Are you a qualified ISVA or interested in training as an ISVA?
Do you have experience of working within social care/support work/health or similar fields?

Yellow Door is looking to recruit and train ISVAs to work across Hampshire.

We encourage applications from highly motivated individuals, to provide proactive advocacy and support services to people who have experienced sexual violence/abuse.

We are looking to recruit to a variety of specialisms within the ISVA team including Black & Minority Ethnic, Complex Mental Health, Children and Young People and Male ISVAs, and so welcome applicants with experience of supporting a range of clients. Comprehensive training will be provided and there will be the opportunity to achieve ISVA accreditation status by an external accreditation provider.

We are looking for individuals who have experience of working within an advocacy/support role.

You will have a sound understanding of risk assessment alongside experience of managing diverse caseloads and working pro-actively within multi-agency partnerships to support victim-focused outcomes.

The successful applicants will have strong communication and advocacy skills and knowledge of the impact of sexual violence/ abuse.
