We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join Young Enterprise as the Resources Development Project Manager. The successful candidate will lead on all aspects of the resource development and Quality Mark accreditation services, ensuring high standards and efficient project management from inception to completion.

About the Role

The Resources Development Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple resource development projects, from drafting high-quality funding proposals to managing content creation, working with expert authors, design agencies, and coordinating evaluation processes. The role involves maintaining effective stakeholder communications, managing budgets, and reporting on progress both verbally and digitally against KPIs.

Another key responsibility will be managing the Quality Mark accreditation process, including training freelance assessors and supporting external resource producers through assessment.

Reporting to the Services Development Manager, the Resources Development Project Manager will also line manage and support the Services Coordinator in their role.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with excellent communication, organisation and project management skills. You will have a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, a solution focussed attitude to problem solving and the ability to balance and prioritise competing demands in a busy function.

You should be experienced in developing and managing resources or content from concept to delivery, building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders, and coordinating evaluation processes. We are looking for someone who is proactive, can work independently, and is comfortable making trade-offs while understanding the wider impact on interconnected areas. A passion for supporting young people and a commitment to the values of Young Enterprise are essential.

Experience in managing digital content development, an understanding of educational settings, and knowledge of the current educational landscape are not required but would be advantageous.

This is a hybrid role, working out of our London or Oxford office a minimum of 4 times per month.
