CISV International are looking for an experienced administrator to join the Risk Management and Safeguarding team as the Risk Management Support Officer.
The role will focus on supporting the International Risk Management and Safeguarding Lead and the Safeguarding Support Officer to handle the smooth running of the department as well as to help develop the Risk Management provision for our global members.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading on Risk Management administration projects
- Being the gatekeeper for the incident case management system, ensuring all reports and evidence are logged appropriately
- Helping to ensure volunteers comply with training requirements and supporting the development of training resources including online training packages
- Analysing data and statistics to assess seasonal performance of programmes and events
- Using standard Microsoft Office software to produce accurate reports and spreadsheets
We are looking for someone who is experienced and enthusiastic about joining an exciting, international organisation. You will need to be sensitive to working with people from different cultures all around the world. An understanding of working with volunteers would also be of benefit. As this role will be part of the Risk Management and Safeguarding team there is sometimes the potential to be dealing with very sensitive material involving safeguarding or child protection issues so you will need to be both resilient and adaptable.

The Direct Marketing Executive will be a key role within the Acquisition & Development Team, supporting the team and its activities as a whole, but also owning and becoming the expert in specific areas in line with the Fundraising Strategy. About You

- Deliver outreach to drive local connection, engagement and participation opportunities for the AFC

The role of Chaplaincy Specialist is key to the spiritual growth of children and young people in the Growing Faith intersections of households, school and church. The Role
The CEO will be accountable to the Board of Trustees for the overall strategic management, leadership, and development of BCD and achievement of the overall strategic objectives. Duties will include:
- Implementing and delivering the strategic plan and reporting on implementation, risk, and changes to the plan.
- Representing BCD as an active member of the Leeds Domestic Violence Service (LDVS) strategic group and support the LDVS operational management team.
- Overseeing complex projects and their successful delivery to time and target.
- Taking overall responsibility for the recruitment, management, supervision, training and development of all staff and volunteers.
- Leading on the overall fundraising strategy, identifying growth targets and quarterly income projections and leading on the appropriate use of reserves.

- A demonstrable track record of working in a senior strategic leadership role
- Evidence of working with senior managers and board members to ensure strong and effective financial management
- Strong networking and influencing skills with an ability to build excellent relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, along with a collaborative and direct approach to partnership management
- Strong and clear communication skills and a competence with public speaking, along with an ability to deliver messages to a variety of audiences
- An unrivalled commitment to the charity’s EDI agenda.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference by playing a vital role in our work across Bradford. Reporting into the local team and supported by the national fundraising team, this role will be responsible for engaging volunteers both as individuals and groups across the area to raise funds for MHA. You will work closely with all MHA services, building relationships and inspiring and empowering local fundraising to enable those who choose to use our services to thrive. This will include supporting those who wish to fundraise In Memory and utilising MHA’s fundraising products.
A portion of your time will also be spent working in collaboration with community fundraisers across the country on fundraising initiatives and guides which will benefit both your area and community fundraising nationally.
The role will provide an effective and efficient service supporting the organisation and our homes and schemes to meet our vision, values and strategic objectives.

About You
Are you a passionate and skilled community fundraiser keen to play a key role in building a local network of community fundraising volunteers? Do you have a passion for working with supporters, building meaningful relationships and inspiring supporters whilst ensuring your work aligns with the results we need? If so, we would love to hear from you.
Working well as a team player you will work closely with both operational colleagues in your area and the wider Fundraising Team, ensuring a focus on getting the right result for the organisation and building lasting and substantial relationships with funders. An exciting opportunity exists for a Communications Officer to join the team. As Communications Officer, you will support increased revenue and showcase the impact of the charity’s programmes and their stories of partnership with funders and structures in the countries where the charity work. This is a part-time (3 days per week), permanent role, home based within the UK with some potential international travel. £19,200 per annum for 3 days work per week.
Who are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a communications role (or related field) along with excellent written skills. You will be working to develop press releases and build relations with relevant contacts and journalists and as such we require excellent communication and networking skills. You will have a strong track record of delivering engaging social media content across different channels and audiences to support organisational priorities. Experience of using creative software such as Illustrator, Premiere, Canva and Photoshop will be an advantage as well as possessing basic video editing skills. Knowledge of and experience of working with international non-profits or a comparable organisation or knowledge of issues linked to the charity’s work in either the waste management, environmental and climate change would be highly desirable however it is not essential for the role.

Your role
The business development team aims to expand Contact’s reach to parent carers and practitioners by exploring opportunities for new projects, partnerships, commissions and paid for content including webinars, workshops and training. We also work with forums to offer support on areas not covered by their grant. We expand our reach and support offer alongside of funded programmes. We aim to increase organisational sustainability by generating income and contributing to core organisational costs.
The Business Development Co-ordinator reports to the Business Development Operations Manager and is the linchpin for our business development programmes. You will be responsible for setting up events online and face to face, contacting trainers, taking bookings and supporting with promotion; making sure the support and content made available to families is kept up to date. The role also involves updating our CRM database, making sure invoices are raised and paid and collating information for reports from the database or Excel.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who has excellent IT and digital skills, ideally with experience of online event systems such as Eventbrite and Zoom, a good knowledge of Excel and experience using a CRM database. You’ll need to be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills, a friendly, confident phone manner and a good knowledge of the issues and concerns families with disabled children face.
