If you've got experience developing wellbeing related programmes and being the face of the programme, then please read on.

We are working with a prominent national charity to find a Compassionate Employers Lead. Reporting to a Deputy Director, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and expanding the programme.

The Contract: Permanent

  • Salary: £48,925 per annum
  • Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
  • Work pattern: Hybrid, 1 day in the office a week
  • Location: London

As the Compassionate Employers Lead you will join a small, dedicated and established team.

Key responsibilities:

Programme Development

  • Oversee and grow the wellbeing programmes.
  • Drive strategy, impact reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Benchmark and refine programmes to lead in support for bereavement and caring.
  • Launch and support new packages for the sector.
  • Develop and maintain resources, training, and awards with the team.
  • Promote the programme externally and collaborate to enhance its profile.
  • Build a network of experts and facilitators to enhance the programme.

About you:

  • Experience in developing workplace wellbeing and/or EDI programs with tailored support materials.
  • Used to creating and delivering engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
  • Enjoy building strong relationships with various stakeholders, including externally.
  • Demonstrable networking and profile building experience.
  • Bereavement support knowledge would be advantageous but not required to apply.
