About this role
YCDT is seeking an experienced and fun individual, passionate about making a difference to the future lives of Young Carers. The Service Manager has oversight of the long-term mentoring programme. You will support the development of our young carers and provide supervision and support to our team of volunteer Development Mentors (DMs) in their work.
It is vital that the Service Manager builds and maintains strong partnerships with Young Carer and community organisations. You will be part of a small team of 7 part time staff. As part of YCDT’s management team you will work closely with our Charity Manager and CEO. There are approximately 30 committed and enthusiastic DMs, grouped into 7 geographic Supervision Hubs.
