Are you Reward Specialist that wants to make a real difference to a national charity?

We are working with a charity that looks to save lives & support communities.

My client is looking to recruit a Reward Specialist. This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week.

You can be based anywhere in country but will be expected to travel a couple of times a month to either Birmingham, Bristol, London or Manchester dependant on needs.

Role

You will provide specialist advice and guidance as well as development and maintenance of the total reward approach, including pay, reward and recognition.

Duties

  • Lead on the successful implementation of the pay and reward strategy ensuring it is well embedded and its impact is evaluated
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to analyse, plan and submit recommendations for our annual pay / remuneration award providing recommendations and guidance
  • Lead on the successful implementation of our annual pay / remuneration award
  • Provide advice and recommendations to the Head of People Services & Transformation, Talent & Reward Business Partners
  • Develop innovative reward and recognition approaches in line with our values that put people in the centre
  • As required undertake salary surveys and pay benchmarking exercises for hard to fill or specialist roles or to support the creation of new bids.
  • Lead on the maintenance and review of our job banding methodology and approach.
  • Coordinate and facilitate job banding panel for new or changed job descriptions.
  • Research and identify new emerging trends
  • Using a variety of engagement methods and channels, ensure accessibility and regular communication and promotion of available benefits and relevant changes.
  • Ensure our reward offering is well promoted to potential and new employees during the attraction, recruitment and induction processes.
  • Using a range of analysis approaches, monitor the usage and impact of our reward initiatives.
  • Review exit data and pulse surveys to identify any trends, issues or needs.
