and step change their revenue. At the same time, their focus on member experience and community building has been their strongest sales driver for 16 years and is core to the whole Impact Hub ethos. You will therefore also lead the team to foster a sense of belonging, collaboration and purpose within their diverse community of members, partners and stakeholders.
You will have extensive sales experience with a record of success in delivering results in both acquisition and retention, developing sales strategies and managing a small sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in membership management or related roles, with a track record of fostering an inclusive, vibrant, and engaged membership community.

We are looking for a Business Support Assistant to join our team in Wales. This is a 12-month fixed term appointment to cover maternity leave. It is a part-time post (equivalent to 3 days per week).
To meet the requirements of the Welsh Language Standards and our Welsh Language Policy, this post is Welsh essential.
Depending on your location and preference, you will be based in either the Cardiff or Newtown office. You are welcome to be based in the office full time, or a combination of home and office working. You will occasionally need to travel within Wales to work with colleagues.
In this role, you will support the efficient and effective delivery of grant-making activity in Wales, ensuring an excellent service for all our customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
As first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring that all telephone and email enquiries are dealt with in a friendly, professional, and timely manner, responding with relevant information, and where necessary, connecting the enquirer to a colleague for further advice.
With a keen eye for detail, you will support the efficient delivery of the funding lifecycle by ensuring that new requests for funding are accurately processed and allocated to colleagues. You will also undertake administrative activities to ensure that customers and stakeholders received timely information.
Working in collaboration with colleagues, you will deliver a range of service activities including coordinating meetings and helping organise events, fulfilling travel booking and accommodation requests.
