Your Day-to-Day:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage a small finance team
- Provide insightful reporting to drive strategic decisions
- Analyse financial data and make data-driven recommendations
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Financial planning & analysis experience
- Managerial experience with a passion for mentoring and developing
- Budgeting, forecasting & performance analysis expertise
- Strong data analysis & communication skills
- Proficiency in financial modelling & financial management software
- Prior NFP finance experience
