This Recruitment Consultant role is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of the social care recruitment sector.

We are a not-for-profit recruitment agency, working with organisations across the social care spectrum, from homecare to children’s early help, enabling them to find, grow and keep staff permanent staff. Whether holding onto people with experience or opening the door to fresh faces is the priority, we are here to offer expert guidance and hands on support.

As our Recruitment Consultant will join the Operations Director in launching Yonder’s recruitment service. We will be relying on you to bring knowledge of the Northwest social care market, and you will be supported by a team with extensive experience of the recruitment industry and social care in the community.  Therefore, the buy-in and commitment are already there, this role is about helping to make the idea a reality. 

Day Job:

As our Recruitment Consultant you will work with our clients to fill permanent social care vacancies. We have a competitive advantage in that we are able to offer a more cost-effective solution to our clients whilst still focusing on the quality of our delivery.

• You have experience in the health and social care recruitment sector across the North West.
