Do you want to Join the finance team of a leading Membership Organisation?

As Sales Ledger Controller You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and leading a finance apprentice.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for between 10 and 12 Months

 

Your Day to day will include:

  • Manage the Sales Ledger, ensuring all revenue is processed efficiently
  • Lead and coach a finance apprentice
  • Oversee Direct Debits and credit control activities
  • Process invoices, payments, and refunds
  • Generate reports and manage communication with the Sales team
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure month-end processes are completed on time
  • Support the broader Finance team with various tasks

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong accounting software and MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive work ethic
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
