Why This Role is Unique: As a Shropshire Fundraising Executive, you will be at the forefront of our mission in the Shropshire area, working within a supportive and dynamic team. You'll play a crucial role in driving community engagement, developing relationships with key supporters, and expanding our reach through innovative fundraising strategies.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Engage: Lead fundraising efforts by developing and implementing regional fundraising strategies in Shropshire.
• Innovate: Build and nurture relationships with individuals, community groups, schools, and small businesses to increase loyalty and support for MAAC.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and wider team to maximise opportunities and ensure the success of our fundraising initiatives.
• Inspire: Support and train volunteers, offering tailored stewardship to enhance their engagement with MAAC.
• Impact: Deliver presentations and talks to various audiences to raise awareness of MAAC's mission and generate support for the charity.

Who You Are: You are a proactive individual with experience in fundraising or community engagement. You are driven by the opportunity to make a difference and enjoy working collaboratively. Your ability to foster relationships and your innovative approach will help MAAC grow and thrive in an ever-changing environment.

• Experience in fundraising, community engagement, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
