Salary: £24,890.00 - £26,720.00 per annum
Contract: Permanent

The Role
Using your company van, your role will be varied and fun as you travel to different venues around your local area, setting up attractive fundraising stands, chatting with members of the public and spreading awareness about conservation, whilst generating new memberships.
Don't worry if you're not a wildlife expert yet – you will be fully supported and receive comprehensive training to equip you with all the knowledge you need.
Choose a contract between 3 to 5 days per week, receive 34 days of annual leave (including bank holidays) and opportunities for sabbaticals and work for an organisation that values your work-life balance and well-being.

About You
What we need from you:
· A passion for conservation (no prior knowledge required);
· Ability to work to targets;
· A driver's licence valid for use in the UK;
· Happy to work 3 out of 4 weekends;
· Happy to travel (on average) an hour away from home each day;
· Willingness to work outdoors and independently;

Calm Mediation is a registered charity that works for the public benefit to empower communities to prevent, manage and resolve conflict. We specialise in working with individuals or groups who are involved in or likely to become involved in disputes and interpersonal conflict principally by way of independent and impartial mediation , conciliation, conflict coaching management and training.
This exciting new Case Administrator role offers you the opportunity to join a growing organisation and work across our services to support the work we do. As an adminstrator for the Restorative Justice Service, Neighbour Mediation, Family Mediation, Peer Mediation & Workplace Mediation services you will gain a wealth of experience. Based in our offices in Camberwell 3 days (minimum) per week, you will also be a central hub for enquiries from the public and our partner organisations.

We are looking for a Mentor Services Coordinator to support our volunteer mentors in London, Surrey and Hertfordshire.
About the role
Our Mentor Services Coordinators are the key contacts for our volunteer mentors from their first enquiry about mentoring until they are matched with a young person. The Mentor Services Coordinators conduct in depth interviews with all prospective volunteer mentors, organise training, organise DBS checks and make the process as smooth and supported as possible.
Key responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service to mentors, volunteers and partners using strong communication skills on the telephone, in virtual meetings, by email and sometimes in person

Ensure all of our volunteer mentors are individually supported and fully engaged at every stage of their mentor journey

Deliver information sessions, participate in mentor one-to-one conversations and facilitate mentor training sessions and other mentor engagement activities.

Location: Mentmore Terrace, London Fields. NCB promotes a hybrid, flexible way of working, staff can work remotely for part of the week if they wish and, in the office, or face to face for at least 2 days per week.
Status: Permanent, 35 hours per week
Salary: £24,721 (Band 2) with generous benefits package including 3 years of salary increments (increases), 30 days annual leave plus Bank holidays and 3 days of Christmas closure
The post holder will be the first point of contact for a busy team, supporting effective delivery of key participation projects that puts children and young people’s voices at the heart of government. This is primarily an administration post with some opportunity to develop engagement skills. This is a varied role that requires significant attention to detail, the ability to move between tasks at rapid pace, and skill to make complex information accessible for a range of stakeholders. The majority of the post holder’s duties will support the Making Participation Work programme, experience of working with disabled children and young people and those with special educational needs would be an advantage.
This role provides the opportunity to work closely with children and young people, colleagues and external partners. You will also be responsible for managing children and young people’s data and information, creating newsletters and social media content. Being proactive, efficient and organised is critical for this role, you must be able to co-ordinate logistics and analyse large amounts of data. You will be an integral part of a fast-paced team with a strong national profile and reputation for expertise and excellence in delivery.
This role includes out of hours working, agreed in advance.
