An exciting and new opportunity has recently arisen for a Head of UX with a strong understanding of User Research to join a hugely respected, well established and extremely well known charity based in London. This is an amazing role for someone with a great passion for user experience to take make a real difference!

As the Head of UX, you’ll be responsible for leading on user-centred research to create exceptional experiences for the organisation’s supporters and service users. The Head of UX will also be responsible for leading on user testing and ensuring UX design is as optimal as possible.

Skills that are required for the Head of UX are:

• Strong understanding of User Experience
• Strong knowledge of User Research and User Testing
• Understanding of Customer Journeys
• Ability to work alongside 3rd party agencies

Salary: £58,000 - £67,500 plus excellent benefits
