Do you want to help secure some of the most impactful gifts of your career? Here at Cambridge University's Development and Alumni Relations office, we are looking for three senior major gifts fundraisers who will be part of an encouraging team delivering on some of the University's most significant fundraising priorities.

As Head of Development, you will help the University develop long-term holistic partnerships with high level donors and ultimately secure financial support for some of the University's most critical priorities.

With responsibility for the design, management and execution of some of the University's most exciting major gift fundraising strategies, you will be part of a warm, supportive and fun team who look out for each other. You will find it a welcoming place to work!

You will be an experienced major gifts fundraiser, or equivalent, who wants to secure gifts at the transformational level, and who will be collaborative, strategic and innovative in approach. Key to your success will be the aptitude to engage with high-net-worth parties, senior level staff across Collegiate Cambridge, academics and with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

This role is based in central Cambridge. We practise a hybrid working model and the successful candidate will be expected to be in the office for a minimum of two days a week.

First round interviews for this position are anticipated to take place on the 3rd and 4th of October.
Second round interviews for this position are anticipated to take place in the week commencing the 7th of October 2024.
