About the role
We’re looking for a Fundraising Engagement Manager with a strong team work ethic to join our Regional Fundraising team.
This is a role of variety, opportunity and innovation, and we are looking for someone who embraces change and constantly strives to achieve more.
You will maximise income for Young Live vs Cancer by coaching our supporters to reach their goals, whilst seeking out new fundraising opportunities for your geographical area. This role sits within the ‘Regional Engagement’ team and we need someone with natural customer service skills who wants to deliver a legendary experience to all of their supporters. Your team of supporters will range from volunteers and individuals, to groups and local corporates.
Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Bath are area's filled with some of our most committed supporters but there is still so much opportunity to grow corporate support across the counties. Our Social Workers support families from Bristol hospitals, so building relationships with these teams are a must.

As a key part of the Nene Park Trust Fundraising Team, you will assist the Team to raise income for Nene Park Trust, supporting them to deliver their work as efficiently as possible. Fareham and Gosport Wellbeing service is looking to recruit a PCN Wellbeing Advisor. You will be based in the Wellbeing Centre in Gosport and occasional work base from Costal PCN surgeries. You will work solely with patients living in the Coastal PCN area, this role may on occasion include group facilitation in the Coastal PCN area’s.

Advocacy Support Cymru (ASC) is a registered charity with offices in Cardiff and Swansea. We provide Independent Mental Health and Mental Capacity Advocacy Services across most of South Wales, employing 44 employees.
About the role
The post holder will provide support to clients who lack capacity and to implement the safeguards of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 or the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. They will provide non-instructed advocacy (NIA) support to people who lack capacity to make specific decisions and who have no-one else to support them. The successful candidate will travel efficiently and effectively within the Advocacy Support Cymru area of operation.
This role will operate within the Swansea Bay and Hywel Dda University Health Board Areas.
About you
You will have experience working with vulnerable adults and/or children, either within health or social care setting, or indirectly, for example as a carer. What’s the role about?
The reserve is located on Holy Island, near Holyhead on Anglesey, and features a rich variety of habitats, including heathland, farmland, cliffs, coastline, and ocean. At certain times of the year, non-breeding flocks of up to 30 choughs can also be spotted. To support these birds, we actively manage the lowland coastal heathland and farmland to maintain optimal nesting and feeding conditions.

At Great Western Air Ambulance Charity, we’re going big on charity retail. We already have nine shops located in Westbury-on-Trym, Yate, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Cinderford, Bath, Thornbury and Keynsham but plan to open up to four new shops a year over the next five years, giving our charity a physical presence in the heart of communities we have served since 2007. Our Portishead shop is one of our next to open, so this is a superb opportunity.
The shops will sell a variety of goods, as well as being a hub for our charity activity locally. Our shops need to perform well financially to help fund our lifesaving service, but we also want them to be a place where everyone feels welcome, the local community can learn life-saving skills and former patients or supporters can pop in for a chat.
We are looking for an experienced retail team member who can support the financial delivery, team engagement and community presence in our new Portishead shop. About the Role
Community Connectors work as part of an integrated, blended mental health offer to support people with emotional, social and practical needs to access a range of local, non-medical and non-clinical services, to improve confidence, social inclusion and independence.
This role will involve working as part of a multi-disciplinary team with statutory, third sector and NHS colleagues to support clients who are suffering from moderate to severe mental health difficulties. You will need to have experience working with those suffering with mental health illness as well as being able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of the services, support networks and local resources that may assist in improved outcomes for those dealing with complex and enduring mental health issues. The ability to be adaptable, work independently and the resilience to work in some challenging environments are key attributes for this role.
Service Delivery
- Assess suitability for community connection support as part of a blended team approach and support individuals to access the service by utilising in depth knowledge of local voluntary and community services and networks in your respective area
- To work with individuals to coproduce a plan to address their mental health and wellbeing goals. Am enable people to achieve these goals through facilitating access and connecting with appropriate resources
- Enable people to access community resources which may include accompanying them.
- Offer support, guidance and help where possible to people to gain confidence, overcome initial fears and seek solutions to any barriers inhibiting attendance.
- Take a holistic approach, based on the individuals’ priorities and wider determinants of health that impact on their health and wellbeing, such as debt, poor housing, being unemployed, loneliness and caring responsibilities.
- To work as part of an integrated team to ensure the best outcomes for each person accessing the service.
- Identify and build good working relationships with the community groups, relevant services and activities for partnership work and signposting as well as keep updated information about them.
- Competently work as part of a blended team, under direction from Mind BLMK and ELFT, working with independence and in an agile way to support people with complex mental health challenges.

About the role
In this role, you will develop, build and maintain reports and dashboards to assist with monitoring organisational impact, performance, and planning activity, as well as working with the organisational Impact Manager to manage, understand, and promote the Charity’s impact data.
You will collaborate with various key stakeholders across the organisation to align processes, and will provide analysis and insight across impact, performance, and planning in an accessible, engaging and visual way. You will work particularly closely with our Service teams to lead on streamlined data collection processes, and will ensure that data used by the Improvement and Impact team is robust, appropriately managed and governed in line with applicable standards and laws (for example GDPR).
About you
If your knowledge, skills and experience include the following then we’d love to hear from you:
- Confident user of Power BI, with excellent working knowledge and practical experience of building Power BI dashboards to collate data from a variety of different sources.
- Competent and confident in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, but also Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of GDPR and how to apply this to data collation, with the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
